The technician arrived earlier and was quick to diagnose the problem. He was able to recreate the incident and recorded on video the root cause. He fixed it and showed me pictures of the problem. He finished up and checked to make sure everything else good. Price was reasonable and didn’t seem excessive.

Denise, was so compassionate, caring, empathic, and very human as my 1st person of contact with this company. I was overwhelmed with feelings of not really knowing what to do about my problem. Denise, contacted me back right away with a plan to get things done today! I greatly appreciated that. I had been without running water since yesterday afternoon. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done. His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I will definitely continue doing business with Metro Flow Plumbing. They are licensed, professional, honest, and on The Best Picks Reports and now I know why.

The guys (RJ and Ted) showed up at the expected time and were clean in both appearance and while working. Listened to all my concerns and then went over pricing. I called for one main concern but they were also able to take care of several other issues I had been putting off. (Loose shower handle, one new faucet, and tub that didn’t have working hot water) Really great service from beginning to end- will definitely call them again.

Since this is where the AC drained it was causing our AC to power off. We went to the Good Contractor’s list to find a plumber. Jubal, from Total Plumbing, was able to come out immediately. The clog seemed like a difficult one to clear, but he took care of it. He was polite and professional. After he fixed the clog, he was also really good about cleaning up afterwards (without being asked). Based on this first impression, we would use Total Plumbing again and would recommend them.

He quoted costs to me before starting work. He ran his snake 3 times and didn't find the blockage. He said it was on the city's end and that they fix no charge to me. Evan was here over an hour and refused to take any payment for the time he had spent. I will definitely use this company again if need arises. They had been recommended to me by good friends.

My elderly and handicapped mom had an overhead pipe leak from the cold weather. Of course it happened on 12/23 late. Checked the good contractor’s list and chose Total Plumbing. Five stars. Called on Saturday 12/24 and they booked Jubal for my mom today. On time, excellent assessment of the issue, was able to turn off the line causing the problem and they were able to turn her water back on. Booked them for the replacement of the line. My mom is very happy and grateful.

Robert, the plumber who was sent to our house, immediately identified additional issues that were still occurring. He quickly resolved these issues, confirmed that they were fully and completely resolved, and then explained them to me. The drain is now functioning like new, and the additional information he provided to me will allow me to perform better ongoing maintenance on it myself as well.

Everything didn't work out perfectly the first time when they came out, but they have proven to be a trustworthy company that has followed through on their commitment to providing quality service.

I'm a little irked as we were told that they ran hot water for 30 minutes with no problems, and a 3 minute shower backed up the system like before. I notified the company and am expecting a call. We will see where this goes.
Called them at 11:00am, had Todd (super friendly and professional) here by 1:00pm as promised. Was straight forward about what was wrong (ended up needing to clean out the mainline). Told me the price up front once we agreed on the work that needed to be done ($$$ matched what my plumber family friend said the going rate is). Plumbing is expensive, just like electrician work, that's just the way it is. Regardless of who is working on your house, it's always a good idea to get an upfront all-in quote before work begins to avoid sticker shock/$$ expectations.

Very happy with my service. Will use them again in the future if needed.

A representative called me back immediately to understand my issue and on Friday early morning I was notified that I was on the schedule for that day. We suspected that we had a water leak and had the water turned off while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. We returned last night and first thing this morning Jacob Armstrong, a Public Service technician,
appeared at our door right on schedule. He was very friendly, polite, kind and efficient. He explored all the possibilities of a leak in our system, explained everything to me and concluded that our problem is most likely in the irrigation system. I was sorry that the issue couldn't be fixed but , due to all the information given, I know exactly who to contact now.
Public Service is consistently trustworthy, competent and caring.

They are experts and happy to answer any and all of your questions. I came away with a lot of additional knowledge. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house – in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said "you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back" and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

I was having an issue with a knocking noise in the main vent in the hallway. Dan diagnosed that the computer board was going out which was impacting the blower motor.
He gave me several options for a resolution and most importantly he was working on my behalf to get me the best price possible with his manager.

It was the tech Dan that came out for my service call. Great attitude, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend these guys!

He was on time and followed all co-vid protocols, even though those mandates were lifted. Joseph was very thorough and meticulous to try to figure out the issue. His recommendation was detailed and communicated clearly on his procedure and process to determine the recommendation. We were very happy with his professionalism and candor about the issue and resolution. We would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially Joseph.

sarah mac rated it 1/5: This company advertised in Best Pick Reports, so I called them. First time, on a Saturday, the person answering the phone promised I would get a call back during the week. Didn't happen. Second time, I reached "service" and was told next appt was over 10 days out. They charge $55 for service call and $48 every 15 minutes. If a helper is required, that's an addl $37 every 15 minutes. Didn't ask me about what I needed. It sounded like the person taking the calls was tired of answering the phone. Maybe they are wonderful plumbers, but I didn't get the feeling they need new customers. I hired another company.
James D'Cruz rated it 1/5: I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 "first thing in the morning." No one came.
I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back–they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly–they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally–she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
