They were a little bit later than the time window, but they were very thorough. The house really needed it and it was nice that it FELT and LOOKED so clean.
October and November cleanings were just okay. I'd give 4 stars for October and 3-3.5 for November. I was prepping for the holidays during the November cleaning, and I said they didn't need to worry about the kitchen (it was truly a mess), so I thought the rest of the house would wow me since there was one less thing to focus on. But eh, everyone has a day, you know?
However, today Team 21 (Sheila and Joselin) revived my faith in the service. They went above and beyond– they even cleaned my cast iron skillets that were sitting on my stove which, of course, was not necessary, but much appreciated (they even did it without rusting the skillets, which is crucial!).
Every team that has come by has been very polite and professional. I work from home so I get to more or less see or hear everything while I keep my dogs contained in my office with me. Lovely people all the way.
The only option I wish we had were less harsh, strong odors from the cleaning products. It's pretty strong for a day or so. If there were a more green cleaning product option, I would opt for that… even if were a tad more expensive. I guess I should ask if I can provide my own products for cleaning? Something I should look into…
With that being said, any time I've contacted the office (mostly just to clarify which date we're scheduled), replies are expedient and professional.
Overall, I recommend this company. I look forward to consistent cleanings and the friendly staff.

Molly Maid sent Carrie, a dope cat person, and her ride or die, Brenda, to clean my apt. I have 2 felines myself. The women were so mindful of my babies, offering tips on how not to stress them with strangers as well as litter box insights. They even taught me how to take better care of my cast iron skillets. Wisdom, compassion, and respect can not be scheduled or bought. They left my little 1/1 with my promise to become a monthly customer!!!

I knew that was quite a lot compared to other services for cleaning, but needed the cleaning quickly.
When I looked at my bank statement, I was shocked to see that I was charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning! The maids were great, it’s the company that is a problem. When I called, I was told this was in a convoluted contract I got via text, but this is a completely unreasonable amount to pay for 2 hour cleaning of an apartment. I do not recommend this company

I have a very clean house just wanted someone to come in and dust the blinds and just give it a nice clean. The amount of money that I was charged was ridiculous. My mom has been having her house cleaned for 20 years and she has a two story house (4000 square feet) and only pays 150 for hers to be cleaned. Yes my house was very clean after the service but not 500 dollars worth. Will never use or recommend this company ever.

For the service I received, this is a super over charge. I did give feedback via email and phone but didnt receive any compensation. They offered to come back and clean what wasnt cleaned.. thats not how things should be done.

They aren’t like having a individual housekeeper. But, then, they aren’t like having an individual housekeeper.

They are a service with fluctuating teams so they don’t alway have that “memory” you get from an individual housekeeper, but, you never have the problems like, “The car broke down or the babies sick”. And it’s often touching to see the random things the different teams will do for you in your home.

In these 4 years they’ve only once called to reschedule. And I know I’ve called them way more than once to do the same. They’ve bent over backwards for me when the water line was unexpectedly cut off, and again, when I came home from work sick.

I am grateful to their service and their staff for being the professionals that they are.

I love that you are able to request the same cleaning team for each visit, so you feel comfortable with them in your house. I also like how you get a text with the eta that morning, so you can plan your day; as I have a toddler so they try to accommodate when he’s in school so he’s not in the way. I love how Elsa always asks about my children and is so sweet to Mason when we do have to be home! I love coming home to a clean house, and look forward to my appointment each time. Charged nearly double the agreed pricing. Bathrooms toilets, mirrors, sinks and all light fixtures all still very dirty with most never touched. They did not clean but half of the refrigerator. They did offer to come back (3) days after my party to clean the refrigerator and wash the dishes which my neighbor already washed.

I definitely understand about emergencies that is not the part that concerned me. I would not have written a review at all if you treated me fairly. Charging me nearly double with all of these issues was my primary concern. They notified me that $25 would be deducted for the day late arrival which they did not deduct.

We have a Ring doorbell which shows that the cleaning crew arrived to our house at 8:25 AM and left at 11:59 PM. The original estimate was 225.00 for the 8 hours of service based on the fact that only (2) of the (4) bedrooms were to be cleaned. The charge for the extra 40 minutes when the crew did not even stay the original expected amount of time …. was absolutely wrong. Plus, the extra charge for the refrigerator which was not cleaned. The pull out drawer is part of the refrigerator and not the freezer.

jsnri rated it 1/5: Been using bee maids for a few years. Overall it was a good experience until they used the wrong steal wool on my $5k shower glass.
Bee maids has been the ONLY one cleaning that glass since it was installed just a few moths back…. There was ABSOLUTELY no need to use any abrasives on the glass.

Jorge (owner) came by and lectured me that his employees did not do this. Can you imagine paying someone every month to clean your glass because you're too lazy to touch it and they mess it up so badly? And then blame you after looking at it for 2 minutes, can you imagine my anger?

Somehow jorge says I magically must have done it myself (never ever cleaned the glass..
.isnt that what i pay maids for, duh). What a horrible experience.

Then jorge takes from my house, without my permission, wool that was given to me by the maid that used it. He removed evidence from my home without my express permission (hey Jorge thats called burglary in Texas, but we will discuss that once this civil matter is settled).

Just filed a claim with my homeowners insurance, zero help from company. Beware they say they have insurance but here I am having to file on my insurance.

(Edited after their reply to show you how little they listen to their customers. Bee Maids reply obviously shows the lack of LISTENING to the customer and weighing all the evidence.

They even charged me for the cleaning after costing me thousands. Just sad, No Moral Compass at all).

Robert McGinnis rated it 5/5: I have used Michelle's Cleaning on two occasions and both experiences were top rate. The first time was a top to bottom deep clean of a house that had not been lived in for a year and had junk everywhere. They were able to get the house in a good livable condition in less than 5 hours. They cleaned walls, floors, windows and even ceilings plus getting rid of garbage. They also cleaned the bath and kitchen to a spotless condition. They also tackled the kitchen stove and refrigerator that both came out excellent.
The second cleaning was about 2 months later after I had the house leveled. The foundation repair required digging holes inside the house in at least 6 places with dirt all over the floors. I also had to have the plumbing repaired in the bath that made a mess there as well. There was a trail of dirt from the front to back doors as well as the bedrooms that wouldn't come out. Michelle's crew was able to get the floors in excellent shape and remove all the dust and dirt created by the workmen.

Michelle's crew is very professional and extremely courteous and helpful. Michelle is like a general orchestrating a war and coordinates all the workers to a precision team. They are the hardest working crew I've seen in decades and were able to accomplish all my cleaning goals despite the conditions.

Michelle is very punctual and charges for the cleaning were reasonable for the amount of effort needed. She had 4 workers plus herself on the first job and 5 plus herself on the second job as I remember. She has saved me literally weeks of effort to bring the old house back to a livable standard.
