We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

Tomas Layrisse rated it 1/5: I would give them 0 if it were possible. I requested a deep clean service and they were very responsive to send the contract and the maid.
However, the maid failed to complete the services paid for and had a terrible attitude when we gave her instructions. I will give you a few examples of their poor service:

used the same vacuum to clean outside and our couch.
Never changed or washed our sheets
Left dust all over the floor and base boards
Did a poor job on cleaning the kitchen and fridge

When I called back and requested a re-clean or refund the manager took 5 business days to get back to me with availability and a resolution.

I would NOT recommend this service to anybody.

She using the same vacuum to clean outside and to clean our couch.

I booked a morning cleaning appointment, and when the maid was a no show i was not offered a discount. I rescheduled for later that afternoon, and they were late.
My entire Saturday was spent waiting for the cleaning crew to come.

Management took no responsibility, claiming “it was out of their control” but they offer nothing to make up for bad customer service.

I have dealt with additional no shows from this company in the past – they are simply unreliable, and do not care about the customer experience.

I frequently travel for business and coordinating monthly services has been nothing but a walk in the with their accommodating office staff. They cleaners have consistently followed through on top to bottom servicing of my residence, in addition to more specific tasks I ask of them every few months.

They bulit a custom service for me quickly that was very affordable and my 2 story town home was in rough shape.
They called and let me know when they were almost to my property, very courteous and friendly. I left them a key, they called when they were finished and sent me a picture of where we agreed to hide our key. They even offered to come back if anything was not satisfactory.

I reviewed the work and they did an amazing job. The place is now move in ready and I really couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, affordable and friendly cleaning service.

From cabinetry, drywall wall work, camera installation, cable management, built a storage room under our stairs and so much more. He makes the impossible, possible but even better for us. For years, we wanted to build a wine wall, on a large empty wall in our dining room. We brought the idea to him, and he created a plan for us. The project took approx 2 months, from purchasing the materials, building, and installing. He is very detail oriented, trustworthy, knowledgeable, on time and professional. I had a language barrier with him, but he was very understanding and inclusive. When I say he is detail oriented, he is a perfectionist. Thank you Jorge, we are very very pleased with the project. We cant thank you enough. Highly recommended, and we will continue to choose him for any future projects or repairs. Thank you !
