The first time they came out was for a deep clean and then an upkeep clean. The deep clean was great! They cleaned places I hadn't gotten to in years, baseboards, cabinets, window frames. I clean my stove top weekly and it has never been as spotless as it is now! They are on time, very professional and easy to work with. I've been very happy with how clean my house is!     We have 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, dining room, hallway, and 2 bathrooms that are cleaned by them and it's +$200 every time they are out.

    We only have them come once a month because the house isn't messy, we just don't want to mop etc.

    Again. The people are awesome and do a great job, it's just definitely on the higher end of what I would expect to pay.

If you call in sick they tell you to wear a mask and come in anyway. I personally know several people who work for this company who have been treated so unfairly just for having to miss work do to unforeseen circumstances. You can’t treat people like this. They have lives and families. Clearly this company does value the work life balance of the people they need in order to remain in business. The management obviously doesn’t know how to build good team morale. You are replaceable and they let you know that.

I tried to activate it and they said the my employer gave them the wrong info so i called in the office and got that part straight took a couple days but it got done. So the money was suppose to be deposited on the next day but nothing was deposited fast forward to today i spoke with a lady whi said it was rejected she didn't give me a reason but said now i have to wait on a paper check which will take 7 to 10 days which is ridiculous cause i already been waiting going on a month

My wife worked for them until they exhibited the most unprofessional behavior. No equipment no cleaning products demands top notch of their employees. Not only that messed up her pay as well and got rude with her after she expressed to them that it's bad enough to be paid every 2 weeks but then still not pay her and its going to be 3 weeks if not longer depending on if they can get their act together. I strongly advise anyone considering working for this company you run the other way. Greatly unorganized and gross lack of ability to treat their employees right, this company shouldn't even be in business.

A lady friend of mine has lupus and she had two flare ups in one week. She work through one of those but the next one happened and she had to call off because she was in so much pain. The next day she was feeling much better but they decided to let her go. She had a doctor's note. But they wouldn't allow her to come in to show proof. This was her only actual stable job within a 6 year period of unemployment. 4M Building Solutions don't care about their employees health, situations, nor well being.

Supervisor gets mad because she went from eight workers to three work try’s to make you work a eight hour shift for four hours that’s not right. She got mad in stole my hours and put under my clock out undone work and stolen time which was a lie. Then the supervisor harasses me through text and I asked her to stop texting me but she continues to text my phone after work hours.

She tried with me and did it to the manager that was there, and family isn't suppose to be working with family. Well they have the whole family working in the same vicinity. SO JUST BEWARE SHE MAKES HER OWN RULES AND CHANGES THEM AS IT SUITS HER!!!

They disregarded every doctors note I had and changed them to fit their agenda. I am currently working with a lawyer for wrongful termination.

He had done a great job in understanding the problems we had encountered at the end of our situation and he identified the areas to improve for future cleanups. I was very happy with his suggested solutions with our bill and really feel that it would lead to avoid future situations like we had. I was very satisfied with their solution for us, as well as their solutions going forward with other clients. With this in mind, I would recommend this team.

    Original review: Initially, I found them very helpful after a water leak. While we waited for insurance to decide, This decision did take an extremely long time in a more typical timeline. I had several outside sources (over 4) tell me that the extremely loud de-humidifiers would not be helpful after a certain point. I felt they were keeping these loud machines here unnecessarily and they bill per machine/per day. They hadn't even been checking them as time went on. I felt like i was taken advantage.
