Del not only did that, but he also took the time to explain to me how it operates and what the panel tells me. He also told me that draining the water heater every year improves its lifetime. Since, I hadn’t drained it in 3 years, I asked him to perform that service, too. There was a special price on both services, which was great! Having a technician who was knowledgeable, professional and friendly was very refreshing and definitely appreciated.

Always courteous wearing a mask and covering their boots walking in/out the door. We will be using Eco Plumber in the future for upgrading our house to the latest standards out on the market! We are very happy with the time it took for the project, always having the right tools on hand or in their truck. Matthew did it right for us!

Not sure why he wasn't prepared with a hose for the water tank tune up service requested, but he was able to use my hose to accomplish the work without delay. The galvanized pipe he replaced with copper looks great! I had a couple of concerns, but once I made a call, Bert, my technician, came right back and fixed the concern to make sure I was totally happy with the work. Bert's customer service was outstanding!!!
Kaitlin Marshall rated it 5/5: I'm a part of their care plan program and just had my fall heating tune up today. The plan is very reasonably priced and includes fall heater check, spring AC check and water heater flush amongst other things.
Scheduling was fantastic! I called around 10am and they were here shortly after noon, which was really surprising given it was a non-emergency call and I was expecting to wait at least a week per other plumber's timelines.

As for the service itself, Eric was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed one non-emergency issue and gave me a quote to address it whenever, no pressure at all. He also showed me how to replace the filter in the unit and gave advice on how to decide when it needs replaced. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Cost at the end was $0, as promised with the care plan, but I was glad to note they didn't have any hidden fees or undisclosed caveats.

This is my second time working with EcoPlumbers and I will be trusting them again in the future

I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. Probably would think twice if I want to use their service again.

Daniel is absolutely a top plumbing expert, that’s obvious. But he’s also a super person.
Besides being highly competent, he’s honest and direct. And he cares about the work. On a Friday afternoon, he continued to work for hours and hours, well past quitting time, to resolve the problem.

I recommend Daniel without hesitation— this man knows what he’s doing. Next time I will ask for him specifically.

I had excellent interaction and service with Daniel. He and his crew took plenty of time to explain everything to me and and offered me a fair deal to ensure my sewage drain would be opened backed by warranty on their service. They were extremely professional in their demeanor and very personable. I couldn't be more pleased! They were respectful of my property and used cared not to create a mess in my home. Not only are the service representatives polite and cordial, they give plenty of options and don't try to 'pull the wool over your eyes' like many plumbing companies do, very up front. I clearly knew what the issues were and what options were good, better and best. Initially PETER and JORDAN came to the home due to water meter leak indicator showing there was a leak. They educated us on how to properly read the meter and informed us we had a slow leak somewhere, not a full blown underground water leak (we are on a concrete slab). After looking around they gave us some ideas as to what could be the issue and all was good. About a week later we experienced issues with water being pushed back through the water lines and causing a leak at the dishwasher. BEN was sent out this time to look more in depth at the water heater, which PETER and JORDAN both said was coming up on needing replaced. BEN provided multiple options and was a great help in deciding what would work best for us. Although the heater is not installed yet, it is on the books and I feel comfortable with this company in our home (which is a lot more than I can say about a lot of other companies specializing in a given trade). I trust the guidance they have given us and don't feel like they are solely out for money, honest and up front! The schedulers/customer service reps are fantastic as well! Everything scheduled was on time and sooner than expected. Looking forward to getting this done and having this company do the work, thanks again!

Nick Vaughn rated it 5/5: Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.

We met with Todd to talk about our issue and estimate. He was honest and fair. He helped us apply for financing and we were approved same day. Tim, our service tech, and his team were awesome. They worked hard to have our main water line replaced under our house (bilevel home) with directional boring. From start to finish, the job took 6 hours. They called out the city to inspect the line when it was time. I appreciated that they wore boot covers when walking in and out of the house. They made sure that they left my yard and sidewalk the best that they could, they laid out seed and straw.

iNoah Dude rated it 1/5: My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

He went well above and beyond to remedy our problem and make us feel comfortable with our choice of repair options the cost was exactly as we discussed on the phone. About the time he was finishing up the person we originally talked to on the phone Martin came by to follow up. Great service and people.

I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.
From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.

He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back on

It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. But from initial contact right through job completion was handled flawlessly

He was actually here in about 20 minutes from the phone call. I especially liked that I received an email with his name and picture. He was professional and had the drain clear in no time. He also gave through information about what he did and what to do (or not do) next time. I was very happy with the service we received.

He was courteous , very considerate , very efficient and did a great job to avoid excess water on my cabinet floors or on the hardwood floors. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and made sure I was clear about what he had diagnosed at every step of the process. I highly recommend Ben and would welcome him back into my home for any future repairs. Mister Rooter also was able to get a repair person out within an hour of me scheduling the appointment on a Sunday morning. Hats off to their customer service.

Technician explained estimate – potential impact on drywall, work within his scope and what we may have to take care of separately. Also made suggestions on a pending plumbing issue. He tolerated barking pets, child gates and stairs with professionalism. Would definitely use again.
Joe Pro rated it 1/5: I was given a price of $2,626 based on the premise that major changes would have to be made to both the cold and hot water lines, the relief valve vent pipe and the installation of a drain line for the new drip pan that is required with the installation, due to the slightly larger diameter of the new tank and the required drip pan. As it turned out, no changes at all were made to either water line other than the installation of a shut off valve in the cold-water line. The relief valve vent pipe was directed into the new drip pan and not to the outside as it should have been since the unit sits in an enclosed space. The new drip pan was installed but no drain line was installed, defeating the purpose of having a drip pan in the first place. After several phone conversations with ARS Recue Rooter and Lowe's, whom I went through for this service, I found out that ARS does not charge by the hour and that the price is fixed before the so called "estimator" even shows up. I was duped into signing what I thought was an estimate, but it was actually a contract. There were no physical papers, just this guy's pad. He never showed me anything on the pad. Very deceptive pricing and sales tactics. The entire job took 1 hour and 45 minutes. After several more phone calls ARS grudgingly consented to refund back to me $500, which I have not yet received.

In June 2022, we identified sewage backing up into our basement. Every time we used any water, we got more backup in the basement. We called a plumber (not Waterworks) to snake it (Wednesday). They spent 2+ hours and were not able to clear the blockage. We have an exterior sewer line policy through a home warranty company. I called to report the blockage. They sent someone out to snake (Thursday, no success), then hydrojet (Friday, again, no success). They located the blockage via camera, and it was under our concrete garage floor. Our little sewer basement backup turned into a major and very costly repair.

We proceeded to do our due diligence and get 3 estimates for the repair. I was hesitant to call Waterworks, but based on a recommendation, I had them come out to provide an estimate. This was the best decision I made during this process. We did not have use of facilities in our home during this time and were staying elsewhere, so time was of the essence. Waterworks came out same day (within an hour) to provide an estimate (Monday). Their estimate was 33% less than another major service provider in the area.

We had the estimate and knew we wanted to go with Waterworks. The next step was to work with the home warranty company to get everything approved before the work could start. When needed, Waterworks jumped on the phone, called the home warranty company, got them the information they needed, and we had the approvals to start the work (Tuesday).

Immediately after that (within minutes), Waterworks jumped on getting the appropriate permits and they came out on Wednesday to start the job. The job took 3 days, but we had use of facilities back on the day they started the work. The job involved breaking up the concrete floor of our garage, excavating (7+ feet down), repairing the compromised sewer line and fixing some other areas that could cause future problems (a separate issue Waterworks identified during the repair).

Sean and the crews that came out were exceptional. They were always right on time (even early). It was a hot and smelly job, but they got right to work and worked hard. On Day 1, they identified the problem and made a temporary repair so that we could be back in the house that day. On Day 2 they removed the temporary repair and made a permanent repair. On Day 3, they filled the giant hole and reinstalled the concrete flooring. Sean kept us informed every step of the way. He gave us options and recommendations throughout the process. I also appreciated that on several occasions I saw Sean educating some of the other crew members on what he was seeing and potential approaches to remedy.

After the repair was complete, we had to work with the home warranty company to get reimbursed for the work. After we submitted our reimbursement paperwork (with lots of detail provided by Waterworks), the home warranty company had follow-up questions for Waterworks. Waterworks always provided prompt responses to keep the reimbursement process moving.

As homeowners, we try to prepare for the unexpected. This was beyond unexpected in terms of scope and cost. Waterworks really went above and beyond to provide a high quality and timely repair, as well as to work with our home warranty company so that we could be reimbursed for the cost.

He arrived within two hours. Arthur was friendly and able to quickly determine what was wrong and the best way to fix it. He also took the time to do some research so he could give me accurate advice. He walked me through what I needed to do after the glue set and the water could be turned back on. I also appreciated being told the accurate service charge for an emergency late evening appointment and the charge for fixing it. This isn’t the third time ur family has used The Water Works and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!

Jason Robinson rated it 1/5: Had a plumber show up and he immediately left for an hour because he forgot something. Comes back, then says oops I got the wrong part I’ll be right back then leaves for another hour. Comes back and finally does the job. Hands me a $500 bill saying they charge $100 per hour and I have to pay for his two road trips. I refused to sign and called the company to try and resolve this issue. Never got contacted, never got any replies. Then they sent the bill to collections instead of ever speaking to me. This company is ran by scammers and I strongly recommend you never ever use this company for anything.
The most interesting part of my appointment was the plumber stating that waterworks is the worst company he has ever worked for and was desperately seeking a new job. It really says a lot about a company when their own employees have nothing but negative things to say.

So we were in a panic because our main water was shut off and if we didn’t get someone out ASAP to fix it we were not going to have running water until someone could. Dave and Mike showed up within an hour of calling and gave a quote within 5 minutes of being here. They were incredibly professional and helpful and installed the sink, cleaned up the mess from the counter installation, tested to make sure there were no leaks, turned the water back on and did it all with a smile! I truly appreciated their amazing attitude, professionalism and prompt service! Mike said that Dave is the wizard and I wholeheartedly agree! Thank you so much!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and performed high quality work while keeping me informed during the entire process.
The only negative is the service was extremely expensive and a lot more than I had anticipated. The final total was almost $300 more than what I was told when he surveyed the situation.

The work was excellent as was the quality and communication. I will likely look for another plumbing company in the future only because of the cost.
G William Pratt rated it 3/5: We experienced a blockage of a kitchen drain, so began to call plumbers for assistance. Most plumbing businesses were giving us a 4-6 day wait list. Roto-Rooter said they would be out the next day, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. At 11:30, we received a call that the plumber was running behind.
By 5:30pm, we received no further word, so I called their office. I was told we were not forgotten. Nothing the rest of the night.

Sunday morning, I called them at 9:30am to see what was going on. I was passed to several different people before hearing that we were again on the schedule between 10 & 2. At Noon, I received a call that the plumber was again running behind. He showed up at 4pm and got right to work. He was very nice, polite and answered all the questions I had. He even provided tips to avoid drain issues in the future.

Then came the bill, which was $440. Definitely not pleased by the wait time, the lack of communication and a stiff bill. At no time did we argue or raise voices. It was an overall polite experience on the phone.

Our plumber was very nice and have nothing bad to say about him. My disappointment was lack communication, coordination and the dispatching of his services. I’m sure he was only following orders.

Still, not sure I will use them again or even recommend them.

Pricing wise it is on much higher side. They charge based on the task. So in 2 hours 3-4 tasks and all charged individually. That makes the cost much higher.
