He worked with our insurance company to open a claim and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though the part was delayed and on back order, Lance made sure our car was taped up in case of rain so we didn't have to worry in the meantime. When the part arrived, he took care of it as soon as humanly possible and with urgency. He treated us with the utmost respect as well…

Unfortunately, we had some complications with my insurance company, but he worked after hours sometimes to make sure everything was progressing. Considering my car is 2023 model, some parts were on back order, but Lance did the best he could to get my car back to me in a timely manner, not to mention my car looks brand new again. He’s so professional, nice, & understanding. Hopefully I won’t have to get my car repaired again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Lance!

We got our estimate and made appointment for Monday drop off. They explained they already had 60 cars but would do their best to get it done by Friday. We got our phone call Friday morning to pick up our truck! We checked over truck and it looks great! Wish we could have repainted entire truck now! Bill was under estimate as well. Would recommend them for any work you need done. We will be back next year with our other car as well.

All around a solid company with solid people. We had our kitchen painted by MacFarland last year, and then our front door/side lights this week. Both interactions were spot on. The work was perfect, and the experience was consistent. This company has it right; Great customer service, great results, and at a fair price. We have exterior painting, crown molding, and wainscoting as part of our upcoming projects, and we are again calling on MacFarland as our company of choice to do the work. I unfortunately was T-boned in my literal brand new 2021 F-150 2 weeks after I rolled this beauty off the lot. The truck was towed to B&K collision from the scene. Honestly I was a little hesitant at first, only for the fact that I have never had any work done on my vehicles outside of the dealership ever. Well right from the start I was shown that quality work and amazing customer service is out there other than the dealerships. The team at B&K did a fantastic job basically rebuilding my F-150, dealing with the headaches of the insurance company, and my pain in the butt self. They not only did exceptional quality work with this huge job but throughout the process was in constant communication with us. The pictures I've added I think speak volumes on the magnitude of their outstanding talent and ability to do major repairs. If you can't tell they basically built a brand new F-150 from the frame up. This shop is magical and I swear they have Unicorns in the wild working for them. I got to pick up my truck yesterday and as I was promised that I wouldn't even be able to tell this was a total loss that they saved by their incredible knowledge and workmanship of what they are doing. Y'all when I say there isn't even a creak when driving this beast, THERE ISN'T EVEN A CREAK, WHISTLE, NOISE OR ANYTHING! Every employee we encountered I can promise you was dedicated and maybe a little emotionally attached to this repair. I know my truck was treated as if it was their own personal vehicle. I am taking back for them first thing Monday to make it right. I will update my rating once I see the finished product.

celena l rated it 1/5: HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I went in to take my vehicle to get serviced due to an accident. It took them 2 weeks to fix something that should have only took a week. They kept giving me the run around on when my vehicle would be ready. When i would go check on my truck, one staff member was so RUDE, smirked when i asked questions, full of attitude. Acting like i was so clueless. Once i got my vehicle back, it came back with scratches and chips. I went in to fix the problem and got my truck returned with even more problems. I let them fix their mistakes, took only a day to fix. Got my vehicle back with scratches and chips in my door. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She took her car to Custom Concept Collision and when I say they took care of her, THEY TOOK CARE OF HER They didn't take advantage of her and even went above and beyond the repair quote and made sure it didn't kill her paying out of pocket! Would I go to or recommend them? Absolutely, I gave my father a card and if I'm ever living in Michigan again and need assistance they will be the first call!!

Then they were able to set a date quickly. When painting our large Tudor home it was much quicker then I thought they would.
Other companies wanted me to rip out my landscaping shrubs but they were professional enough to know how to work around it and that sealed the deal.

Communications with the office I’ve been wonderful.

Laura Gribben rated it 5/5: I live out of town (in California) and trying to finalize my parents estate. I googled and located CertaPro to paint the interior walls to prepare the house for sale. They were very responsive to my call for a quote and fit me while i was in town within a couple of weeks. Matt was great to talk with and discuss the different options. He was thorough and listed every detail that was needed. Communication was great with the office and they were polite and understanding. The crew made the house look brand new. When I dropped off the final payment at the office, I was able to meet in person everyone I worked with via texts, emails and phone calls. They were all great people! They made a stressful time very relaxing. If I had more time to fix the house up, I would call them to finish the last four projects of the house. I hope the new home owners will call them.

We got Elliot’s number from a neighbor, and we are thrilled that his team understands historical homes (the results show.) Great quality of work, excellent communication and always shows up on time. It's refreshing to deal with nice contractors like Elliot and his crew.
As we live in a historical home, there was a great deal of old paint, damaged spots and the original cedar shake. Elliot, Jay and Joe took the time to remove all the storm windows, properly power wash, and hand clean our exterior. The paint job was done beautifully. They even repainted our mailbox and street sign and cleaned our roof just to make sure we have that new “old house” look. As promised, they also cleaned up after the job was done. The lawn and driveway were left wonderfully clean. We cannot ask for a better paint company. Thanks to Elliot & Performance Painting crew.
