Masai Russell rated it 1/5: Terrible experience!! The maids arrived a hour and a half earlier than expected, with no call prior to arrival. It didn’t really bother me too much because it was a Friday and I had things to do but a call would’ve been appropriate especially for super early arrival.
Now onto my 1 bed 1 bath… as they started to clean I was trying to be out of their way as much a possible (which wouldn’t have been an issue if I received a call prior to early arrival) so I gave them the space they needed in each area so that my place could be DEEP cleaned efficiently.

The first room that was cleaned was my bed room, I went in there to see if it was to my liking and nothing was dusted, vacuumed, or swept up. I had to tell one of the maids to clean all the trophies off my dresser, to clean the baseboards (because that was what I was told was included in the deep cleaning service), to get the dust of of the corners, etc. I told them “hey could you make sure you clean the baseboards and dust off my trophies… I asked for the deep clean”.

I finally was able to get myself ready to depart from my apartment to give the maids the accessibility to my apartment without being in the way. So I left with the expectations my needs will be met.. especially for the price I was paying. ($240)

I came back after my apartment was “deeply” cleaned and I was highly disappointed!! Nothing was dusted, baseboards weren’t cleaned, shower was efficiently cleaned, DIRTY dishes were put into my dishwasher which caused the food to grow mold!! It was a terrible terrible experience!! For a small 1 bed and 1 bath my apartment should have been left SPOTLESS.

I then called to complain about the service and the maids ended up coming out to my apartment for a SECOND time. I had to leave a note and list ALL the things that needed to be clean and the concerns I had with the first service and my apartment was still not deeply cleaned. They charged me $240 for something I could’ve done.

I am very known individual in the area and I am a UK grad that runs on the track team and I will let everyone know about my experience with Molly maid! This is a shame and I have picture to prove how my apartment was left AFTER the maids “cleaned” my apartment.

Whitney R rated it 1/5: Booked a deep clean for an aging family member. They arrived when scheduled and did a good job, but several items were damaged during the process. A huge custom art print over the fireplace somehow fell after they cleaned it, damaging the custom frame and gouging a huge chunk out of the actual print. When it fell, it also crashed onto a large arrangement of silk flowers (like banquet table centerpiece-sized) and damaged those as well. The curtain rod in one upstairs bedroom was also laying in pieces on the floor when they were finished. There were also hand-crafted guitars that were left lying up against each other which would have caused damage had the home owner not seen and fixed it.
I would love to offer you a reasonable explanation for this damage of property, but after MANY (estimating 7-8) attempts at contacting this company, I CANNOT get anyone to return my call to offer any sort of explanation. This is the first time I have been able to get this family member to allow a cleaning service into his home, and he has let me know that it will also be the last. They did clean the home, but he felt violated enough by the way his belongings were handled that he is done. I understand that things happen, but I don't understand why a person who owns a business cannot simply return a phone call to explain why. I feel like this is a fluke thing based on other reviews I have read, but I guess we will never know. Also, just for reference sake, cost of clean was over $400, which I understood and agreed to prior. Not complaining about the price. Estimated value of the permanently damaged picture and frame is over $750 and flowers over $350. Just saying.

She made all sorts of promises about how their professional cleaners would do a fantastic job and will be to my liking for sure. I was really excited. I even arranged for my dogs to be offsite to make it easier for the cleaners to move about throughout my small home. I say "cleaners"..plural because I was promised "a team of professional cleaners" would be in my home anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. You can imagine to my surprise that 1 lady showed up who is 5 months pregnant. Needless to say I was furious. When I called to get why this was happening, I was argued with and told the above was not what was told to me. I assured the person on the phone..he called himself the CEO of the company that I recorded each call and to be called a liar was just one of the many reasons I will NOT recommend Tidy Tim to anybody.

I left several messages to let the company know, because they usually send someone to re-do the job. Kara, the lady who answered my phone basically said that they did not reply to my messages because there was nothing that they could do about it. They usually check on customer satisfaction after each cleaning job, which they did not complete. They only sent me a survey after my card was charged. I was specific in my grievances in the survey, and I never received a call back from the company. They only relied on their cleaner to relay this information, they never once reached out to us. I asked to speak to their manager, and she stated that she was not allowed to give us his information, and he MAY give me a call. I would caution anyone who uses their service for monthly cleaning, because they clearly dropped the ball and refused to take any responsibility. If you do use them, please make sure that it is a requirement for them to call you and check on their work, before they charge your card (for monthly cleanings).

Katie Burns rated it 2/5: This was scheduled as an initial deep clean. One person was here for two hours and did what would qualify as a mediocre maintenance clean. What was listed on the company’s website was not completed. Nothing was moved, leaving dust and cobwebs in every corner and dust on surfaces. No baseboards or blinds were done and some areas were missed entirely. The owner was friendly and offered to schedule someone else to come do another deep clean but I politely declined.

They arrived on time, scheduling was easy, and they cleaned quickly. I will definitely hire them again for another deep clean! They got all my fan blades and blinds (my least favorite things to clean). Highly recommend.

We have been so happy with their service and have recommended them to our friends and family. Usually about 3-4 team members show up each time for cleaning and they each tackle different areas of our home. They are in and out in under two hours and the house looks great and smells wonderful every time they finish. They are friendly and accommodating (we have a toddler and a dog!). I appreciate the confirmation text we get the day prior to cleaning as it serves as a reminder for me and also shows how reliable the company is. This is a great, locally owned business and I highly recommend!

Christie Chaudry rated it 2/5: We moved to the area recently and were referred to Rock Cleaning. They did an average job cleaning the house. We have a large home and they were not always consistent in getting everything clean each time. The last time they cleaned our home, they put deep scratches into our brand new Viking stovetop. I tried twice to notify the owner of this issue and got no response. I’ve tried everything to get the scratches out, but they’re just too deep to fix properly. We have since switched cleaning services. I would not recommend this company.

They contacted me today, July 2, to say they were cancelling my appointment because they had overbooked. They refused to re-book me, saying they were booked until August. I am closing on my house next week and have no opportunity at this last minute to book another company. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use this company again.
