They had a hand held device with instructions and they did a quick walk through and was advised all items were removed from every area they were expected to clean. They then gathered all tools and equipment and began working. It literally took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean, pack up and take my form of payment and they were gone. When I say I am so far happy the whole house smells great and ready for the holidays as soon as I put everything back in its respective spot. I look forward to checking in and watching progress. Thank you all for being there and being so affordable! Highly recommended!! I was referred to you all and I must say I am already referring out!! Great job Team Hernandez. We had not had our beige carpets cleaned in over 3 years & had some very heavy traffic areas in the living room. We were flabbergasted at how well it turned out. We also had some fond remnants of blue fingerprint designed by our great niece on the beige carpet in another room, which surprisingly also disappeared. .
They cleaned the upholstery on my husband's recliner & it looks brand new.

If I need anything extra done they take care of it. I have been using them for a year now and have been pleased with their service. Only one thing that could be improved upon is arrival time. When the company tells you what time they are coming they make changes in time. Need to be more consistent with times. I had to tell them if you are changing time I need to know in advance so they do that but need to be more consistent with time and also told them I like the same group each if possible because I don’t like a lot of different people coming into my home. Sarah Strader rated it 1/5: We have been using Molly Maid of Greensboro/High Point for almost one year now. Initially the first cleaning service was excellent and for a very good price. Since then we have had nothing but issues. After each clean there was always questions about what actually got done, the floors would appear to have been cleaned but were still streaky and with obvious missed spots. At least one of our items was broken during a clean after it appeared to have been knocked off a bathroom counter. The biggest issue we had though was the “no-go” spots.
We had one adult in our household who preferred their rooms to be left out, as they work odd hours and are often sleeping during the day. On 3 separate occasions I spoke with the staff at Molly Maid (who are not easy to get in touch with via phone) and was assured the two specified rooms would be left alone. I even made sure to be present during the first two initial cleanings to point out these rooms to the cleaning staff so they would know which rooms we didn’t want touched. Every clean they attempted (or successfully did if no one was home to stop them) go into these off-limits rooms.

Again, I attempted multiple times to handle this with the staff and was instructed to leave the doors closed to the rooms we didn’t want them to go in, so they could say only go in rooms that are open. We did and they still came into the rooms.

I finally cancelled services yesterday on 10/18 and received a confirmation that all cleaning services would be cancelled and I should reach out if I needed further assistance. Despite that, today, 10/19, I receive an alert from my doorbell camera and our tripped security alarm that the staff showed up anyway and let themselves in.

When I managed to get someone on the phone at the office, they had no record of cancelling our services, despite my confirmation.

So just be aware, the first service is designed to impress you but after that they are pretty lackluster and the company clearly has no measures in place to respect privacy boundaries within your home and has no problem essentially breaking and entering after you have withdrawn permission for them to be in your home.
mylena cripps rated it 1/5: imagine spending $500+ to get your house cleaned and nothing is even wiped down or dusted. refrigerator has water residue, microwave is greasy, hairs in the shower and dryer, sink dirty. They send 3 people at $50 an hour and there’s nothing to show for it. Was called by Ruben and told my cabinet “fell off the hinges” but when I got home it was cut clean off so someone definitely bumped into it. Not willing to refund any sort of money although they send the same lazy women back into your home to “fix the problem”. I planned on using them as a biweekly cleaning service but after the second “clean” I’m already fed up with their unprofessionalism, lack of quality, and careless mistakes. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

My basement smells and looks better than before the backup. I'm happy and my wife is very happy.

She assigned the Yellow Team to service my home. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of their services, professionalism, friendly mannerisms, and the pride they show to take care of my possessions. I love that the same people come to clean my home. Gaby and the Yellow Team always greet me with a smile, ask how I am doing, and then starts to work. Both ladies came in friendly and professional, as well as provided me with details regarding how everything would go. I will definitely be scheduling again and requesting Nichelle, the other young lady will be moving though.

Would they do as good a job as I would like? Would they be nice (and flexible) to work with? I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with Maids of Honor. Tammy and Ashley have been great! I’ve had the service for about a year now, and I am very happy! It’s not just about hiring cleaners, it’s about a relationship. They do a fabulous job of cleaning and I appreciate their hard work. I don’t make recommendations easily or often, but I’m giving this service 5 stars because they deserve it. Well done, Tammy and Ashley! You have impressed me.

It had gotten neglected for a few weeks and you wouldn’t know after they left. The house looks brand new again and we are so satisfied with all of the work they performed. We have a dog and a cat which makes the job more challenging. It was so nice to have a whole crew of 3 come and go in less than 3 hours and not have a solo cleaning person taking up our whole day. We will definitely call them back and highly recommend.

Then one day they called to say they were running late and we rescheduled for the following day but they never showed up. We called and texted multiple times for weeks and no one answered or replied. We left multiple messages. It was so unlike them that we were worried something had happened to them or their business. It has been months and we just never heard from them again. I still have no idea what happened to them.
