They use cleaning products that stained an antique bathtub. We ended up canceling what was supposed to be our last appointment due to issues. And they have now submitted a collections on me for a time they never came to clean. They sent me a bill over a year ago, I called them to dispute to tell them that that date they claimed it had never happened. Their rebuttal was “oh it was actually this date.” Here we are over a year later and I just got a collections notice. Do not use this company!

They spoke with respect and courtesy, also keeping me informed about the process/step of work that was going on. While talking to one of the employees I found out he is a former marine and combat veteran, the level of work ethic and responsibility was easy to see and knowing/finding out about the background made me feel safe and comfortable with these workers who over the course of the day would leave my home being an extended honorary member of our home and family. They were also great with my children, my daughter completely adored them. She's normally so shy it truly is a blessing these days and times to find a company with employees this dialed into to attention to detail who all at the same time are good with kids pets and just do an outstanding all around job. I'd recommend to everyone if your in need of any service they offer do yourself a solid favor and look no further they are simply the best!!!!!

I really wanted to give them five stars. I really liked the young ladies who came. However, one was there for two hours the other was there maybe an hour. My whole house was covered in dust they did a great job on the floor but I still have so much dust on my windowsills on the top of the window some of the door frames. So I Feel like they did a very poor job. Some of the things they did excellently. I might even use them to do just general House Cleaning. But this was new construction and it was only partially done

I ended up having to offer my vacuum for them to use, I don’t blame the maid for this, more so the company for having poor quality vacuums.

I wish we would have used a small local business. We learned a lesson & hopefully save someone else from spending their money on poor service.

I was quoted 1.5 hr clean time, so $150/month. The team that came out every month was always done within 45 minutes, never did the things that I had requested, and I was charged the full $150 each time. They never once tried to clean the hard water stains on my tub, something I specifically requested and was guaranteed could be done. They never once wiped down my kitchen cabinets, something that is apparently standard for every kitchen clean. Today they only cleaned half of my kitchen sink and didn't even mop the floor. Attatched photos were taken immediately after a monthly "deep clean'. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and courteous, but not enought so to pay for work that wasn't being done. Please save your money and time, do not hire this company.

Valeria did an awesome job at my place today. Towels were unfolded and refolded to make them look nicer. I also accidently left the garbage can in an area of the kitchen it normally wouldn't be. She put it in it's proper place. The proper place and typical place isn't the same so definitely been storing my garbage can incorrectly over a year.

The day of the cleaning, the 2 ladies that came to do the service were both on time, professional, and also very nice! The ladies did an amazing job. I wish I was lying when I say my house was definitely NOT clean when they got here and they were so thorough, it's a night and day difference from when they started to when they left. I can't recommend this company or these ladies enough! Thank you Clayre and McKenzie!

Joshuah Decker rated it 2/5: I was surprised by the lack of service provided by their cleaning crew. To begin, the cleaning crew came to my rental property and "cleaned" for two hours. When my tenants came to move in, I found the house to not be touched in almost all regards. The floors were so filthy that I sent their company pictures of the work. No apologies from the company, but they did come back a few weeks later. When they came back, my tenant told me that they cleaned for an hour and told her that they would send somebody else the next day to finish the job. They never contacted me once through this process, and they did not show up. After a month, I received an invoice for $300+ for the hour of their service, despite their company telling me they have 4 hours on their time sheet. I would never use this company again, especially as a business owner. Unreliable service and overall very dissatisfied.

Erin also cleaned all of the bathrooms and other general areas. I was really happy and satisfied when I got home and it all looked great! It was Birthday too so that made for a good Birthday gift to myself. It was definitely worth the money!
