Especially for the amount of work being done. Online quote was pretty exact. Great customer service on the phone. Adam and Juan were awesome!!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. They were very polite and friendly. Took their time to explain the process. They put on shoe coverings before they entered, which we greatly appreciated. Grout and tile was inspected inch by inch to ensure area was cleaned properly. They literally got on their hands and knees. We could see a huge before and after difference! My tile floor was left with a nice shine. Very pleased, definitely recommend!!!

There were some really bad areas in the hallway that I didn't think would come out, but by the looks of it, they were able to get that area cleaned. They completed the job fairly quickly. I also liked how easy it was to schedule online and that the quote and actually costs were the same! I highly recommend this company!

I am going to reccomend Jeremiah to everyone I know. They ONE negative experience was with Marie, the admin person. She had some kinda of personal issue with me, which could have made them lose out on $50k+. I'm glad Tom followed up personally to fix the issue.

I was told the technician wasn't working today and I need to reschedule. After moving all the furniture in our 2-story home. REALLY?
And I was told they called me and left a message.. They lied!
The good thing is we found Chempro carpet cleaning and we called and scheduled an appointment today!
Danielle and Sean came in and did their DANG think for us!!!
Carpet is CLEANED and DEODORIZED!!

They have also handled commercial floor cleaning and floor restoration over the same period. They are fast, they are efficient and their prices are phenomenal. You can make a call at 2:00 a.m. – and they are usually there within the hour. When your job is maintenance or restoration for a floor, their schedule is flexible with yours. They've restored commercial floors I was certain I was going to have to replace. Finally, they are HONEST. No false sales tactics, no invoice manipulations. There is simply no competition that matches them for price, quality and care.

I had them scheduled to Rough clean my New Chick-fil-a in Kingsville on Saturday as it needed to be 100% Clean by this morning Monday a m.
Saturday they told me that they couldn't make it until Sunday at around 11 a m. They didn't show up so I called Silvia multiple times and she did not answer or returned calls. I finally got her to answer Sunday at around 12:30. She said they would be here in an hour. 7 hours passed and still no cleaning crew. I must have called her 12 times. Sent her text messages. Left voice mails, and sent her emails and she never responded.
I Don't need her now and never will. I hope you out there stay away from this Cleaning Service.

High levels of deadly toxic mold was exposed to me and my family. It should have been isolated and contained and we should have been evacuated.

He was also able to remove the pet stains. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

They took their time and really cleaned all the registers before putting them back on and cleaned well under the AC return and even put in my replacement filter. Very courteous and cleaned up everything very well. I recommend them for any of your dryer or AC duct cleaning.

My blind, incontinent 14 yr old dog who has decided in his old age that my hallway is his personal dog park. I was convinced that I was going to have to replace the carpet but didn’t want to do it until after Christmas. I was having guests for the holidays and decided to have the carpet professionally cleaned hoping it would help with the pee stains and smell. I never thought anyone could actually get both the stains and the smell out but Steve did! The carpet looks so good now that I don’t really need to replace it.
Lucy Wilson rated it 1/5: Beware they are not professional! They did not follow proper protocol when mediating my home. Mold was found it should have been tested immediately. High levels of deadly toxic mold was exposed to me and my family. It should have been isolated and contained and we should have been evacuated.

I was unable to do myself, so I called Steve. Not only did they come out the very next day, but their work was AMAZING! They were so detailed with their work, my bathroom was emaculent! I will NEVER use anyone but these two amazing Christians for all of my cleaning needs! I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!
