We called ER plumbing and they were able to set us up with an appointment on short notice even on a very busy Christmas Eve!!!! The technician they sent (Mike S.) was nothing short of amazing! He was able to identify the issue and correct it in no time! We know this time of year is so busy but we really appreciate the work that was done. Dawn Rennick rated it 5/5: Steve initially scoped and quoted work to install new garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucets and master bath shower head and faucet. He took time to provide his expertise and recommendations for the type and style of fixtures that would work best. He also recommended options where I might shop for best quality product and service. Steve immediately provided me the quote that helped me move my project forward.
I followed Steve’s recommendations and purchased the necessary fixtures and when everything arrived I called ER. Steve came back on-site and was surprised that everything he recommended was in place and ready for the install.

All three pieces went very smoothly and took about 2 hours from start to finish. Steve communicated extremely well throughout the whole project, stopping periodically during the installation to inform me of minor things that came up that required my decision. He double checked everything he touched to insure nothing was leaking, nothing was still on and that the water was turned back on.

He took all boxes and packing and left the areas clean and very tidy. Truly a professional job and I have and will use ER Plumbing in the future and highly recommend Steve for all your plumbing needs.

He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude. If you decide to use BF then ask to have David come out. You won’t be disappointed.
David Rozzell rated it 5/5: They positioned my hot water heater in a position so that you can’t get to my furnace so that it can be serviced. This is not good because One hour heating and air service guy couldn’t properly service my system.
I have paid this company a lot of money to do repairs for me and when they did this, it was my third time using them. Now I’m going to have to pay someone to correct this problem. At this point I’m just not sure about this company because seem like by them being the professionals. They should have know better.

However on today, I’m happy to say that Benjamin Franklin plumbing corrected everything and did apologize for the inconvenience. They were prompt to come out and did everything that needed to be done free of charge. They repositioned the hot water tank away from the furnace and One hour heating and air was able to finish the maintenance check up. I was so pleased because they were friendly and down to earth and was happy to make everything right . I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs and because they were so willing to correct the problem. I’m giving them a five star rating and be telling everyone I know what they done for me today and all the technicians were great and were friendly and down to earth and easy to talk to . I had three different technicians that came out plus a supervisor that was a really nice guy.

I will say the services were a bit pricey for a leak detection (note not a repair) + faucet installation for $900. There were several additional rusted small parts he identified and replaced however we supplied the faucet parts.

When we decided to use them we were told to was going to be 2 weeks before they could install the new system. Which I was willing to accept that but asked if they could move it in.
The very next day I got a call from the representative. He was an able to move it up. The. Next morning they were here installing the new system. The installers were also awesome. They did the install and cleaned up the mess inside and out. They explained the new. System to me and my son. There are such fine young men just like the sales representative. Ashlyn Mundy rated it 2/5: The bad: I needed one outside flood light replaced and one bathroom exhaust fan /light combo replaced. I already had the replacement fixtures on hand. Both of these things I could have done myself but to save myself the time I decided to pay someone for the convenience. Both jobs were super simple and when I booked the appointment online it gave an estimate for each job of $69. It in no way explained that $69 was merely the dispatch fee. For an hour of work they quoted me a price over $1,000. I said absolutely not and did not go through with the service. After the technician left I installed the flood light myself and since I still didn't want to deal with the exhaust fan, I called another company that had done good work for me in the past. They quoted me $225 to replace the exhaust fan. Michael and sons prices are nowhere near competitive or reasonable.
The good: I was able to easily book an appointment online and receive service the very next day. Also Carlos, the person dispatched to my home waved the dispatch fee when he realized there was a misunderstanding on the estimates given online. He was very nice.

He was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. He cleaned up everything before he left our condo and gave us tips to keep this from happening again. volunteer construction services rated it 1/5: The plumber showed up at a retail store and gave me a price of $530.00 to unclog the toilet. As I was waiting for approval for the Corporate office. It was taking corporate extra long to get approval and he left and said he could come back tomorrow, which was fine, I don't blame him. I finally got approval for the amount he quoted me.
He arrive the next morning and informed me that he needed to pull the toilet and clear the line which is additional $290.00: the total price being $820. and some change. This was extremely frustrating because he quoted me $530, but the bill ended up being $820.00.
I had to pay for the additional money. I feel frustrated.
The tech was nice, but I felt like he should have know that there was not a clean out and he would have to pull the toilet.
It was not a pleasant experience for me.

They could provide a quote over the phone, which was slightly less than other quotes I received so I accepted, and they scheduled the new installation for the next day. James, the plumber, was exactly on time and very obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the necessary tools and knowledge do do the work efficiently and cleanly. He was in and out within two hours. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing!
This is a continuation of my rave for Charlotte Plumbing in addition to the above that I posted a few days ago. I had a pinhole in a water line (my own fault) in a very tight location. Charlotte Plumbing was able fix it by sending a plumber with the right experience and tools to do the job that the technician from a highly advertised company couldn't do, and indeed added to the problem. The icing on the cake was that the bill was a small fraction of what the big company quoted for the same repair. Charlotte Plumbing is most definitely my go-to plumber from now on!

They were professional and honest, they gave me a quote before doing anything to give me an idea of what I'll be looking at and were explaining every step for me to understand. Cory Hagnauer rated it 5/5: Queen City replaced our whole house with plumbing due to a leak under our slab. Instead of Jack hammering through our slab, we elected to replace all of our plumbing. Our quote was very reasonable especially compared with other well known plumbing companies in the Charlotte area. Donald, Fernando, Hayden, and Dakota were great and reasonable and They took 2 days with just four guys. They kept the cutting of walls to a minimal and even were able to not cut holes in main living area. They tried to keep as little of cutting as possible. They cleaned up every night and walked through what they did every day. During the replacement, I asked for a new shower valve and they replaced that for very reasonable cost since they realized what I was already in for. They went above and beyond to make sure all fittings were in code for existing ones and even switched one shower fitting out due to it not being in code. They came through after and ensured screw protectors were in place and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend to anyone for plumbing in the future.

Hilda Spain rated it 5/5: I had a great experience with Wyatt Works and my service person Mike Orlando. My tub and kitchen sink were backing up and I had been wanting a garbage disposal installed. I called and a person answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She set me up with a scheduler and through texts I had an appt the next day. Mike arrived on time and he was so fabulous. He explained everything, gave me options, kept me informed on his progress and left the work areas cleaner than they were before. Everything is expensive these days so it’s great when you feel like you got great value for your dollar. Mike was such a hard working, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional service person. I have complete peace of mind. Thank you Wyatt Works!
mike williams rated it 5/5: Wyatt Works does a great job! I needed a new water heater and they were quick to respond and they sent a tech out the next day to do the replacement. The heater is in the attic so it was a bit of a challenge to remove and replace but they got it done. Mike is great at what he does and he got a water heater that he recommends and is of good quality. It is definitely not a $600 lowes special after I reviewed the brand and the model number. This is the second time I have used them and the scheduling, service and communication is top notch. I would recommend!

Solomon exceeded all my expectations. He was on time, professional and presentation was spotless!
He was knowledgeable about all the aspects of the project after he reviewed the plumbing connections and how everything was fitted. Solomon pointed out that with age and over time of the connections and seals can brake down and considering my house is 32 years old, there is not a doubt in my mind he is correct.
With that said, I will be planning additional updates on all my plumbing connections in my home.

Tim quickly assessed the cause and location of our clogged kitchen drainpipe. Our 60-year old house has old pipes that required some extra effort to clean, and Tim handled the job with professionalism and a great attitude. He also clearly explained how reworking/ replacing some of the piping could mitigate future issues and quoted the job without any pressure. I highly recommend Tim and Option One Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

He took extra time to explain the options to me in detail and to answer any questions I had. Mr. Rooter was one of five quotes I received. The owner, William, came out and provided different quote options and talked through everything. I loved the up front pricing with no over quoting and offering to haggle down like a couple of the other places…just give me an honest quote and don't under nor overvalue the work! I also loved the generous warranty that they offered on the parts and labor. Shows they dtand by their work! They were able to schedule the service quickly and were awesome throughut the whole process. Between the office staff and the repairmen they were great about communicating evey step with me and answering any questions or concerns. I also loved that they were able to repair my concrete for me, in house, and I didn't have to find another contractor to handle the work. They were meticulous in replacing my sewer line and getting everything back as well as they could. My plumbing is working very well and the concrete patch looks great. So glad that I went with them! – I already referred my bf to them to look at getting some toilet work done!

Each time I called this unpleasant, unprofessional business the call failed. About two days ago evening hours I spoke to a technician named John. I just had questions for him to help me understand the situation. In my opinion, he didn’t want to answer my questions so he abruptly hung up the phone. A day of so I telephoned the office and finally spoke to the Chief Executive. When I finally got her today to make a complaint she was rude and accused me of badgering her employees, something that I would never do to anyone . I was do offended with Dianne. Maybe I wasn’t the right color for this company ! I hate playing the race card but that is how the both of them made me feel. TJ & John were the plumbers here at my home. They never respected me enough to tell me something. John claimed that they didn’t know whether I was the homeowner or tenant They ran my water for long periods of time and on several occasions I had to asked them when could I turn the water off. All bathrooms tubs and faucets were running at the same time full speed. Now, I do know the water has to run at some point. Due, to my urgent situation with the City of Charlotte and Ansco contractors is were the unfortunate occurrence happened. To recap, Rapid Rooter
here in Charlotte, N.C never will I call this company on my behalf ever for know reason. They are lucky that someone believes in them because I don’t . They are not the sharpest tools in the box. People be aware !!!!! I am just glad that know money came out of my pocket! My report card for this company is straight FFFF across the board !!!

Another plumber had run a cleaning line through the tub drain and then a line through our vent stack, thinking that would solve the problem, but he had no ideas when it didn't. Chris Jones of Rapid-Rooter correctly diagnosed this issue as a blockage in the pipe between the sink and the toilet. He explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned up, all in less than 90 minutes. He was friendly and professional, and we have now found a new plumber we plan to stick with. I have no idea whether the price ($282 with a coupon) is competitive for such a service, but it seemed reasonable to my wife and me.
