My insurance company tried sending me to their shop but I'm really big on reviews so after reading it, I immediately told them I'm not taking my baby there. I went online and start reading reviews and was impressed with Victor's Body Shop. I stopped by there
minutes before the shop opened. I was greeted by a young man and talked about the damages. He also helped me take the pictures to send to my insurance company. He talked to me without making me feel rushed and even pointed out that my back tire had been pushed forward. Which I really appreciate! The staff there is very professional and nice!! Had my vehicle back a day before I was scheduled to return the rental with everything that was wrong, Fixed! Victor's Body Shop also washed my car and had it looking Amazing!! I would definitely recommend this shop. Then Men here is Awesome! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

To have received such an overall unsatisfactory job, plus the terrible customer service from "the manager" when I told him about my dissatisfaction with the car color and pointed a few post-work issues, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Do yourself a favor and take your precious vehicle anywhere but here if you need a paint job. They'll paint your car in whatever color THEY feel like painting it, damage your tires, leave scratches/glue stains all over your car, break other stuff on your car and swear that's how you brought it in.

August Cruz rated it 1/5: I wish I could rate this place not even zero but more like negative ten ( -10), absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a so called business, I should have read the reviews first and paid attention to only the negative ones since the positive ones looks to be fake or bought through discounts or something. First I was told over the phone they have a $395 special to paint my car there at the Maaco on Berry Ave, but once I got there the same guy Tony I had spoken to switched the price to $500. Since it was only $105 difference and the guy was really nice (at first) I agreed, plus Tony had told me he was the owner (which turned out to be a lie) and he would personally make sure my car got the best work possible.
Then after they got my car the guy Tony and a guy named Charles were being really nasty and yelling over the phone when I called to ask a question about the job to my car even hanging up the phone in my face. They took only a day to finish my car which I thought was rather odd.

When I was able to go pick it up, I couldn't believe the horrible job they did to my car. I saw runs of paint, other objects in the paint, blotches of paint, small holes, lines of paint, paint overspray, glue around the emblems and it looks like they didn't even sand my car down first just threw paint on it, which looks terrible and I hear could be very harmful to my cars body. Paint over the old paint, huh??? Can't even imagine how many other ppl cars this was done to. When I started pointing these things out to Tony and Charles they started yelling and blaming me. I just left and now looking into reporting this Maaco because they're ripping ppl off and doing crooked bad business there while disrespecting the customer at the same time, they need to be investigated and shut down COMPLETELY!
Jon Gardner rated it 1/5: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I took my 2020 Honda Civic to have repair work done to my right rear quarter panel. After "completing" the work I came in to pick up my car and noticed that the quarter panel had a snake skin like appearance from lack of proper buffing. After arguing about the improper appearance of the paint job compared to the rest of the car Charles finally agreed to do the work the right way. Once the work was done correctly I picked up my vehicle again and brought it home and put it in my garage where it sat for 2 months. I travel for work and was unable to drive the car at all during that time. Upon pulling the car out I noticed that there were clear coat over spray spots over the majority of the vehicle. Taking it back to Charles he again wanted to explain that the car did not look that bad and that I had obviously done something to make that happen. Reluctantly, the shop took the car to try and repair their mistakes. After picking up the car today there are still obvious mistakes in overspray on the car. Charles in his ineptitude used some type of compound on my car to try and remove them and only scratched certain spots even more. I pointed out to Charles that the work that he did only made things worse and did not fix the issues. I remained calm in my conversation with Charles and he began to tell me in a loud voice while waving his hands that he was done with the car that the only choice I had was to take it to a detailer now & that he wasn't going to do any more work on it. Charles is one of the most incompetent and obtuse managers that I have ever encountered. The work that this shop produces is shoddy at best. Steer well clear and use either a different Maaco or a different body shop all together.

Long story short, 1000 dollars later, three trips back for repainting due to paint coming off, car gone more than 3 days each time, SCREW STICKING OUT UNDER THE BUMPER (noticed while cleaning car, they had to remove bumper each time) he was finally offered a 200 dollar refund. Sadly had the job been right the first time, this review would’ve been a lot better.

Straight Edge had a crew pressure wash the house, then fixed small cracks in the stucco, many of which were barely visible. Then they coated with high-quality Sherwin Williams Loxon paint as a first coat and Super paint as the second. This was recommended by Troy as the Loxon does a better job of sealing the stucco and the Super Paint holds color. I checked in on the progress regularly and found that each day the tools were put up, washed, and stacked neatly (a hallmark of true craftsmen). The masking was done carefully and it shows. I won't hire any other company to paint for me as Zach's team did such an amazing job, even if I can get a cheaper quote.

He left detailed info regarding his company, insurance, etc. We scheduled his company to paint, and they were able to start two weeks earlier than we'd planned, which worked well for us. The three painters worked well together–arrived around 0700 and worked efficiently. We definitely will use Straight Edge Painting again and will recommend them to others.

All the staff is extremely friendly. When I picked my car up the work looked immaculate. I had hit a tire in the street a couple weeks before my accident and they cleaned all the tire marks off without me asking! These people go above and beyond and I definitely recommend them!

They replaced a trim that didn't need replacing and the trim does not fit so it bows out. Insurance agency arranging another body shop to fix their mistakes. They tried to say my truck (that I drove new off the lot) had previous damage in the area of the trim. NO, it doesn't. And if it did, why did the old trim fit perfectly fine. There are screws missing from other trim and no effort to blend or replace the obviously mismatched trim. I waited extra days for the trim piece they screwed up and had told them I could take the truck back for later install but they appear to have rushed the job instead. All contact was initiated by me despite being told they would call me back on three occasions and failed to do so. I will never trust a vehicle to them again. I am stunned that they let me leave with ill fitted trim work and unsecured pieces. Good job on the door itself as the photo shows but nothing else is trustworthy. Humorous point, they replaced the entire side mirror assembly with a piece matching the truck color. The mirrors are all black so now I have black and blue mirrors. LOL. No complaint there, stuff happens but I don't like shoddy work followed by a false claim. 36 Hour UPDATE – The shop ordered a new trim and fixed the issues. Quick service and fixed properly. They made good 👍

After they fixed the new dent I received my car the new week. Now my AC on the driver side doesn’t work. Prior to getting my car fixed my AC was working just fine. I would not recommend putting your car in their shop. They fix one thing then break another.

Seriously amazing job, blended the repair and new paint into the factory paint, sprayed a few coats of clear and there is absolutely no color mismatch whatsoever. The repair is imperceptible and so is the blended area. They knew what I needed and delivered. No BS with scheduling or pick up, very friendly family-run business. Will absolutely be back should the need arise. 5/5.

I walked into 5 body shops in total and Midway gave me the best price. I have used them years ago and was happy with that work. I ordered those spoilers online and had them paint and install those. I'm satisfied with the work though not perfect, but what is. I'm happy with it the end result and the paint job color is dead on. Shot out to Dawntasia. LaptopLoot dotcom
Michael Cox rated it 2/5: Went in to get my quarter panel fixed and repainted, they did a great job on the outside work for a good price, but obviously if they did such a good job why only 2 stars?
Well, because the inside of my car was a DISASTER! Luxury interior and his boot prints were all over the doors and seats. All kinds of debris and dirt on my seats. Water and dirt from his boots on the speakers and scuffs/cuts all over my interior.

Did a good job on the outside but wow did they make a huge mess. Had to pay an extra 50$ to get the inside detailed and stains removed. I would recommend this place if you don’t care about the cleanliness of your car.

Saved thousands by painting the cabinets and not just getting all new doors and applying Formica or something over the existing boxes. No overspray and no paint drips anywhere. Very happy with the finished product.

I only had upper cabinets painted a different color. I asked for existing bottom to be touched up (scratches) Bob did a great job!! I would definitely use them again and recommend for anyone.

We decided to buy the paint ourselves (which saved almost $500). After the job was done, we had 6 gallons of wall paint leftover, business didn’t offer any type of credit or offer to buy the extra paint, so we’re out $300 with paint alone. The hose looks good but things were missed that we’ll have to take care os ourselves

These guys spilled concrete all over my Paver Driveway and then tired to rinse it with water! Then left a hole in the wall they repaired and tried to hide it behind my gutters! I now have to replace the entire wall again because of water damage from the hole they left. You've been Warned! Find someone else to do the work…

Mike P rated it 5/5: Mr. Willis himself came to my house the day after I called for an estimate and took his time to thoroughly explain to us what was wrong with our stucco and his recommendation to repair it. I interviewed 3 different stucco contractors and all 3 were very close in price. His was not the least expensive but he struck me as the most knowledgeable and most willing to accommodate our schedule.
He arrived at the agreed upon time and his crews were very efficient and took their time to ensure everything was taped off and protected prior to working. They literally worked sun up to sun down with a cheerful disposition. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by Mr. Willis or his partner Randy. I did have some issues with some expansion joints that were skimmed over and allowed to cure before trying to re-groove. Randy came over and had the crew leader repair it. Over all, if you need a stucco contractor then give Malcolm a chance to tell you what he can do. He knows stucco.

Randy, our project manager, communicated well with us and was very responsive to our needs. He made sure that at each phase of the project the job was done correctly. The teams were always on time and completed their tasks in a timely manner. We are satisfied with the quality of work each performed and the value of the overall project.
