The cabinets were dusty and the floor underneath beds were full of dirt even though they claimed that B clean was meant to "deep clean" bedrooms. Very disappointed with the service, won't be using them anymore.
Update: I got a response from the company after i posted here about my experience and they were very accommodating. I may give them a chance again in future for their "customer first" service. Thank you!

These 2 professional crew members I had not seen in about three months. They did an excellent job and when asked at the beginning of their shift, they were very good to have me make sure all my rooms had been done completely. They used their time well and they were quickly on their way.

Very professional and responsive to questions and concerns regarding my monthly cleanings. Took the extra time needed to address and take care of the concerns I had. Very friendly to my 2 cats that wanted to watch what was going on. The monthly charge is affordable for us as retired seniors. I will happily give them a reference and great recommendation whenever they need one.

Karl Reinhard rated it 5/5: Our house was filthy after weeks of demolition and remodeling. A fine plaster demolition dust had settled on the floor. In the humidity of spring, the plaster dust combined with the sawdust and formed a cement-like residue along the edges where the floors meat the walls. Demolition dust was thick all over the floors, counter, mantel and even vertical walls. The chandelier suspension chains were thickly covered. Patches of grout from tile workers were beyond my abilities to clear. The bathroom was the crew’s staging area and it had ground in grit.
The Ninjas came to our home and left it brilliant! The floors were clean and polished. The chandeliers were like new, and the lights were bright. The splattered grout was gone. The rear hallway had been especially filthy from dust on the walls and grime on the floor from months of comings and goings by various work crews. The Ninjas left that area bright white. The calcium buildup on sinks and in showers was cleared. This was the perfect conclusion and recovery from remodeling. Ninjas can handle big jobs and leave a spotless home.

The pay is not fair throughout employees especially when a “supervisor” is doing less work than a basic employee and is getting paid almost $10 more than the starting pay. For instance, my coworkers and I would be split with an amount of houses/businesses each day and more times they would have more people on their team and less places to clean. And leave a team with less members and more to clean (ex. 6 Houses comp. 2-3 Houses, 9 comp. 3/4 hour days while still being paid more.) Do not recommend to work or support this business in anyway. Would be an ideal job for somebody that would like to come in sick (including COVID-19) and for somebody that doesn’t mind being treated like less than a human.

Have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience. Left a message off hours to Clarity and Shane called me back the next day. He came out to our house and gave us an estimate using his phone, providing myself with varying options of cleaning levels (depending on the amount of cleaning necessary) and also discounts for signing up to do repeated cleanings. He did not push for the highest service, actually suggested the mid level for what he thought was necessary (some spotting from rain and hard water). We setup a time about a week out.

The Maid to Clean team didn't mind in the slightest, and went above and beyond to leave our home sparkling. It was simple to schedule, and we will definitely be booking more cleaning visits in the future. I also appreciated the care and thoughtfulness with our "extra" work due to our house full of animals! Highly recommend.
