We had a variety of quality as far as the cleaners go, but when we had people clean who weren’t up to the company’s usual standard, the company was really great to refund the cleaning and work to make sure we didn’t get the same people again. My sister also used them and when my parents were here they used them as well. They are more expensive than hiring "some lady that comes every week" because they are licensed, bonded, insured…and reliable. This is a company you can trust. I gave them a key 20 years ago, they come while I am at work, and I have NEVER had an issue with anything being missing. Every once in a while something breaks, just as it would if I were cleaning, but then Sheila calls to find out how can she take care of it, replacing, etc. I can 100% recommend this Merry Maids for professional people that do not have time to clean their own house.

They did such a great job I was given my entire security deposit back and everyone was amazed at how clean my place looked. Our master bathroom has always been a major headache for me – it was dirty when we moved in and no matter how I cleaned it and with what it never seemed to make any difference. After just one clean it is looking so amazing that we’re willing to shower in there again! The two gentleman that came were extremely professional, super thorough, and didn’t freak out at the barking of my dogs.
Even before they came it was an amazing experience because the owner called me to get more details about what my major concerns with with the apartment. He even had me send pictures so he could work with his staff to bring the right cleaners to tackle the gunk.

All in all it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone that is curious about trying a maid service, if you need regular touch ups, or if you have that area that you just can’t get clean.

Soochi M rated it 5/5: First, I want to thank the owner, I was looking for house cleaning service with less than 5 days to prep the house for holiday, guest visits and to ease our kid with sinus/allergy problem, he was kind enough to accommodate, as my existing maid had family emergencies and had to leave out of town for week+ with just leaving our master bed room cleaned. MaidRight got 3 people for 2 hrs service to accommodate rest of house standard cleaning service, I was initially told there would be additional cost, but I informed I was looking for basic cleaning and not deep cleaning (I did exclude carpet cleaning to 3 rooms)to keep the price same, which they took care and got 85% cleaned covering wipe down base board, doors, mop hard floors, appliances, kitchen cabinet, 2 toilets and counter tops. My concerns were, their employees clocked in different times in their system even though they all entered house at same time but almost 20 min late than scheduled and I had to talk to the owner to get the service we agreed, additionally they should not be accounting clock time for taking pics, sending to owner and taking calls to agree on service, which I would assume anywhere to 5-10 min (b/w all 3 discussion, which means 15-30 min of total work lost). I had be around them to prioritize and manage the outcome I was expecting with by remaining minutes. Overall I'm pleased with the outcome and meeting my urgent needs. I'll consider them for schedule maintenance and highly recommend their business if they can address some of the gaps.

Lequanda Cole rated it 1/5: A few weeks ago we scheduled a deep clean. In addition to leaving a list with the scheduler, I spoke with the manager/owner and gave clear expectations for the deep clean. Originally, we were told the cost was $250 including a $50 deposit. The day before I spoke with Sean who said that the cleaning would be within a range of $250-$350. Some of my requests were cleaning of baseboards, light switches, wiping all cabinets, checking for dust and or cob webs, and anything in touch range of a 2 and 5-year-old. When I returned home the house looked and smelled the same! There was NO detailed cleaning at all. My husband and I sent more than 40 pictures of GENERAL areas that should have been cleaned i.e., cabinets, counters. On top of it all, I was told that the charge would be $400. I would have been happy to pay that if they met expectations. When I addressed my concerns with the supervisor he said those were "minor mistakes" I explained that I ordered a detail clean, so those minor things could be cleaned. While he did agree that there was an oversight he requested that I still pay because he needed to pay his team! He claimed that they were working "hard" for 4 hours. I explained that clearly, that is NOT possible since they didn't even WIPE chairs. We ended up paying $250 not for service, but because he implied his people would not be paid and made it seem like it was our financial responsibility. I also sent 30+ photos to the supervisor and he kept saying yea we missed that, wow that could have been better, not sure how that was missed etc.,. We selected his service because my husband is a military veteran and prefers to work with organizations that acknowledge his service. In this case, the discount didn't matter because we ended up paying for a cleaning that DIDN'T happen! I hate to be cliché, but I would have given ZERO stars if I could. Do better Maid RIGHT or change your name!

To make s long story short, they were there 3.5 hrs which came to $362.00 that I approved , signed and paid with my debit card. Late that evening I went out to make a purchased with my debit that was declined. I started to investigate, since I knew there was $$$ in the account. When I looked into my bank balance I discovered 2 charges from Annie the maid. One for 362.00 and a second one for 390.00. I immediately called the company at 6pm to discovered they were closed. I left an urgent message about the issue and asked for a call back I the morning. At 7:10 the next day Tuesday, I called Annie’s back to be told that they did receive my message. And that they has discover the error on their part at 2:30 the previous day. They said the $390 transaction had been cancelled and offer me a conf. # of the cancellation. I explained that the transaction was still showing on my account and To make matters worse, I was on my way to the airport, leaving town, with 0 dollars in my account. The girl in the phone told me again the transaction had been cancelled And whatever time it took to for the funds to be posted back to my account was between me and financial institution . Really! I asked for the manager and was told she did it come in till about 8:30am. I insisted she call her manager and have her call me…….30 min. Pass and no call, so I call back again..the girl says she spoke to her manager and that the manager would have to look at the situation when she arrive this morning.

At this point I am in a car on my way to the airport with no cash in my account and still no call back.
Horrible! I will keep u all posted on my saga! Gonna call them back yet again.

After that first appointment, I was hooked! Our cleaners did a wonderful job, and I was amazed at all they could clean in just a couple of hours. Communication with the office was clear and easy—we chatted mostly by text, and I was able to pay my invoice online.

I could go on and on about how great Rhino’s Cleaning is, but suffice it to say that after that 1st visit, I’m now a monthly customer.

Elizabeth, the gate keeper, is in need of customer service training. I will try to condense my experience, but there are multiple layers. The cleaning before my last, the crew broke an antique ceramic piece. I didn't report it, because as a business owner myself, I understand things happen. However I was not happy that they didn't inform me, and think I wouldn't notice. So last cleaning, my bathtub drain was completely removed (not a clue why) and just left in the bathtub. When I tried to reattach it, it won't close completely, leaving the tub useless. And, again, the crew didn't inform me, which is wrong, dishonest and frustrating. So i called to request Rhino repair it. Elizabeth was infuriating, basically accusing me of lying. First she said neither incident wasn't reported to her by the crew. When she asked them about both damages they said they didn't do it. Showing me they are dishonest liars. Elizabeth clearly wasn't budging on the fact were innocent, making me the liar. I explained to her, I wasn't asking for monetary compensation. I JUST WANTED MY DRAIN FIXED. She said the crew will get a warning and she won't send them back to my house. No! Rhinos employees are dishonest. I requested MULTIPLE times to have the owner call me. As a business owner myself, I would want to know these important facts that are going on in my business. Its been 4 days and no call from the owner. If our business got a complaint of this magnitude, a return call would happen within minutes! I was also giving the owner enough time to divert a really bad review. Sadly, if the owner had called (at all) they could have salvaged me as a client. I am so insulted and infuriated at everything Rhino has NOT done for me. But I'm happy to at least learn now that their crew is dishonest. And Elizabeth should be looking for a new job, by the way she treated me and the situation. Luckily I have the ENTIRE conversations saved via text. I've always had my house cleaned regularly for the past 30 years and have never encountered such an awful experience! Beware!

We moved to Boulder City, Nevada a little over a year ago to be closer to medical care and therapy facilities. It took courage yet we knew it was the right decision. We also knew we sorely needed help with house cleaning chores. We were not sure who to trust into our home, or even if we could afford professional house cleaning. Once again we made the right decision. Finding Sandra of Sandra So Clean has been a blessing for us.
Sandra always arrives on time and has a friendly positive attitude. We appreciate that she also is proactive in asking at each visit if we have specific additional cleaning request. As the husband in the household I attempt to keep up with kitchen cleaning chores and Sandra has been a big help in giving me tips on best cleaning products and practices. She does a fantastic job, and even tackles our grandson’s room and makes it look great, and that is a miracle in its own right. All this and yes she sometimes even seconds as our dog sitter, (3 dogs) giving us the opportunity get away for a couple of hours. Sandra has been cleaning our home for nearly a year and we have never been disappointed.
Each time Sandra finishes cleaning our home it looks so nice we feel like celebrating. If you are looking for professional house cleaning, someone with all the skills, a great attitude and super efficient, then you need to call Sandra.

Dani Olorenshaw rated it 2/5: Terrible experience! Needed a deep cleaning and was willing to pay more for the extra work but got mediocre results. Sandra didn't work a minute over her 4 hr time slot, only half the windows and blinds were cleaned, floors were not swept or mopped properly (I know this because I picked up a whole dustpan full of dirt immediately after she finished cleaning), she didn't move the few things I had on the kitchen counter to clean underneath, stainless steel appliances still had marks on them, shower looked liked she didn't even touch it. I called her to ask her to come back and clean the shower again and I never heard back from her. DO NOT USE SANDRA SO CLEAN! You will be disappointed.
