They also were able to squeeze in the cleaning on the next day (Saturday) and the two service people who came over were professional and, I felt, did a pretty good job. Only problem seemed to be the language barrier between us and getting them to understand something different than what they were used to doing. I would hire them again.

They are consistent, communicate well and have online automated systems. for notifications as well as a personal phone call reminder. They are very flexible in scheduling when we’ve had emergencies or been on vacation. They equip their teams to do the job well.
I have two drawbacks which may not be drawbacks for others – One, is that they send a different crew every time they come out so we have to re-explain the cleaning instructions every time. This, to me takes away from the customer service and that leads me to drawback number two – we don't get the same level of cleaning every time, some folks are more detail oriented than others and we can't train one crew – if they are not coming back again.

They have an extensive team and everyone is very polite and kind and respectful. For us, we just wished we got the same team every time so we don't have re-explain and could expect the same results every time.

If that is not an issue for you, then this is a great company to utilize – and I highly recommend them.

Not only did they clean and sanitize the water rocks that we have in our downstairs bathroom sink, but they also cleaned our stove-top and stove-top racks. Wow!

I’m very disappointed in this company as I would have paid extra to get those matters resolved since it wasn’t in the “total package” but they just left. Now I am moving out with subpar cleaning

Only interior of windows was cleaned, item damaged in master bathroom and was discarded. Tried to contact them, no response. Have surveillance cameras in the entire house and outside as well.

This company will charge you for cleaning services and will not clean your home. They will only dust the front of your furniture as well as only cleaning your shower glass and not your shower. They deserve lower than one star, their manager Steve Yun is the most horrible manager and customer service representative I have ever came across.
I have a very new home that requires not much cleaning and yet they were still unable to complete proper cleaning of our home. Maid experts will also charge your credit card without your authorization and if you complain they will charge you again and again. Also they will not send anyone out to re-clean unless you pay again for your home not being clean right the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THE CLEANING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

When I reported the damage to Maid Experts Maid Service expecting them to resolve it immediately they advised me that Maid Experts was only the middle man and that Maid Experts does not require insurance and are not responsible for damages that are caused in the home. Maid Experts said they tried to resolve the matter but did not resolve it and left me with expensive damages. They also stopped communicating with me and refused to pay for the damage in my home.

I'm a real estate broker of over 40 years and have many different cleaning crews operate for me on clients' homes I bring to market. This company was responsive; I called on Monday of this week and they did the job the very next day. Then to save me money on the hourly, since it was a bigger job than either of us had anticipated, they sent a 3rd and 4th person to help out. When I popped in to check progress, everyone was hard at work. Really impressive. This is now my go to company!

The Cleaning service has not changed this past year unfortunately I reduced my rating because something or someone in the administration has changed. Billing has become a challenge. I use to receive an invoice in the mail. One month I was paying late and decided to call and give them a credit card so they would receive my payment on time. I. never received a mailed invoice after that and No matter how many times or ways I asked them not to charge my card they ignored me. I finally had to cancel the card to stop it. Only then they started emailing me an invoice always after its due date which I would dutifully print out and send a check but now they are texting me the bill but I refuse to respond and give them my new credit card. It feels like is has almost become a battle of wills. I'm weighing whether or not the service is worth this aggravation.
