Mike R rated it 5/5: My last experience with Pronto was awesome! I took my mom’s Fiat in because it needed some TLC. The paint was fading in most areas. Other body shops wanted to charge an arm and a leg because the three stage paint, and recommended painting the whole car.
Pronto suggested just working on the areas where it was faded. I was skeptical at first, because I didn’t think the panels would match. Fast forward a year later, and my mom’s car still looks amazing! They’re the best in the business, and even better since they are local. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

Although there were non stop issues with the insurance of the 18 wheeler that wrecked my daughters car, Tiffany was with us every step of the way. I have already recommended her and this body shop to many people. She was so kind and helpful. It gave my daughter and I peace of mind. She has a patron for life and I will never stop recommending this body shop!
My daughter was hit on the I-10. I arrived at the scene as quickly as possible. There were some men there with the fire department. They moved the vehicle off the road. After the driver of the diesel was sited for illegal lane change, the vultures were upon us. My daughter and I were on adrenaline and very shook up. These men had me sign papers. I'm very level headed, but with my daughters safety and health in jeopardy I could not think straight. I actually signed. They took my vehicle to viva collision center. When I arrived they sent us to first choice chiropractor. From there they took us into a patient room and had us meet with a lawyer, Jesse Herrera. At this point the fog started to lift. I didn't sign with him(very illegal). I went back to the collision center. They told me it would be $300 to get my car towed to my house. I said fine. I tried giving them my card. He would not take it. I kept telling him to charge me and get it home. Finally he said he'd waive the $45 a day storage fee for 7 days. I said fine. I came the next day. He still refused my card! Finally I put in a review to their collision center. Another man who said his name was Eric and he was the owner, said I better remove the review and that he would not honor the 7 day waiver. I said no, I wanted my car. Finally, it was agreed that I remove the review and he'd tow the car to my house.
Many weeks later, after much encourage from people, I re-entered my review. He started calling with threats. I blocked his number. It has been a nightmare.
Thankfully, Tiffany and her company were the ray of light. We finally felt like someone was on our side. The insurance company was horrible to deal with, but Tiffany persisted and gave me sage advice.
I will never forget what Tiffany and her amazing company did for us. God bless you and your employees.

They put the handles the wrong way and made a complete mess. They came to my house to try to fix the problem but instead they said it was already that way and that they did a good job you need to be blind to not see the mess they did. The owner instead of accepting his mistake did nothing but said to us I will see you in court.

She took time to match our colors and throughly discussed options and ideas. Miss A was awesome. We appreciated that she brought her project manager to the first meeting when they were giving us a quote for our home projects. The purpose of having the project manager at this first meeting was for him to understand what we wanted.
The day of the painting job the project manager showed up on time – 7am with his lead painter Ricardo. He introduced Ricardo to us and made us feel confident about our decision to work with 5 Star Painters.

Ricardo was the painter, and we can’t say enough about how happy we are with his skills, his professionalism , and attention to detail. Excellent job! He even took the time to sweep the debris from our planter that tipped over. He left the job clean . The painting project was a success.

We don’t write many reviews because as everyone we are super busy but we wanted to take the time to really recommend 5 Star Painters.

They were on time, always communicating with us and they worked fast and professionally. They were polite, clean and efficient. Arlene is a sweet heart! She was always checking in on us and making sure we were 100% satisfied. The first picture is what my home looked like before and I added 2 photos of the after.

They also did magic to the fire place giving it a whole new look that popped the living room! Old saggy popcorn ceilings were transformed into clean textured surfaces. Because of Five Stars work, we have no doubt that we were flooded with applicants who wanted to rent the unit. Strongly recommend this business for your interior painting needs. The investment in painting our rental will more than pay off with the increase in rent we were able to charge!

The only issue I had was with Mr Martell and his estimate of how much time it would take to complete the repair. He told the insurance company 16 days, or 3 weeks to complete the job and it actually took 5 weeks! So I was only given a rental car for 3 weeks and had to pay for the other 2 weeks out of my pocket. This is a very bad business practice!

So naturally when it came to find a place to get the damage repaired I was a lil worried of the final outcome and just had Sub come to it will never look the same. I talked to the owner when I dropped it off and he assured me it will be like nothing happened….. He was not lying!!!!! I can not tell at all!!!!!! Shawn made it look like new, better than when I picked it up from the dealership. Paint surface so smooth like butter. No ugly looking swirls on the paint. Plus the car care information Shawn provides for you after is awesome. Shawn shows his master skills and attention to detail at a great professional level. I bought my McLaren MP4-12C from South Carolina and unfortunately the vehicle didn't come paint corrected as promised and I was extremely disappointed in the results. I had taken my Ferrari California to Shawn once before and knew this was the man for the job. Called and made an appointment immediately. Within two weeks the vehicle was dropped off and ready for Shawn's magic fingers. Within two days this car went from water spots that wouldn't come off no matter how many times you washed it to wet glass. The paint was absolutely gorgeous! It was a mirror.. Booking an appointment was easy using his site (if you are planning to get something like this done, do it sooner rather than later because his schedule gets booked up!) . Shawn did an excellent job answering all my questions about the Ceramic coating process beforehand and even went the extra mile letting me come by before the appointment to ask questions about a problem I had with my clear coat. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He took amazing care of my Model 3 and kept me up to date via text through out the entire process. The man is a true professional who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure your car is done right. I can't smack the 5 star button hard enough for this man. If you need any detailing or ceramic coating done to your car, CALL THIS MAN. I could go on but I'll let the pics of my model 3 speak for itself.

My car was severely damaged by hail (insurance appraiser said it was the worst he's seen in a good while) and they literally made it look even newer than before! Chet and his whole team took care of me and made the whole process as smooth as possible. They were able to avoid cutting my car top which I really appreciated, and even updated my bumper to a sport version. Thanks again !

Not this business, they were confident and strategic in their work and were able to PDR. Every other place wanted to keep me car all day or over night. They were able to complete within 3 hours. Will be going back once I get matching touch up paint to finish up the work, and to take another vehicle to them to fix a dent.

I looked frantically for a Auto Collision shop when I found Auto Collision Center I called I explained that my grandma was on the side of the road outside of El Paso from the word go they sent a tow truck immediately to her location picked up the vehicle took the vehicle back to the shop orchestrated with the insurance company and everything taken care of kept me posted on everything that was happening with the vehicle. I could not ask for a better customer service I believe they went above and beyond they even picked my grandmother up from the hotel and brought her to the car after it was fixed super awesome company very family oriented. Thank you again for everything!!

He fixed all dents and scratches and painted the whole driver’s side with the original white pearl paint. They were so quick and handled everything with our insurance. My car looks brand new again! They even replaced our wheels as they had some damage. Gerard kept in touch throughout the whole process. We will continue to go to them if we ever need to. Completely recommend.

Gerard is excellent and Fred, Ray, and Max did a pristine job in fixing up my vehicle! I strongly recommend if one finds themselves looking for a place to have their vehicle repaired. It's very stressful to be involved in an accident, but at least having a good shop to take it to eases it alot!

I brought in my vehicle two weeks ago after getting hit a few months ago and was not expecting such a quick and easygoing process.
