No other painting companies I spoke with had the manpower, attention to detail, or passion for paint. Time is money, and while others quoted 3-6 days of work for a 2 bedroom 1400 sq ft condo, Alan’s team was able to get it done in 2 days, which gave me extra time to pick colors and have my whole place painted before I moved in. I had a few visible drywall seams I wanted to fix, and Alan warned me that he would do his best, but the texture might not be able to be matched – well, his team completely overdelivered as the walls look absolutely flawless and the texture matched perfectly!! Alan was also a great help throughout the entire process – everything from picking colors to helping to find the best price for materials. His team while on the job were always on time and worked diligently. Their cleanliness is unmatched – my place looked cleaner after they left than it did to begin with!! I cannot recommend Alan enough, and I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

The first time I worked with All Los Angeles Painting, we had an issue with a “mystery crack” in a wall that needed repair, requiring the repainting of the wall. At that time, we also asked Alan to paint our primary bedroom, closet, and some other areas that needed attention. His attention to detail, level of care and follow-through, and the outstanding quality of the work make him “my painter,” or “my guy” when I need any painting done. It’s just that good of a company.
Most recently, I called on Alan to tackle a large job in a townhouse we were about to list for sale. He made the time for us, brought his best ideas and approach, and had us taken care in a speedy and organized manner. The crew is outstanding in their level of care and preparedness, as well as the prep they put into the area to be painted, and the other areas where they may be working or passing through – it’s all done exactly the way you want it. They leave no mess, they respect the space, and they turn in a top-notch end result. We have no doubt that the quality of the painting and wall work/patching done by All Los Angeles Painting was what put our listing on top because of how great the place looked in our photos, resulting in a closing price over ask. According to our real estate broker, many people who toured the home said it “looked new,” which, before Alan and his crew got there, it definitely did not.

Bottom line is you can trust Alan is going to do great work, and that his crew are talented, friendly, and respectful of the space around them. Originally we reached out hoping to have the wood beams on the ceiling of our home restored to their natural wood color. Alan called and discussed all of my options with me and ultimately proposed a cost effective solution that turned out beautifully. We were so pleased with the work we decided to hire him and his team the very next weekend to paint all of the other rooms in our new home. I could not be happier with their work. The paint job is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. They took their time cleaning our home afterwards, paying attention to all of the small details. They painted 4 rooms in one day saving us time and money without compromising the quality of their work.

Beyond the exquisite paint jobs, Alan and his team were extremely communicative. I really appreciate and value good communication as I knew the entire time that we were being taken care of. Even though the price of materials and labor had increased because of the pandemic, he still honored our original pricing, which was so appreciative. He showed up or called every day to check in, and his team was early every day and very respectful the whole job. They got the job done extremely quick while still being thorough. Unfortunately, the once beautiful silver finish was starting to look dull and oxidized. Then I scraped a high curb and dinged the right front bumper. That was the last straw. I wasn't ready to sell and I wanted to feel good about driving the car I was once so proud of. I had heard a lot of positive things about Maaco so I went for an estimate. The price I was quoted was so affordable I wondered if their service would live up to the hype. The young man who did the estimate, Victor Rodriguez, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable – a real credit to the company. His professional demeanor convinced me to take a chance. That was last Friday, 10/10. Today, 10/20, I picked up my car. I was blown away by the quality of Maaco's work. And, I still marvel at the price I paid. If you have a car like mine – still running like a classic but looking too old before its time – I cannot recommend Maaco highly enough.

Vicki Hodges rated it 3/5: First let me say that I really want to give this place three and a half Stars but there was no option for that. The customer service is excellent even though they need an extra staff person on Saturdays.
My car was an unusually bright turquoise paint job. It was ready after 5 days. I came to get it on a Saturday morning but it wasn't completely ready to drive off the lot because the molding had not been put back in place around the windows. And the car was quite dusty inside and out. There was a lot of extraneous paint here and there on the trim. The Virgo staff person was very accommodating, though, and took care of all the peccadilloes. However, once I got home I was dismayed to discover that there was turquoise paint in between the tire treads of a back rear tire! That was not happiness. It was too late to call to report this and the next day was Sunday. But I assume it will eventually get worn down so I did not call on Monday.

All in all the car looks beautiful and looks brand new.

I would definitely recommend MAACO if you want your car repainted but be sure to carefully inspect it before driving off the lot! They should pay a little bit more attention to detail in the "post-paint" clean up for the amount of money they charge.
Kyle Reese rated it 2/5: The paint job itself was good. The actual paint job was worth that 3k. I'd say I got my money's worth on that 3k. It was the "body work" portion for 2k where I got straight robbed. Also just bad communication in general is what killed it for me. 5 k is alot of money. I think I expected a little better communication and craftsmanship. For instance the old window trim was very old and cracked so they slapped it right back on. Couldve got a new one or let me know. they charged me $500 in "body work materials" and can't replace a $10 part? So I paid $500 for a can of Bondo and a couple of screws. To me, thats whack.
So they said it would be ready today so I took the day off work and arranged a ride to get it and low and behold it wasn't ready so I took my truck out unfinished cause it's already been there over a month ( I was told up to 3 weeks) and I was tired of the back and forth felt like it was on the back burner right there so I'll finish it myself even though I paid them already full price cause I really don't want it sitting there for another month feel like I just flushed money down the drain.

Mr Lee explained honestly, clearly and in detail what they were going to do and that communication is what made me most comfortable with the process.
I am extremely happy with the results and the turnaround was within the week which was also a bonus. The fix looked excellent and the colour matching is great too. Mr lee also fixed a couple of other small scratches too. Looks as good as new. Would definitely recommend 5 stars.

Though his shop was extremely busy, he finished the work on my car in only 5 days despite saying that it may take up to 1.5 weeks. Furthermore, he even opened his shop on a holiday morning for me to be able to pick up my car sooner rather than later. The work itself is immaculate, and Mr. Lee even told me to please bring my car back in immediately if I had any issues with the fix or wasn’t happy with the work. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Plus, Mr. Lee is so much fun to chat with!

My experience:
Brought a 2018 Tesla Model 3 for rear left quarter panel repair. Initial repair time was 1.5 weeks from drop-off to pickup.

I received the vehicle back and noted that the gravel guard finish was a rough, unmatched finish. I pointed this out to the owner, who initially said it was fine, and eventually got a technician and the office manager to agree that this finish was incorrect.

Fast forward to September, and I return the car for 9 days to redo the finish. I was told the car would be immediately ready upon my return from travel on Tuesday, Sept 6 (the shop was closed on Sat and Mon due to Labor Day). Eyal specifically mentioned the car's battery charge (mid 30%) would be the same and that they have a charger on site.

I pick up the car this morning dirty, unwashed, with 9% battery. I had to charge the car (unplanned) and was late to a meeting. The finishing compound used was still present during this second repair.

To end the story, I return the car later in the afternoon for a wash (mainly to remove the wax-like substance), park in one of the narrow drives, and am then disrespectfully yelled at by Lisa to vacate the drive because I was holding up traffic. Notable that the drive was the only available legal spot to park. I didn't want to be there as much as she did not want me there – this was my third return to restore the car to what should have been completed on my first visit.

No rental car or other consolation offered to bridge my transportation while they repaired their error.

Would I use again? Probably not. I'm likely an anomaly; the shop's history + reviews are solid. And the one-off customer service negative experiences are probably infrequent as well. Hence the four stars and not fewer: probably just a one-off for this shop.

I unfortunately was in a car accident in February but luckily the World Auto Body team arrived at the time of the accident to tow my car and handle the repair! I was hesitant at first because it was my first time experiencing a tow company and collision shop being present at the accident without my need to dispatch one.

My husband and I have been going to Izzy and New Image for over a decade now whenever our cars need work done. This latest time when I dropped off my car (Kia Rio) we talked about the work that needed to be done, and when I get the car back, Izzy went above and beyond! He fixed the body damage to my driver side, and my door latch and my gas door which I completely forgot to bring up! If you are searching for a reliable, responsive auto repair shop, look no further! My messages were always responded to within a day, and my car with all that work that needed done, was returned to me in less than 3 weeks, washed, waxed and with a detailed interior! Can you take your car to New Image if you need new tires? YES, you can! They do it all! Body work, new tires, mechanical work. In addition to all that expertise under one roof, they treat their customers more than fairly and with respect. I count myself fortunate to know I can take my car into Izzy whenever I may need to. Long review: Before going to Izzy, I actually shopped around and visited a couple of auto body shops. They gave me estimates that varied by several hundreds of dollars. Izzy gave me the lowest price to fix my car.

Not only that. He is outright honest, and follows through with his employee’s work! Upon coming to pick up my car, I noticed there was a little section on my bumper that needed to be fix. Izzy was so apologetic and gave me a huge discount because I had to wait 30 minutes, AND get this, he even offered me his car just in case I had to run errands during the 30 minutes. Who does that?! Izzy, of course! Talk about treating customers like family with honesty, respect, and integrity. Linda, his helper, is VERY SWEET too and provides the best customer service. She was always available via text message / phone calls and kept me updated about my car via texts. She also followed through even after my car was fixed to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work that was done to my car. I am 100% happy with their work on my bumper.

I will forever go to his auto body shop for future needs and recommend him to everyone!

When someone hit me again with no insurance I went in just to get the bumper fixed, and Izzy insisted that he could fix the side panel that I didn’t anticipate to ever be fixed due to the cost estimates from other body shops. He gave me a very fair price estimate that no one could beat and I cannot be more happier with the quality of results! Izzy truly cares about making his customer’s happy, and I can tell he’s a perfectionist. He goes above and beyond, and is someone you can trust! I hope that more people can give these guys more business Bc they really deserve it, and you won’t be disappointed!

Based on the great reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It was a great decision, the craftsmanship of the shop is awesome! Well turns out they were hoping for an insurance payout and they intended to fix my car and resell it. Then I found Javier. He and his team walked me through the process. They were transparent about costs. And it was a quarter cost of what a previous shop had quoted me. Javier and his staff made my car better looking than it was before. They even cleaned it! What auto shop does that? They fixed my car in 3 days and I was told it would be ready in 4-5. Best part of all, Javier loan me a car completely free of charge while he worked on mine. This place gave phenomenal service. And above all, as a woman, I felt respected. I wasn’t patronized, ignored, or up sold and lied to the way the two previous places had done to me. If you choose somewhere else over Mexico Autobody it’s your loss. This is my new car spot. Thanks Javier! Thanks Maria! Thank you Mexico Auto!
