I’ve had them come back for general cleaning and again their work was great! The pricing is very reasonable. I had already added the Organization option for that reason but said fine and paid another $100. Then the person that was hired said they didn't have time to clean it and I would need to cancel. When I canceled they said I would be forced to pay a cancellation fee on the new and charged me 25% of the higher number. So I ended up paying them $100 and got nothing out of it.

Wish I had never scheduled something.

Angela is experienced, came equipped & worked efficiently. I am unable to clean due to a surgery & I am very pleased that my house is presentable for guests as we work to be ready for the holidays. I liked the scent of her products & she walked through the rooms with me to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend this company & also Angela.

Angela has provided excellent & efficient cleaning services while I have recuperated from a surgery. I like her routine when she comes to clean. She is very pleasant to chat with & I stay out of her way so she will have the freedom to accomplish her work. Her services have been a very big treat to me !!

Maid For Homes is unprofessional and incompetent.
I scheduled a partial cleaning for a guest bedroom, living room/kitchen, and powder room for Wednesday, January 25th from 8AM to 9AM. It was suggested by the company that I book for a 3-hour cleaning. I keep my house relatively tidy, so the work was minimal. I explained that 3 hours was excessive for how small the job was (clean toilet, mop living room/kitchen floors, wipe oven, wipe table/counters), but I was assured that whatever time wasn’t used, the price could be adjusted and I would be credited. This was reasonable, so after putting my credit card on file, I awaited the service the following day. 8AM to 9AM came and went without any form of contact or notification from the cleaners nor the company. After extending a grace period of 15 minutes, I took the initiative to contact Maid For Homes via phone. I explained to them that no one had arrived as scheduled and that no one notified me of any delays, cancellations, or emergencies. Maid For Homes claimed that their employee hadn’t notified them of being absent from the job that day and assured me that they would get to the bottom of why they hadn’t heard from their employee. While this course of action may satisfy the inquires Maid For Homes had related to their employees being compliant with the conduct expected within their organization, it does not address the matter that the organization has no system in place to function as a liaison between their employees and their customers to communicate time sensitive information. Maid For Homes offered a rescheduling (at full price) for the following day, Thursday, January 26th (with no reassurance that a similar situation wouldn’t occur). The following day, the cleaners arrived on time and completed the work within 90 minutes. The quality of their work was on par with a partial cleaning and satisfactory. I contacted Maid For Homes to notify them of the timeline to adjust the price as previously discussed. Brushing past my request, the customer service representative began to recite a survey on the quality of the service from that day. After answering their questions and regaining their focus on my questions, they told me that they do not credit the difference in time and that regardless of what is scheduled the entire time is paid in full. Additionally, regardless of a partial-cleaning or a deep-cleaning, Maid For Homes does not book for less than 2.5 hours. In essence, after explaining my needs and the light workload, I was upsold to 3 hours of work despite only needing 1.5 hours. They asked who I spoke to the first time, but seeing as I had called multiple times to address their absence, I had spoken to multiple people. They said they would pull up my file and get back to me. Today is Monday, January 30, and I still hadn’t received a phone call back from them. Again, I took the initiative to call them to ask them the status on crediting me to reflect the work that was done. Again, I was force fed a survey on the quality of the service from that day. Again, I redirected their attention to my questions. I was told that their manager isn’t connected to their main location and that they would have to reach out to them to see what they could do. Again, I waited for correspondence. Finally, a customer service representative contacted me saying, “we’re sorry for [the inconvenience] and we recognize your time is valuable, especially for our customers who work full-time jobs. We can credit you $20”. The total cost of the “service” was $225.00.

We’re all human; mistakes are inherent, but the key to great customer service is thoughtfulness and accountability. The two major issues were absence of service and an inaccurate representation of company policy that evolved into further lapses in communication and an abysmal offering toward customer retention.

I read reviews about people doing drugs but didn’t believe it until I seen it with my own eyes.

They held hiring events at libraries and when you go they pretend they will give you a job and they have a lot of jobs but tell you when your background comes in they will call you. It’s been almost a month I called 3x in the last month checking in the status of my app and all I get is they will call you back if they not too busy or they is in a meeting! Just lying all time and very unprofessional and does not know how to manage time management. Do not let them give your hopes up and do not drop ya guards when meeting with them because they will offer you a job but will give it to someone else or will pretend they never even spoke to you when clearly they told you to stop in for an interview and even they don’t even tell the person who conducting the interviews it’s orientation they all is just very unprofessional

I recently had to resign due to overwhelming amount of personal issues unsolvable at this juncture- the timing was just off- I’d like to part ways in a professional and positive manner, as well as leave my truth behind via good review.
Melissa hired me on the spot due to my extensive history with commercial and residential cleaning, as well as my motivated and passionate outlook on cleaning/cleanliness.
She never judged my cooky spirit or got frustrated with my temperament.. again- I had struggled with health issues, as well as vehicle.
I did wish to remain at this company and saw myself transitioning into higher position, but understand how life works. The clientele base was outstanding and often tipped generously. The scheduling and mapping were down to a science and even gas reimbursement was given- Mike was extremely cheerful and polite.
I unfortunately didn’t have opportunity to meet Cody or Ryan due to schedule differences but I heard nothing but great things. Plus Cody’s hot.

I had an employee mindset and through rigorous meeting Allison helped me become more accountable for my actions as not only a business owner but all around person. The relationships I've developed with Nnienathnand will has beengreat they thought me the skills that I needed to perfect my craft, stephanie is new to our family but does a great job and has always been wonderful to work with. And Rick has been a great example of how I want to be as my business grows he has been very attentive to my needs as a franchisee and great mentor for myself. For a while, we had a great crew who was extremely prompt & thorough while also maintaining the utmost professionalism and friendliness. That crew must have recently been assigned elsewhere or moved on to another firm, and we were provided with a new crew. This crew is the polar opposite – many days, we're fortunate if the new crew completes 50% of the contractual scope. The level of inconsistency and general indifference is almost embarrassing.

They are mindful of the fact that my husband works from home and are very understanding about our dogs. The house always looks spectacular after they've been there, and the price is very reasonable. I'd recommend them to ANYONE! They're terrific!

The folks from All Advanced Tactical Klean came across town to pick up my dull looking black car and they returned with a vehicle that I could barely recognize! My car had that new car sparkle with the fresh clean scent that reminded me of the reasons why I purchased it in the first place. The service fees provided by this company were reasonably priced and the work professionally done.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical because their quoted price seemed low for an apartment of my size based on quotes I'd received from other cleaners. Nope! They're just that good, and that great of a value. Swift response to inquiries and arrived on time, ready to go and left everything as it needed to be upon exit. Will definitely use them in the future!

They are quick to get back with me, on time, plenty of availability, and professional. They left our home looking and smelling fantastic. Jessica Melton rated it 3/5: Pay was okay but not worth what you are as a cleaner I was doing a lot to get paid 12.50 an hr with no raise helping out at different job sites being nice especially when most of everyone had quit with the new contract they got I was clocking out going straight to the other site to help out this company doesn’t appreciate you they don’t even send out marry Christmas cards or holiday cards or thank you cards for your hard working Service lady that handles pay roll is rude at times for just calling she has her fair shares with everyone of what I hear you get no paid time off this company let me go because I lost one of my siblings and had to Care for my sibling kids that’s 4 and 6 they had no type of regard what’s so ever no sorry to hear that nothing they told hr I had to help out with my relative kids Amon the floater that talks about bill behind his back is fake he lies about bringing shipment says he going to leave the company 🙄 blah blah because he’s not getting enough in Salary he completely lied on me and got me fired but I didn’t throw him under the bus I was working at a school building alone till late at night they never check up on me no communication less they get a report about you the list can go on! I now make 17 an hr as a cleaner and my job Company treats me wayy better if they would had never had let me go I would had till been making less one door close another opens !
Optical_ Illusion rated it 2/5: It was fine in the beginning but then I noticed that the manager I worked for would distribute his work on all four of the workers while he sat in the break room on his phone. Not only that he would be in said break room with the door closed and the lights off and move ever two hours like clockwork. Aamon is passive aggressive when he talks to everyone when he gets complaints that are coming from nowhere around. Both the manager and Aamon seem to hate their jobs. My colleagues and I seem to just be the the maids that get looked down on constantly. Final thing the manager and Aamon treat the male and female workers differently by the way the explain thinks over and over to the female works and with the male workers they are just like “got it”. They both will lie straight to your face too.

Not only was this none of her business, since she does not own the parking lot,nor does she own the business, it was rude and unprofessional.
