When he couldn't, he came and showed us the issue with their camera so we could see the problems ourselves. They had the quote out to us within hours for our repairs, and are more than happy to work alongside our home owners insurance. He repeatedly mentioned they weren't the cheapest out there, and would not be offended if we got other quotes. But, that they would do the job right the first time, came with warranties, and they were honest, kind, genuine. The plumber was a stand up guy. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs. He even went as far as diagnosing a problem with our air conditioner, on his own time, that the air conditioning company we HIRED didn't diagnose or fix, that solved our cooling problem we had been living with 90 degrees in ours home for weeks with. Just to be kind. You get what you pay for, and these guys are it. Thank you, the Lopez-Lawson family.

Dale arrived on time was an excellent communicator as to what was going to be involved with repair of outdoor pipe and garbage disposal installation. In addition to an exact quote.
Dale worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. His work area was always kept neat and when he cleaned up you could almost not tell that he had even been here. He was even very tolerant of my dogs who were happy to offer their assistance! Thank you Dena and Dale you two made Mr. Rooter a great experience and a wonderful success!!

They were extremely professional, quick to respond, and had water softener unit bypassed and moved out of the way before Epoxee crew showed up to begin. Highly recommend Reliable Plumbing for anyone’s plumbing needs and who enjoy quality work by professionals who are just that… Reliable!! He came out and replaced the base where the water heater was located and we did a whole new water heater and custom lines. Pricing was definitely on point, i didn't feel like i was overcharged like other companies because of a "Pandemic". They also forgot to discount the $120 we paid for the estimate off the final bill even though they said they would. But the work was well done which is what matters most.

When the issue is something small and easy, like a leaking sink, or a toilet that won’t flush (small but beyond my skill set), they come and they tell me right away, This is a simple problem.
They fix it and then they go. They don’t try to create other problems, and they give me sound advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

Before I found Jeff’s, I would use whatever plumber I could find online, and I didn’t always get the most honest representatives.

The countertop holes for the faucets placed them awkwardly close to the wall and they did an amazing job squeezing everything into the space. So wonderful to return to great water pressure.
The new Bradford White water heater is also working like a charm.

Our home is getting older and several times over the past few years Jeff’s Westside Plumbing has come to the rescue. Thanks again!

They installed a new sewer pump in July 222 for my rental property and it went bad in September 22. They did not provide any warranty and told me that they would install a better pump which they did not install last time and they would provide warranty no matter what happens to the pump including rocks/wipes. They kept on blaming my tenants the if they would keep on pouring rocks and wipes through the toilet (This is insane!!). Also, while I asked for a written statement for the coverage of the pump, they replied if they would cover if it is not for rocks/wipes. I called the company and asked them that this is not what they told me just yesterday, the guy told me he forgot what he told me which is very funny because he was telling lies. I live far from Texas and hired this company based on Google review, the work they did was related to sewer pump/cleaning sewer tank. This is a smelly work and they make any story they want to make. Alerts for you if you are here to hire them based on review. AVOID! AVOID AVOID! Get away from this scams.

He evaluated the situation, did a comprehensive leak test with dye and identified the issue. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing throughout the entire process. It seems that I have a leak in my grout near the tile that went completely unnoticed until he pointed it out. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain to me what was going on. Additionally, he was extremely polite and very clean. It is not ever day someone actually cleans up their mess from working a problem.

Darren A rated it 5/5: This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service and expertise. They exceeded all expectations and I am saving their number to give out to anyone that I know with plumbing issues. Thank you for getting my parents hot water again!

From start to finish, Amador Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Living in another city, you forget how El Pasoans offer next level service–Amador plumbing reminded me. Danielle in the front office responded to my call immediately and had someone out to the house early the next morning. Amador, the plumber, called me to explain exactly what was wrong and my options. He even gave me long term suggestions for things that could go wrong in the future. Their pricing is EXTREMELY REASONABLE, and in this economy, quality work at a reasonable price is hard to find. From now on, Amador Plumbing will be the only number I call for plumbing issues. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this whole experience.

But we found Mr.Amador and sons plumbing.A very very kind gentlemen, Mr. Amador came out on a rainy day to help my family with a leaking pipe, instead of just doing a minor fix, he took the time to put in new pipe and repair the pipe for us. Adrian Benavente rated it 1/5: Water heater was installed by Surety in my father's home about a year and a half ago. Today we sensor went out which means no hot water in December. Today is Friday the 29th and all parts distributors are closed until Tuesday the 2nd. That means no hot water for a minimum of four days. When I called to inform them that they installed the water heater less than two years ago, they took no ownership of the problem and advised that I wait for the part to come in on Tuesday so that they could install it and give my dad a "good deal." Four days without hot water…does that sound like a good deal to anyone?

Surety used to be a mom and pop business but they were acquired by Mr. Rooter which is a national chain. They charge a minimum of $232 for ANY work performed. They justify their price gouging my claiming this is the “national standard.” So $232 to “unclog” my garbage disposal which consists of pushing a button and turning a lever. Since I was unaware of how simple a task this would be, they suckered me into purchasing a new garbage disposal for $565. Then they convinced me that my water heater, which was working perfectly, needed routine maintenance. So I allowed them to perform the work for $116. While they were in there the heater stopped working and they had the AUDACITY to tell me that it wasn’t their fault and offered to “fix it” for $300+. I refused, so now I’m out $700 with NO hot water. I complained to the manager, Gilbert, who didn’t seem concerned at all with the negative reviews. As long as they get your money they are satisfied. They don’t care about repeat business. Their business model is to fleece you and then find another sucker to prey on. When I asked the plumber why they didn’t simply fix my disposal by pushing the unclog button and charging me for 1/2 hour of labor he told me point blank, “we don’t do favors.” Well, do yourself a favor and avoid these crooks!
