Maybe I live a little too far from Snell for Roger’s, but if price isn’t an issue, definitely give them a go!

They’ve both been extremely friendly, good with our dog, and go above and beyond to make our house look flawless. Small details like folding the toilet paper, and fluffing the tissues make it feel like you’re at a hotel, rather than your own bathroom!

Plus, they’ve been either on-time, or a few minutes early both times, and give you a heads up when they’re on their way – which is greatly appreciated.

I rated the service BEFORE noticing several areas of concern, other than the issue with our hardwood floors being overly wet, and our having to dry them. Later on 8/9 (date of service), I was in our second bedroom and noticed a mirror had not been wiped down. That got me looking around more closely. I discovered that none of the pictures on the walls in this room had been properly dusted (all tops of frames still dirty), and later discovered the window blind in our kitchen had been damaged, and was sagging, as a result of 2 center draw cords being broken. The following day, I called in the morning, explained the reason for my call, and was assured someone would get back to me. Did not happen. On 8/11, at 8:43a I spoke with Kim, in customer service, explaining that I was still waiting for a call back. Carlos, the franchise owner, called me at 9:25a, and after discussing the wet floor, un-dusted pictures, and broken blinds, he asked for pictures of the blinds, which I promptly sent. He said he would speak with the cleaners, and get back with me. I have never received a callback from him, despite my 5 calls requesting an update. I have now cancelled future service. Their professional brochure is what got me to take their service, but it is a Trojan Horse. Carlos is unprofessional in addressing customers' concerns. Replacing the blind will cost me almost $100 (the 1st visit cost me $150). My complaint to the BBB, and other entities, will be worth my time. BEWARE!

jules D rated it 1/5: I picked up my rug it still smelled still had hair on it and still looked dirty, put it in my house couldn't stand the smell it was still giving off, so I went out power washed it myself for 2 days now it's cleaner than when I dropped it off. not sure what I spent my money on but I'm very upset with how much money was wasted. You can literally see the line on the rug from where I cleaned and where they hadn't cleaned.

In this case I gave the owner, Roger multiple opportunities to make things right, in which he did not. I had Roger and his company carpet clean a whole house for me. He changed the agreed upon price on me right in the beginning saying it was a bigger job then expected, although this was off-putting I agreed on the higher price. I also gave Roger a 10% tip before he started the job to help a fellow business owner and also to ensure a good job. I visited the house the next day after the carpet was dry and noticed there were various yellow/orange SPOTS. I immediately asked Roger what these spots were and he went into full DEFENSE mode mentioning he has the best equipment and that those are PERMANENT stains and there's nothing he can do about it. Very poor customer service and making sure me, the customer, was happy. After researching these spots I found that these spots can happen with carpet cleaning and it is called "wicking" I was able to get these wicking spots removed at my cost. Its funny because he said they were PERMANENT STAINS which at the end of it, he just told me this so he didn't have to come back to fix and make his customer happy, this saddens me greatly.

First they were constantly wrong on the day and time window for my cleaning despite me calling every week and reminding them of the fact it was wrong. Secondly they started using 2 girls to clean my home every week and then it became 1 girl for either the same exact time as 2 or she would stay longer. This cost me the exact same as 2 girls with zero discount. Despite these issues and continued patience and reinforcement that I did think they did a good job, they decided to just up and blow off my last scheduled cleaning and refund me the charge. No notice or anything. I will find a better service if this is how they treat customers whose only complaint is the issues they brought on.

The girls were extremely kind, professional and most aware of the situation. They worked quickly and did an absolutely wonderful job. They sat and had a wonderful conversation with the patient. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and were extremely respectful. The owners of this company should be extremely proud that they are providing a service like this.

lindsey carson rated it 5/5: Just scheduled a cleaning last minute for Monday. Tracy was so helpful over the phone, professional and nice. They were the only company I called that did all of these things : answered the phone, didn’t make me speak to an automated system, had availability, didn’t make me give information before I was able to schedule. If anyone is like me and likes to speak to someone personally to answer questions instead of scheduling online, this is the best place I found in st Pete for that. I haven’t gotten the cleaning done yet but I’ll update afterwards

First they were constantly wrong on the day and time window for my cleaning despite me calling every week and reminding them of the fact it was wrong. Secondly they started using 2 girls to clean my home every week and then it became 1 girl for either the same exact time as 2 or she would stay longer. This cost me the exact same as 2 girls with zero discount. Laura daSilva rated it 1/5: The young man that came did not dust any of the furniture, did not wash the cabinets or microwave and did not clean the countertops in the kitchen. The master bedroom was not vacuumed because there was still things on the floor. He took things out of place and did not put them back in two rooms. The bathtub was not washed. None of the fans were touched.All this I know because I found crumbs, residue, and dust. Not one baseboard was done. I can go on and on and this was supposed to be deep clean. I called the company to complain and they said that the boss would call me and I have never heard from the boss yet. Very very disappointed. They didn’t want to send someone out to redo it but I was not going to be around. Hopefully they will call me tomorrow and someone will come in and do the deep cleaning that was supposed to be done that I paid for
