As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by one of their employees. She came out to take a look at my bumper and was able to buff out the scratch for me! Most importantly though, they have high quality standards are very detailed in their work. I’m very pleased with my repairs and they even went out of their way to cover my car for me while it was sitting outside waiting on parts for a few days, which they didn’t have to but they did it. If you love your car and want it back perfect how it was from the factory, these are your guys. They took good care of me.

From my conversations with the businesses, Ryan convinced me to bring nearly brand new car to have Auto Image Inc. do the work to protect my investment. I am 100% convinced that I made the right choice. 1. I was looking for a 3M product. I was introduced to LLumar film at Auto Image…then I did the study and comparison between the two products. Auto Image gave me much better protection for the same money but twice the guarantee. 2. Convenience. Auto Image has three loaner cars and since I was from out of town, I was able to step into one of these three and it made this appointment possible. 3. I got to meet first hand those who were going to do the work to my car and once the project was completed, they gave me a personal presentation of all the details they put into the work. I will be going back to Auto Image for tint and more. If you don't have the time to do the study, take my word for it. Auto Image won't allow you to be disappointed.

When I called to get my car scheduled the team was SO friendly and helpful on the phone. Both Amber and Chris were always great to communicate with me and give weekly updates on the progress of my car. Chris helped me find the best deal for a tow company and he went out of his way to get me the best prices with parts. There were a few times that we had some miscommunication but they were quick to resolve this issue! Jordan and AJ help guide their customers during the entire process with the insurance agents on the repairs and help explain each detail. The insurance company on the second incident was not great to work with and if it weren’t for AJ, I would’ve been stuck in the insurance company’s claims “process” system of their app for who knows how long before they decided to actually move it along and get it taken care of properly with a supervisor who could approve the overrides and allow the experts at the body shop to do their job. Unfortunately, her insurance decided it cost more to fix than the car was worth, so I didn’t get any repairs but I just want to say how much I appreciated AJ and his staff. Subsequetly, there were 2 different issues with sensors that didn't operate. I finally got my Tahoe back in about 10 months after the initial repair when Aaron took care of it. They even washed my very dirty vehicle. Though the sensors were not working initially they took responsibility and fixed it no questions asked and went the extra mile. Great customer service. I got into a wreck on 9/30 and had wait a good week before I had to call myself to hear any updates from them (I had gotten with them through my insurance company for estimates). I was given an estimate when I called and was told they were waiting on insurance to decide if it was repairable or not. I was fine with that and decided to give it more time. Fast forward to this Tuesday and found out they hadn’t submitted the information to insurance correctly (or at all possibly) and was told they’d refile with insurance and I’d hear by today. Today I still haven’t heard anything. Contacted insurance and found out the shop still has not submitted the information and doesn’t know when they will. So now I have no way of getting a check for my now totaled car from insurance, meaning I cannot get a new car even though insurance will no longer cover my rental after Monday next week. Also called corporate to see if there was anything that could be done to speed this up or get the information to insurance ASAP but had to leave a message as apparently NO ONE was available. So now I get to see if I’ll have a car or not to even get to work every day, or if I’ll have to churn out a bunch of money I do not have right now to rent until I’m able to pay off my old loan and get a new car. I try not to leave negative reviews over most things ever but this is just disappointing.

Since they are a Geico repair shop it was a easy one stop for estimate and repair for me. We had another trip planned the following Friday and ask if it would be done by then. Ryan our service advisor said they would do their best to have it done by then. Ryan kept me informed of the progress all week and by Thursday, 6 days later, he called me and said it was done and in the detail booth. We picked it up at 5pm Thursday and left town at 3am Friday. That's less than 1 week! I could not believe how quickly they got the car back to us and it was detailed and carpet swept. I just want to send a huge Thanks to ALL the employees for completing the work quickly and expertly. Everyone at Collision works was very easy to work with and treated me like their only customer. I could go on and on but you can't go wrong with Collision Works. I will take all my future repairs to Collision Works. Thank you Collision Works Staff!!!

Scrapfishin Casting rated it 1/5: Good inspection overall to have a well noted quote. Although I would like to be precise on how brutally one of their ways are when you have side stepping rails on your vehicle and climb on. Not with care but with fun. Estimator climbed on railing and decided to jump up and down making my vehicle suspend his 300+ lbs .. be out there when they are inspecting your vehicle.. don't let him or them abuse of their "expertise" to have their way with your vehicle. I won't take my vehicle to this shop anymore nor who works and sacrifices their time inorder to purchase their vehicle with pride.
Too bad I am not a person with his attitude or else me and him won't have a job to go to the next day.

Kammerer Auto Body & Paint is the best place in Wichita, KS 67202, USA to get your car painted. They have a great reputation and they do an amazing job. They are also very reasonably priced.

He assured me that the problems will be corrected and addressed so I will take him at his word and upgraded my stars due to him calling me personally. Once I have my issues corrected I will come back in and rate them again.

They arranged the tow truck & worked with our insurance company for making the repairs needed in a timely manner, & with quality OEM parts. Tyler kept us up to date on the whole process & Mike even stayed a little late for us to pick it up when the work was completed. We couldn't have expected better service!

I had a car that insurance should have totaled, and while they refused to, Mike and Tyler did an amazing job making it look brand new. Parts of the frame had to be replaced, the entire drivers side, etc., but you absolutely cannot tell it was ever in an accident.
They did it again when I hit a deer a couple months later and even helped me on other minor issues. I just cannot say enough good things about Mike. Kind, honest, and so incredibly helpful. I feel like I'm going to actually miss seeing him when I finally stop having car accidents!
