First, the price was very high and a big scam because they told me to pay for four hours which I did. She cleaned the toilet bowl with the same cloth that she was cleaning the kitchen counter top with. Thank God I saw her doing that and I told her to throw away the cloth. They took my check like a thief and they drove off from my house. This people are not trustable, don’t trust them with your house. They only stayed for two hours, instead of four.

Fyra Banks rated it 5/5: I've used several cleaning services over the years–Amazon (back when they were doing it), Angi, etc. I've never been happy with the results, nor oftentimes the random people that came through.
I've had several different teams from Mya clean my place, and every one of them is EXTREMELY good at what they do. They are KIND, courteous, and above all that, professional. I've never once had to point out what to do, nor have I ever felt the results weren't satisfactory after they've left. (Also, I really do love everyone from Mya, but Carlos and Nancy are just the absolute best.)

There have been times where I haven't been able to keep up with basic cleaning… or the day after a party and the place looks like a train wreck. They handle that. No questions asked. Other times, where things were in pretty good order? They go hard with a DEEP clean.

The price is MORE than reasonable, IMHO, especially if you have several rooms. If you have a reoccurring cleaning schedule (every two weeks, for me), the discount makes it more than worthwhile.

The communication is incredibly good. You can call or text and they'll get back to you ASAP. There were two times our usual cleaners couldn't make it, and with advance notice, they offered to send a different team or reschedule for the day after. I got sick once and tested positive for COVID… I called them and told them the cleaners shouldn't come for their own safety. It was within the 24hr cancellation policy, but they waived the cancellation fee and rescheduled for a week later. That is perfect customer service you're not going to get with a big corporation.

Sometimes their cleaners are an hour late out of their window. That doesn't matter one cent to me. They stick around until the job is done. If that's a concern, find someone else you trust and is as nearly as good at what they do.

In conclusion: it is an extremely odd feeling to let strangers into your home–to let them handle all your treasured belongings, to decide what is trash and what isn't, to figure out where to put random things so you can find them later–and at a very basic, paranoid level, just to trust them not to abscond with things. There is nobody else I would rather have in my home than Mya.

I wasnt disappointed, i thought they were fantastic. Efficient from the moment i first contacted them, they turned up on time and the staff were very friendly and professional.

After they said they were finished cleaning, I went through the house. Everything was covered in dust and cobwebs. They didn’t clean out the medicine cabinet, as pictured. Even after asking them to re-clean parts of the floor they missed, they didn’t.

I’ve attached a picture of a moist paper towel that I used to wipe the floor after the cleaners left. It’s so filthy and disgusting that I want to throw up! They didn’t even bother to wipe off the top of the fridge. What I keep noticing as the days progress are more and more problems with the service I hired this company to accomplish.

I would neither recommend nor would I use Mya again. Waste of time and money. Upon complaint, they offered a tiny fraction of my money back! I will now dispute the charge with credit card company because these women must have been doing any else but cleaning! I would never use nor recommend this company… EVER!

Update… after reaching out again to show more pictures of the poor condition my house was left in, I was offered a full refund and what I believe was a heartfelt apology. While the cleaning was sub-par, the customer service was not!

Day of she showed up with her cleaners Sean and Janet to oversee and make sure we were good for our event, Sean and Janet we're very attentive and continuously checking in on us to make sure we were pleased with their services, along with that they continuously checked on the frequently used spaces I had asked them to check and made sure trash cans never overflowed and bathrooms looked presentable and stocked with needed items.
We were very happy with their services, I'd definitely recommend PopUP CleanUp for day of event cleaning services! 🙂

I've hired cleaners before from other companies and they never hit all the spots they did. They did things I didn't even expect like the inside fridge cleaning and organizing certain things. I have issues with my bathroom staying clean because the vent has very low suction and there is no window. So the resting water from a shower and lack of air flow allows dirt to accumulate easier. They cleaned it better than anyone has ever done. It's spotless. I highly recommend them.

I've found there can be a lot of unpredictability with cleaning companies and cleaners, but they have provided a consistant, professional cleaning EVERY TIME. They also are flexible and very communicative. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Today was worst when the maids went to the end of the hallway of my building to talk to each other. They were loitering on the stairwell blocking the residence access to the stairs. They had their large equipment in the middle of the hallway blocking the residence from walking through the hallway and they had to walk around everything. I was washing my towels and had to the back to get downstairs to the laundry room. I watched the maids lounging on the stairwell talking like they had nothing to do. This service is not worth it. Normally the Maids take breaks outside of the property not on the property from my experience with them over a year. The service has become weak and it seemed those who responding are different. I use to receive excellent service. I called for them to come Monday and they said they did not have fee time. So the schedule was made for Wednesday. Then out of the blue with no warning they rescheduled it for Monday which was out of the ordinary. They did not call to see if I still wanted Monday's availability which is what they would have done before, they just scheduled it. Monday they also showed up 40 minutes late they were not on time. I had to call them to see why they were not there at the scheduled time. Usually they would text me to tell me if they are running late which is rare, but this time I received no communication, I received no warnings via text or email stating they were going to be late. I had to rearranged my day only to end up greatly disappointed. I have noticed a change in management behavior for quite sometime the language, treatment, and care has become relaxed. So much so I have asked them did management change and they said no. I'm dealing with different people who perhaps bought the company, something is off. These are not the same people, they are not professional and the maids have become relaxed.

I have tried contacting customer service many times and the lady who seems to manage to business just continues to tell me that she is busy and to call back later…Due to the nature of my issue with this business I now have to get a lawyer involved.
