Tony rated it 5/5: I had my 1985 BMW 735i painted at this business. They did an excellent job. They gave me a tour of the paint shop and made me think they would take good care of the car. The car's top coat was worn down with several dings and a cease. I had my doubts because the place is not fancy or elaborate. What made me give them 5 stars was the ease in which they fixed a small bubble on top of the car. Rarely is something this damaged fixed perfectly without a touch up. They brought the car in and I got it back several days later without any drama which is 5 star quality and integrity. I get thumbs up and positive comments where ever I go. A Trader Joe employee took a picture of the car for her husband. Several fraternity brothers admired the paint job and some thought it was original paint. I couldn't be happier with the paint job and the price.

I will forever recommend them to anyone I know in the area. I got regular updates through my email. Not only did they fix what was broken, but they made sure my baby was safe for me to drive again by checking out other things making sure all was good and safe. Even through it took longer than expected due to the shortage on parts and I ran out of time with my rental, Jamie went above and beyond to try and help me out. 10/10 service. Such a welcoming and wonderful good person! They truly treated me like family. They will forever have me as a loyal costumer!

Prior to taking it in, I went to three other shops to get quotes, and James' price was the most reasonable one out of all four shops. Also, some shops were saying it would take 4-6 weeks to fix my vehicle, meanwhile, it only took James' shop 2-3 weeks.

I have had a very hard time finding good and honest shops in the past and this place is by far the best I have ever done business with. Got into quite the little fender bender, fully expecting massive repercussions and to my shock Jamie and his team were able to completely restore my car to its former glory. Not only did they spend the time to perfect the exterior but he took the extra time to fully run my car for everything interior and exterior to reassure my safety. I have never been treated so kindly and so much like family from a garage before, Jamie and his team will always get my business and i highly recommend their work to ANYONE.

We could not be happier! The prep work amazed us–the crew made our walls look better than they did new when we moved in 22 years ago. From the first contact with Taylor and his thorough quote with every detail of what we could expect, to the expert knowledge, contact and friendliness of Project Manager EJ, to the painting team (I wish I had their names!). The team was on time every day, worked 10 hour days, and did a job above and beyond what we expected (and we expected a lot); they were amazing! EJ stayed in contact daily to make sure all was going as expected as well. The team was careful with what furniture and fixtures were left in the rooms, as well as a thorough cleanup when the job was complete. We appreciated Clay's insight and recommendations when we were deciding what treatments would benefit each area. Clay and team were communicative, polite, and showed so much care for our property and the plants around the decks while they were here. Benjamin Clayton Merritt rated it 1/5: Clay Harvey and CLH Painting did not follow accepted industry practice when painting my home, which resulted in major damage to my siding, costly repairs and repainting, more than a year of hassle, and lawsuits. Not only did Clay Harvey refuse to take responsibility for his easily proven negligence, he hired Miller Law Group to sue me for leaving negative reviews online. Despite clear product labels, specification sheets, and industry standards, CLH painted my home in temperatures below 20 degrees F with products that require temperatures above 35 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 48 hours after application. The damage caused by this negligence began to manifest within just six months. I had agreed with Clay Harvey that my home may require maintenance due to the age of the siding. However, the paint began to blister and bubble in large sheets. Not small flakes that needed maintenance, but huge sections of paint that literally fell off the house if disturbed by hand. Please see the images I have shared on Google Maps for context. When I asked Clay Harvey to fix the problems, he wasted months of my time with a representative from Sherwin Williams. The Sherwin Williams employee took a single, non-representative paint sample and suggested this exonerated Clay Harvey since it had peeled to bare wood. Again, please check my review on Google Maps for images that easily refute this argument. The paint peeled to the bare wood, to a primer coat, and to various layers of old paint. It peeled from the brick and concrete foundation as well and continued to all sides of the house. I gave Clay Harvey every opportunity to fix the issues. He refused responsibility and eventually informed me, in writing, that he “never from the beginning said I had a guarantee.” After more than a year of hassling, I left him negative reviews and sued in Small Claims to recover a portion of the cost associated with fixing my home. He responded by disparaging me online, suggesting I was being dishonest, and then suing me for posting bad reviews. In summary, my siding is ruined, the house has to be completely repainted, Clay Harvey claims he doesn’t guarantee his work, and I was sued for sharing these details online.

Cameron Cooper rated it 2/5: TL;DR: Cheap and quick, but poor customer service. —– The manager and salesperson I worked with were good guys. They were able to get me a quick and cheap quote which I was happy about; however, the inspection for the damage/quote was not thorough, so they ended up charging me later for more labor to fix internal damage. They got the parts, got my car in the shop, and did the work quickly which was great. But when I picked up my car, the install and painting looked great, but I immediately notice they installed the wrong model side view mirror that didn't match the other side mirror. They had to have noticed this, but didn't care enough to address it and hoped I didn't either. That being said I confronted them about it and they agreed to reorder and reinstall for free, but they kept ordering and receiving the wrong mirror. 3 months later, I still have the incorrect mirror on my car and I gave up on them because working with them is more of a headache than it's worth. I would advise anyone to go to a more reputable shop that can better handle customer issues because they didn't seem interested in really helping me out.

Israel had the best line technique I have seen )on 15 ft ceilings) and there were Zero peak throughs or mistakes by this team. We have let 2 other painters go in the past when they were unreliable and sloppy – but All Pro is true to the name.

Chad was easy to communicate with when it came to the planning of the project. During the project itself, we communicated with Wesley and he too was very responsive and kept us up to speed on how things were coming along. We’re now looking into getting the exterior portion of our home painted and we will be connecting with All-Pro for this project too!

A week later the painters arrived on time and well prepared to paint our downstairs ceilings and upstairs master bedroom and ceilings, along with some drywall repairs. I work from home so it was extra nice that the painters were cognizant of that. They protected all rooms with plastic sheeting and drop clothes. Their work was clean and professional. Friends now walk into our home and can tell something is different, brighter! The ceilings and crown molding look so much better. We'll definitely use CertraPro again.

We were so impressed that we called them back out to do our master suite. We are so satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship. Where there were extra materials they were left as requested for future small siding and trim repairs. Great care was taken removing the shutters as they were painted. After rehanging them the shutters looked better than when the home was originally built. The gray siding color and white trim really makes our home pop!

The workers were friendly and very efficient. They also helped use move and place things back as they originally were. Very impressed with the cleanup communication and completed work.

Moving furniture, things that have been hanging on walls for years, finding a spot to put things where you won’t forget where you put them… in general, upheaval of your normal routine, just to get to the ceilings, walls and trim to be painted! Courtney’s guys did a great job of working from one end of the house to the other, causing an absolute minimum of disruption. They moved furniture, etc. with care, wrapped it completely and well. Then came the paint, the main attraction! They did a great job on the ceilings, walls and all the trim (and we have multilevel crown in almost every room) patching, painting and cutting in, applying the coats of paint smoothly with nice, straight lines. Everything looks so fresh, plus by going a bit lighter on earth tones, the house is much brighter than it was.
We’ve used other painters on some rooms and can attest to the quality of the guys from A Touch of Color. On time, professional, quality workers who plan and execute with a minimum disruption to the homeowner. We highly recommend them.

We just bought a new house, and they graciously helped us remove the popcorn and painted a few areas. They also painted the exterior of our last house and removed the popcorn on our vaulted ceiling in our living room and foyer. They are great to work with and if any issues come up, Courtney has always made it right! I would recommend them to anyone and plan on having them back again.

They showed up on time, we’re careful to protect our furniture and the paint job speaks for itself. Courtney came on day 2 to check the work and they touched up a few areas. We had several other companies tell us that vinyl couldn't be painted, or that it wouldn't turn out well. Not true! Our house looks as good as new. Credit goes to the Touch of Color team which did an extremely thorough job. The team was prompt, friendly, and worked incredibly hard despite the heat and summer storms. They double checked and touched up where needed unprompted from us. Courtney was super helpful and responsive to our questions. We appreciated the fact that he came by to check on the final product on the last day. In 8 years of owning our home, hands down the best contractor we've worked with.
