    99% retention rate…. possibly because they do not respond to your emails to cancel service.
    I have been trying to contact someone for over 6 months both my rep (Joshua) and the contact (Janett) given me by the billing department will not respond to messages or emails.

    However, I would like to modify my review as the cleaning people they send out are great. Their billing department has a lot to learn about customer service.

The cleaning was not getting done so after giving them three months to correct it we started the cancellation process. It is the most ridiculous and frustrating process I have ever encountered in my life! Yes they do make you jump through hoops even if you have been unhappy for months. The third time my husband talked to them… somehow still remaining calm… the guy (Domingo) was incredibly rude and then proceeded to hang up on him! We were shocked and astounded! After going through the whole silly process they require to cancel… which took longer than we actually tried their services… all the while they continue billing you per their contract… We have an email saying our final payment will be in Oct, but we got billed again in November. I called again… which seems to always turn into a frustrating waste of time… to no resolution. Incredible. If you are considering using them, you would be better off putting your money in a pile on the floor and setting fire to it. Much less frustrating and your place will still be cleaner than they would have left it.
  • Rachel Auchincloss rated it 1/5: I never post reviews. Nor have I ever experienced service this terrible. Janpro obviously cares about 1 thing and that's their bottom line. They don't care if they lose customers because they know they get new ones as fast as they lose them.
    The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site (and they work), they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us.
    As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business.
    Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.

Bob came out to meet with me, walked the suite, and sat down to thoroughly explain their methods, practices, and what makes them different.
After meeting with two other companies, and being ignored by two others, we opted to go with CBN. I emailed Bob to let him know, and we settled on a start date, a time to sign our agreement and deliver keys.

The first clean was last night, and this morning, it prompted me to send Bob the following via email:

I know your Ops Manager typically handles this, but I wanted to let you know personally…

"WOW. Your team did a phenomenal job last night. I got in, wondered why my cords were slightly out of place, but didn't give it much thought. Then happened to notice that the glass counter was spotless – and I remembered they were here last night! I jumped up and dashed about the office to check it all out, and was blown away.

1. We had terrible, horrible janitorial service at our last office. Truly wretched.
2. I haven't been able to keep up with these folks in addition to my own work load, I'm no pro.
3. Our suite is cleaner right now than when we took occupancy.

I'm sure the team spent more time than anticipated here last night, because it required more of an initial clean than maintenance clean, BUT I am thrilled (and grateful) that they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

Seriously impressed, and confident we made the right choice with CBN.

They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.
