They did everything promised and were accommodating when we decided to add on a few other things (for an additional cost). The pricing was higher than I expected (to be honest) but with everything said I done, I would definitely say it was worth it!

We did our entire home, driveway, garage, backyard and patio furniture!!! I can finally enjoy my home and all the amenities now that it’s free of spiders, webs, dirt, dust and urine from all my for babies!!!

Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

Jennifer A rated it 1/5: I worked with this company and all I got for it was a $637 and zero resolution. I called them after we had a plumbing issue on our second floor. They were no big hurry to get me someone. I called Monday and they sent me Marvin on Tuesday.
Marvin ran his little moisture detector across our ceiling and second story bathroom floor, took some measurements, never gave me a quote for equipment (that's my bad for continuing this circus) but I did have two people drop off two dehumidifiers within an hour.

24 hours later (Wednesday) I am told that I will have a technician come out to check the progress of the dehumidifiers. This is pointless since nothing else had been done. They refused to open the ceiling because our home was built in 1977 and they wanted a lead and asbestos test despite us having this done in 2014 when this occurred previously. So of course everything was still saturated. At this point I asked for the dehumidifiers to be removed as they were disruptive to my father who I care for and his dementia.

The technician took the dehumidifiers and we then received an estimate with typos from Sam for five days of equipment and restoration. I about had a coronary.

I have now been dealing with regular phone calls from the accounting department. I have spent $3000 on my plumbing issue (some amazing techs from these companies) and still have my drywall to deal with. But Servpro wants their money. For what I'm still trying to figure out. So they gave me a choice, a $100 discount to pay now or 3 payments plus interest. Feels like a bad joke to me.

Tldr: don't call these guys in the drama of water where it doesn't belong. They will take advantage. Picture of my kitchen in case anyone thinks I'm making this nonsense up

We hire Jazz It Up to service our office since the pandemic and they are pretty good. Jasmine the owner is straightforward and will let you know what is needed to do the job. The whole purpose of booking was for a “deep” cleaning not just a regular cleaning. Not sure where that miscommunication came forth after inquiring about it on phone when booking. She gave me price for it and I agreed but even after asking when finished because that was not done, there was no customer service courtesy of even acknowledging if they were able to or not for extra payment. They just left my message on read. There’s dust over the fridge, stains still on the floors, on balcony door, and walls no attending to. I’m very disappointed in this company as I would have paid extra to get those matters resolved since it wasn’t in the “total package” but they just left. Now I am moving out with subpar cleaning

They spent 3 hours at my house and were very thorough with the cleaning plus friendly. They showed up on time, cleaned my floors and showers since I emphasized those as places of needed deep cleaning. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for your services.

B rated it 2/5: Arrived late, sent 5 cleaners to make up for it? Paid for deep clean, including 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and multiple windows. Only interior of windows was cleaned, item damaged in master bathroom and was discarded. Tried to contact them, no response. Have surveillance cameras in the entire house and outside as well.
