Kamil came out to give a quote for deep cleaning the house we were moving into. He was very responsive. This house was not very dirty, so his quote was too high for us. We chose another crew for that job.

However, he came out and gave us a quote for the house that we were moving out of, that we were preparing to rent out. This house had a severe need of a deep clean for the following reasons:
– due to a nearby cat colony, there is a lot of poop near our house, which leads to lots of flies and thus lots of spiders. There were lots of dead flies, dead spiders, and spider webs in many of the window tracks, *especially* the many rooms in the sunroom.
– the sunroom windows were extremely dirty due to not having been cleaned probably in many years

They were more expensive than other quotes, but they seemed like they would do a more thorough job. So we chose them, and we were not disappointed. They cleaned every window screen, every window, and every window track, using high powered vacuums. They steam cleaned the tile floors and the grout is so much lighter now. They steam cleaned the oven and stove top, and cleaned inside the refrigerator and microwave. And then they did the standard dusting, wipedowns, and floor mopping. The house looked great when they were done. The entire cleaning took around 8-9 hours, with 2 people working (Kamil was one of them). The crew was very friendly and Kamil's helper (I forgot his name) even helped me unstick the wheel on the sunroom's sliding glass door, which was going above and beyond.

In addition, Kamil made sure to send me an invoice and W-9 and was very responsive to texts and calls.

Note that we had gotten a 'deep clean' of the house that we were moving out of when we moved in 3 years prior, and that deep clean was much less thorough than this one.

I highly recommend Sparkling House 4 You if you are interested in getting a very thorough deep clean. I plan to use them for all future deep cleaning needs.

Kamil came and did a walk through and estimate, he was courteous, friendly and professional. The team of 3 cleaners were UNBELIEVABLE. They cleaned for 12 hours. That's the only thing I will say to be mindful of if you get the deep clean, prepare to set aside ample time to have this job done. It will be done THOROUGHLY and you will not be disappointed. I asked Kamil how long he thought it would take and he let me know that because the company stands behind the quality of their work, the length of time it takes really depends on how much needs to be done and it's really not possible to estimate and he was right. The oven, the fridge, the stovetop all the appliances looked completely brand new and they are decades old. I mean EVERY NOOK, CRANNY AND CREVICE was cleaned and the staff was so kind. I only wish I could have tipped them twice what I was able to. I fully intent to only use Sparkling House 4You for my cleaning needs in the future because I am now completely spoiled and I can't possibly go back to anything else. Seriously a mind blowing experience. I hope this company and it's employees enjoy continued great success, they were truly a blessing to my family.

Windows, floors, doors, cabinets/draws, kitchen appliances, the list goes on, were all filthy. Andrew did an excellent job, came on time, and left my home looking and smelling fresh and clean. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with my first cleaning and will be booking subsequent biweekly cleanings going forward. The rates are very affordable (less than $100 per cleaning) and well worth the money. The booking process was easy and I had a couple of questions and they responded to me very quickly and made me feel valued. I am extremely pleased with Andrew and MaidThis!

Web based business model is especially great for a weekly service agreement and payment is then so easy. Customer service response time outstanding, these guys are awesome and get it done.

She had an attitude and I’d like some type of refund.

Waste of money on this company. Was only told AFTER the fact that they don’t clean exterior of windows and don’t have step stools to clean standard ceiling fans. First cleaner didn’t bring a mop or bucket. They clean with wipes and swiffers – no old school cleaning happening with this company. Windows and screens were still dirty after I agreed to give them a second chance to clean it correctly. I wish the other reviews were as honest, I could have used my money elsewhere to get my place clean instead of wasting my time and now I still have to find a company to complete the clean. Take Post Construction Clean off your list of services, you don’t make the cut!
