Kept me updated on the process. When the vehicle was complete, I picked it up and at first glance everything seemed great. Now I am noticing things do not fit together properly. The tailgate is pushing into the bumper causing the new paint to come off the new bumper. The seal for the hatch was not properly aligned. Overall not bad, but this was a brand new car and I had asked they take their time so that everything would be back to the way it was. I will likely have to schedule my vehicle back in a second time.

They kept in touch with us during the process, sent updates for any delays, and explained the steps thoroughly. They did much more to help us through this, I feel than the insurance company, or rental car company combined. I am recommending them to my friends, and family if they ever have an accident. Hopefully I won't need their help in the future, but if so I know I can trust them 100%. Attached is a before, and after picture of the damage they repaired. The Prius handles as good as the first day we got it.

Just because they promised the car would be ready in 7 days and it took more like 16. With every deadline broken. I also have to give 3 stars for them sticking to their estimate and negotiate price. I needed a little extra work done which was included in my estimate but was charged an extra fee. Besides all this you still can't beat their price. My car looked so good i did not even recognize it when i pulled up. Even my son was impressed. My coworkers were equally impressed. I would highly recommend this site to bring your old vehicle to life. Thank you Jose and Juan. You guys are the best.

From the beginning, Juan was very helpful in providing an estimate. I was told an estimated completion date and was delivered before the date. What convinced me was the finished vehicles that were finished great. Apart from the best price quoted, I’m my opinion the prep and paint guys did a really great job. I just wanted a basic enamel paint job and they went above. Minimal overspray but no drips and all areas were covered as described on the estimate. The car looks way better than It could have came out. I thanked the hard working employees for providing excellent work. I would definitely recommend and would repeat service since I have other vehicles to have work done also. It’s been about a month now and I can say the paint has been better than expected. I hand washed the car and it looks awesome. Some orange peel is to be expected but I think a light wet sanding on paint would bring out the best of the paint work. Different paint options to choose from. If a basic enamel paint came out this good, I can only assume the premium paint jobs would come out at best. The manager I think her name is Elizabeth, she attended me and showed me all my options for paint. I met the whole staff and everyone was very welcoming. Elizabeth and the all the staff made me feel super comfortable with the option I chose. I received the truck within two weeks and was amazed with the quality of work, I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends.

If I could, I would give you another 5 stars, I returned for a small detail in my car and Frank fixed it free of charge, By the way, he also gave me a rental car while he fixed mine, No charge!. I am very happy to know that the warranty is valid as long as you are the owner of the car.

I decided to go for it ,and it came out great the outcome was good. plus the man who washes the car after they fix it left it nice n clean i felt real happy and glad to have had thisall over with.

Leslie Patterson rated it 5/5: I recently worked with Guy and Mario to have the hood on my 2006 Volvo repainted and I have never had been happier with the quality of work and service I received from this location, which I have been coming to for over 30 years, than I have until now. They went above and beyond what other companies would have done. My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Crash Champions Signal Hill and ask for Guy!

Not to mention that they said my brake light was not included in the insurance quote but it was fine b4 the accident so sumn just ain't right if you ask me. And they jacked up my door lock on the passenger door. It was just fine when I brought my car in. This is just all bad considering! 😒😔
Michael Teran rated it 1/5: My vehicle was towed here at the recommendation of my insurance company back in June. I was told the parts were on back order because of supply issues. After a few conversations with the shop and the dealer, I found out they were ordering the wrong parts because my vehicle, although new, was an older body style. This is something the shop should have figured out using the VIN#. Well the parts finally came in more than two months ago and my vehicle is still not repaired and it’s almost November. For the last month I’ve been told each week that it just needs to be painted and put back together but each week it’s still not done. Last week when I called in to get status I spoke to someone else who again said the vehicle needed to be painted and they were still waiting on parts. The estimate indicated this repair should be at most 19 days and I’m going on 5 months with no vehicle!

They recommended painting and blending the affected areas. It came out looking brand new and they saved me a lot of money. In fact, it looked so good that I also brought in my Toyota for some touch-up paint work. Both cars looked like they did the day that we bought them. Plus, they gave me a 10-year warranty.

I really like and trust the guys that run the shop. Erik was very kind and George was a good guy too. Thank you, gentlemen!

Marcos Orozco rated it 5/5: Had my right front bumper ripped off from a parking stall.. Headlights didn’t work and front bumper almost dragging to the floor. Went to another shop in Santa Ana and my spider senses were on alert. Heard a couple of things that didn’t make sense to me. Later that day I spoke with my cousin and he recommended me to this shop. Erick was upfront with me from the very beginning and I appreciate the truth even if it’s ugly. I decided to trust him and glad I did. Bumper and light fixed like new again! Great communication and service from this place!

When I got there I was greeted with professionalism by the employees who were very easy to talk to. I then asked them for an estimate to paint my hood the same color as the rest of the body, along with the roof black. After a short time signing some paperwork, I handed them over the keys. When I saw my car a few days later I was ecstatic. The individuals who work there have obviously mastered their craft. Thank you ER Painting Services for saving my car.

I purchased a very rare spoiler for my 2017 Porsche 911 and needed to find a shop that would paint match my rare color which is Sapphire Blue. Based on the online reviews through Yelp & Google, I found ER Painting Services and messaged them for a quote. They were very quick to reply and upfront with the pricing and lead time. Dropped off the spoiler on Monday afternoon and was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon and was painted PERFECTLY! Perfectly blends in with the rest of the car. Even though I was planning to install on my own, they offered to help for FREE to install the spoiler and was able to drive away with my new spoiler installed. Phenomenal shop all around in terms of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. ER Painting Services will be my 'go-to' shop for all my painting needs moving forward!
