Let's start on a positive note. Carlos, the manger over the job went out of his way to take care of all of the challenges. Unfortunately, Carlos had to be contacted far, far too many times. A+

First the pressure washers should be fired and is a service that simply isn't worth whatever price they are tacking onto the overall painting. It took two professionals to spend three minutes spraying down less than an eighth of the home. Do you want a fresh coat of paint over cobwebs and wasp nests? See attached of two photos after the pressure wash. Also, you really do need to be home, just in case your windows are open they need to be closed. Since, the professionals did such a poor job though, I could have left my front door open without fear of having any water come into the home. F-

Scheduling: The project coordinator(s) have no idea what the job entails. Both had no clue as to where the people were and what times or even days they might show up. Even after contacting the project coordinator(s), it would take hours to hear anything back. Thanks to their lack of coordination, I lost an entire day of work. Also, being told that your project isn't as big and will have to wait is insulting. F-

Wood Work: Things get really good to great here. This gentleman did an amazing job. Not much more to say, "Great job". A

The painting and prep work: Okay, this is why I called on Vivax in the first place. The two gentlemen who prepped the house and painted did a very good job. Both gentlemen were polite and did a good to great job prepping the house, even around where the pressure washers missed, and they did a very good job painting as well. While, the prep and painting were good to great the mess they left behind will be with me for months and months. There were flecks of old paint everywhere, blotches of new paint in the yard and a few grates I had were destroyed from them leaving their ladders on them. Carlos, came out to clean up a good portion of the mess and spent hours, but it'll take months for the old paint flecks to blow away. Prep; A, Painting: A, Cleanliness: D

Overall, would I recommend them or use them again? I'd look around and get my own professional to pressure wash. I'd certainly ask for new project coordinators, but I highly recommend Carlos and his crew. Yup, even with the mess the painters did a good job.

Vivax Pros was not the cheapest option but their staff, warranty and quality of communication won me over. I chose the quality and cost of paint I wanted and the day and time to start the job. Their team took on the challenge of sealing every crack, primer coating every surface and applying multiple final coats to make my home look like new! (pictures attached)

One year into the 3-year warranty, I called and spoke with Devin and asked for an inspection from Vivax Pros. Dylan (warranty manager) and Justen (painter) came to the house, listened to my concerns and got to work. A few hours later, every item I mentioned and many I didn't even notice were addressed and corrected. The paint looks as good as it did the day the painting was completed.

I highly recommend Vivax Pros for your next painting project. They are a great team to work with!

All very professional and thorough, and communication along the way was fantastic! From the day I called to inquire about an estimate until they were all done was smooth and easy and always on time. Jessica Dietz was our project manager and she took care of everything! She checked for cold weather and wind advisories and communicated with crew. She ordered supplies and let us know when they would be delivered. Luis was crew foreman and he and the entire crew were awesome! They were fast but yet detail oriented. Vivax price was comparable if not lower than independent contractors and Vivax Pros has a warranty. We would definitely hire them again. Zero complaints! Allen and Debbie

Told me to bring the car in the following week for repairs. Repairs took four hours and they did an awesome job on the damaged door. But once I left the shop and got home I noticed additional minor scratches on my vehicle that weren't there before. So I guess I have to live with the additional scratches on my car.

And after a week I come back to pick up the car, it was in worse condition, more scratches. They did a horrible job on my car. They offered me to leave the car there for another few days so they can fix it. But the problem is I don’t trust them after seeing how they did my car. Plus, I need the car to go to work and going through rental progress is a pain in the a**. There is nothing I can do about it to be honest. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time and your money here.

martin armenta rated it 5/5: The builder for our townhouses skimped on the final exterior touches and paint. We didn't notice until a few years of Colorado's weather taking it's toll. Our trim was warped, our paint was faded and cracked, it was a mess.

We reached out to several painters and we went with Harmony because they do both paint wood repair. Shelly was fantastic to work with in regards to initial communication and planning. She provided a detailed quote and was readily available to answer all of the questions that we had. Carlos, the project manager, was above and beyond incredible. martin armenta rated it 5/5: The builder for our townhouses skimped on the final exterior touches and paint. We didn't notice until a few years of Colorado's weather taking it's toll. Our trim was warped, our paint was faded and cracked, it was a mess.
We reached out to several painters and we went with Harmony because they do both paint wood repair. Shelly was fantastic to work with in regards to initial communication and planning. She provided a detailed quote and was readily available to answer all of the questions that we had. Carlos, the project manager, was above and beyond incredible. Carlos and his crew were top notch professionals. They listened to all of our concerns and provided input on some things we weren’t sure about.
The final outcome was such a dramatic difference and made our cookie cutter home looked a bit more modern which was our goal. Highly recommended!

Harmony Painting came out and did a great job cleaning up the shoddy work and repainting all the doors and elevator cab. The project manager that came by often ( Kelly) to check on the crew was thorough and professional and followed up with me often to see if I needed anything. Highly recommend Harmony Painting!!!
RL Raymundo rated it 1/5: Unprofessional service, careless crew. Not sure why our experience was so much different than others. Harmony painting and their crew of illegals was atrocious! They were hired by Wheelhouse Apartments to paint our building, and it was a nightmare. The crew was rude, disrespectful, and even threatened physical violence. A child was left in one of their vans on several very hot days for the entire day, albeit with the windows down (the appropriate agencies were contacted). Nails & screws were left sticking up from discarded lumber, and around the property. Paint was sprayed directly into our apartment through cracks in the doors and windows. Debris was left in backyards, including used razors. The crew stole power from several residents, plugging in their equipment using tenants outdoor power sockets everyday they were onsite. I would recommend staying far away from this group, not sure how they get any good reviews, but our experience was very, very bad!

The body work completed on both of these vehicles was immaculate, and you could not even tell the vehicles had been in collisions. The mechanical work was also fantastic and I never had any issues after their repairs. On the second vehicle, we ran into issues with eyesight (Subaru). Both Ashley and Ramin worked tirelessly to make sure my car would be repaired, and repaired correctly. They both took my numerous phone calls without complaint, and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car would be returned to me in its pre-collision condition. I can not thank Ashley and Ramin enough for their incredible help!

The time for completing the work took longer than I was originally told, but that could have been an error on the insurance side of things. They were even able to get us in after our original claim had closed to do a complementary check in our AC unit to see if the reason it wasn't working was related to the accident and wasn't caught the first time. The staff were very nice and helpful. After I told the receptionist that my wife was pregnant, she said that she could give her a ride to a nearby coffee shop while she waited for the work to get done!

January 5, 2022 – I picked up my car. They did a good job!

They did no painting or body work to my car. They replaced the bumper grill and emblem and just buffed up the car all around. This gave me a quick and cheaper option since the car is paid for.

Given that it was mainly detail work done, I found the genuine parts cost pricy and maybe even the labor after really understanding that mainly buffing would be done.

Nonetheless the quality of what they did was very well done!

The project manager/estimator never greeted me when I picked up the car to go over the work performed. I paid the receptionist but no one reviewed the finished job with me. My car just sat parked and I was given the key.

The team (three cheers for John, Phil and Alex!) was friendly, professional, punctual and they did excellent work. The management team was available and easy to work with. I did a couple estimates before going with Pappas, and they are well within the typical cost (and I would say, given the positive experience we had, it's a great value).
We'll be hiring them again to paint the exterior of our home. I will be recommending them to any of my friends seeking painters.

I needed to have the exterior of my house painted and he was very thorough when he walked my property and gave me a very fair estimate which didn't change by the completion of the job. He matched the colors exactly to what I wanted! He was very patient and understanding as I had to wait 3-4 weeks to get approval from my HOA. Once I got approval he quickly got me on his schedule to get the job completed. His crew was great, they cleaned up each day, never leaving materials around. Additionally, Jake was able to correctly patch, sand and texturize a ton of holes from a previous insulation installation project that were repaired in a slap-dash manner. They took care to cover the walls with plenty of coats (my office took 4 coats!) and the last day was spent on detail work. My house is transformed! Plus Illusion of Kolors did the project on time and on budget (which was very reasonable). I highly recommend!!

Ray Romero rated it 1/5: Don't bother with these guys. I have had to call them multiple times to come and fix the areas they missed when the initially came to paint my home. I asked them to replace several trim pieces and when they showed up to paint they had no idea what to do. They didn't bother to scrape the old paint off at all so now a year later my paint that I just paid $3200.00 for is already peeling off and bubbling up in some areas. It took my wife nearly a month of back and forth texts and calls to get someone to come back out to fix. The guy didn't even bother to get behind the bush to get the areas that are already cracking and peeling. Just at my wits end this company. Just give my wife and I the run around and constantly making excuses. Shop around before you call this company.
UPDATE: As of 7/30/2019 work is still not completed. Again don't bother with these guys. Not professional at all.
