I had very bad hail damage and they immediately replaced the broken rear windshield while I waited just a few days for the repair of hundreds of dents. I can honestly say my car is in better shape now than it was before the hailstorm. When they found some painting was necessary I didn’t have to do anything; they contacted my insurance company directly and started the additional work the same day. I am VERY impressed!

The paint had large noticeable runs & they literally painted over the staples from the product ID tag. I mean it couldn't have required more than 20 seconds to remove 2 staples.

I would recommend ONLY getting cabinets done if they take it to their shop to sand and refinish/paint. Too much clean up at in the kitchen even with the room "quarantined".

They have a process that made the whole experience very smooth, and communication was great. I had family emergencies pop up before the scheduled project start date, and they were very responsive and helpful to move schedules around as needed. Project Managers and painting crews were all friendly and helpful. My only concern is the fee charged for using credit card to pay online, but they have no problem with checks given to the project managers during the final walk-through, which worked out great. Highly recommended!!

The repair came out nice, however the outside of vehicle was covered from sanding in the body shop, wouldve been nice if they wouldve wiped it down before i picked it up. Inside of car has a smell probably from prep the car to paint. It's not a smell after you would clean the inside. Other then that, the repair came out good.

Ricky Quarles rated it 4/5: I don't know yet. I went to get an estimate to do rust repair on my 2005 Tahoe. Don't want any painting yet, just some panels replaced and inside rust repair that will eliminate or slow down future rust.
I know that all other body repair shops that I contacted DON'T do rust. We will see. I do know that the estimator and manager showed and sold me on what is about to take place.

I think the estimate is a little high but he's giving me a new hood and that's what's sold me plus the thickness of the replacement parts. That matters.

I don't know about the other Maaco locations but the crew at 511B S Werges, Indianapolis IN location gained my trust. Another good thing is that I pay half the cost up front and the rest upon completion.

They had just replaced a bracket in both the front and the rear bumpers, and fixed something with my rear driver's side door, but apparently they didn't catch the issue with that piece of the front bumper. And they charged me an additional hundred dollars to fix that, although that was a discount for me. I think they should have done it for free. And I had to extend my car rental so they could fix the separate issue.
Hence, I give them 4 stars, not 5.
Joy Jeffers rated it 1/5: Took my car into Maaco to get it fixed on July 19th 2021 & it wasn't done until September 24th 2021. I paid over $5,000 to get it fixed & then 10 days later it broke down. The AC compressor fell off & cracked the lower engine inside the car & it took down a hose that was connected to the coolant & there was coolant everywhere inside of the car… not only that the timing belt was off & too big for that engine. I called & asked to get a full refund & they only offered $500. My car which is a 2019 Hyundai Elantra is not drivable & I'm still paying on it & it's on my credit. Maaco put old defective parts in my car & charged me for new parts & put the money that I gave them under taxable parts on the receipt. If u don't do mechanical work then don't accept the car!.

They painted the walls and some woodwork in our prior home. We just hired them to paint multiple rooms in our new home. Their estimate was reasonable and thorough. The crew came on time, were very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. We even got new appliances the week after the paint job and they came back to cover a few spots on the cabinets that were now exposed. 5 stars!

This year we painted the entire interior of the house including our kitchen cabinets, backsplash, and staircase railings.
Not only was the work done on schedule, but it was excellent quality, and made the inside of the house look and feel brand new and gave everything a fresh touch. We have had multiple people tell us that our house looks like it's out of a magazine.

Nate's promptness to coming out to gather information for the estimate and turning around the estimate quickly (same day for us) was very much appreciated. Not only that, but in our experience, Nate gives you the BEST estimate the first time, and we've always walked away feeling that we were treated very fairly.

We have been extremely happy with both crews (last year and this year), and would highly recommend anyone considering using Paintco, and without hesitation will use them again.
