It is then I learned they also broke off a valve and said absolutely nothing. They did not even attempt to clean or unclog the bottom of the drain line, see photos. Horrible, overpriced work. They caused more damage than they fixed and it is completely unacceptable. I want my money back.

He was very knowledgeable and found the solution immediately. He examined each bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room to ensure there were no other issues, and gave me a thorough debrief of what he did, as well as pictures identifying parts of my septic system I couldn’t find/didn’t know were even present. He was gentle with my pipes, and I will definitely call David Gray again for all my plumbing needs.

D H rated it 5/5: Had plumbing technicians Adam Bryan and Eric out to replace a hot water heater today. We realized the issue this morning, called this morning and they were here by the afternoon. Arrived during a thunder and lightening storm, worked through a power outage from the storm, had to go to their warehouse for an item and come back during the storm, all to make our replacement happen today. I cannot thank these two professionals enough! They explained our issues, and asked about any other plumbing issues we may be having while they were here. Adam explained all our options and pricing in detail, (no pressure sales either, just my options for me to decide) and what they would be doing. County codes had changed since our initial installation, so the new codes were explained and the reason for them as well. This really gave me a sense of trust from the start that we had chosen the right company today for the job. At job completion, they explained how to properly care for, and extend the life of our new water heater, and went over the yearly draining instructions again, this time so I could videotape them for future. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the work done, and I really feel like they went the extra mile with valve replacements and insulating our pipes for us (that had not been done on our previous water heater). If you need a last minute plumber, highly recommend David Gray Plumbing, and if you are fortunate enough to get Adam and Eric, relax, you are in great hands!

Needed a couple of faucets updated on a double sink vanity and the plumbing underneath needed to be redone as was quite old and leaking some. Adam and the gentleman helping him Eric did a super great job. They were able to come out right away and did the work so efficiently and with great quality. Left no mess, and the new faucets totally transformed the vanity and the bathroom. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I received an email and text 30 minutes before they came out as promised and there was even a picture of Ken included to know who to expect. They came towards the earlier part of the time window which was good because the leak was bad. Ken was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The other tech Tim was nice as well. The install looks great.

From the moment I called Duck Duck Rooter to the time that my hot water heater was installed was less than 6 hours. The technician was responsive and on time. The technician delivered professional, and courteous service to my elderly mother and wife, while I was at work. They did an incredible job removing the old unit and installing the new state of the art hot water heater and a little more than one hour. Jesse was able to get to my house the same day, and we were able to schedule an installation the next day, which was Thursday. I went from battling with my warranty company for 4 days, to calling Fenwick, and getting seen and fixed all within about 18 hours. Everyone who came by was super respectful, and nice, and my nice system has a price match guarantee and warranty for 5 years. Highly recommend.

Paul rated it 1/5: I called Fenwick for a minor issue I was having with the water temperature on my soaking tub. I had great service with them in the past with HVAC maintenance and Natural Gas installation in my home. Something went wrong with this minor faucet adjustment and water sprayed all over the 2nd floor bathroom. Before the plumber could shut off the water, it had seeped through the floor and wall and it was leaking through to the first floor bathroom. It was raining in my first floor bathroom! The plumber assured me that I would get a call from management on the next business day. It never happened. One week after the incident, the tub is not usable, and I have not heard anything from Fenwick. Calls to them are not returned. My strong recommendation is to avoid this business……
Cyndie Thomson rated it 1/5: These people DESTROYED my home. NEVER USE THEM. 7 return visits to "fix" issues and I was left with a vanity not secured to the wall, busted tile backsplash. Did not tie in faucets and shower heads. They just jiggle around. Destroyed tile in shower. Dragged a running power saw across my bathroom floor, so linoleum needs replacing. In other words, I paid thousands of dollars to need thousands more work done. I called every owner and manager and their best repair work is not fit for a tenement. Two and a half months of letting them TRY to fix it, and I gave up because I couldn't miss work, anymore. Or take the run around. This business is the WORST.

I appreciated the integrity of the refund; however, this could have been avoided with proper training of the tech and providing quotes over the phone as I was told by the customer service rep that they set prices based on the job.
I am very disappointed in the value of service and am providing a poor rating. I have a garbage disposal that needs repairing. I called Fenwick and they answered right away and scheduled a time for same day visit. The assistant let me know there would be a $89 diagnostic fee + $15 fuel surcharge. I agreed and asked if she could provide me a quote for the garbage disposal repair and replacement; she said she was unable to give me that information. I assumed the quote all-in would not be more than $300. The tech arrived on time and my daughter let him in while I was on a business call. He stood in the kitchen area for about 15 minutes until I got off the call to start looking at the garbage disposal. Instead of looking at the disposal, he immediately went to the ipad and started pricing out a repair and when it was over $250, I asked what is the cost for replacement and he quoted me over $1100. I said absolutely not and paid the service fee and fuel surcharge for him to not even diagnose the disposal. I refuse to work with a company that is trying to over-charge. On top of this, the tech did not even look at the disposal and diagnose and issue.

Then Harry came. Solid, thorough and honest evaluation. Now Jacob has begun work. Not finished yet, 3 days down and at least a week to go, but Jacob is polite, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about all the issues we face with this home built in 1957 and what to do about them. Justin was on time, we got a text he was on his way and a phone call to my realtor who referred me. Justin was able to detect the issue with the supply line then found a leaking faucet outside. The association pays for the water so this will save them money! What a fantastic job and was all done timely too. Amazing. Justin is a gem!! Thank you Justin.

After quoting a job for us and informing us that they would NOT be signing a contract with us they asked for 50% down-payment up front for services not yet rendered. Had we agreed to these outlandish terms we would have had no legal recourse in the event of failure to perform on their part. Simply saying that they are not interested in the job would have been quite a bit more professionally appropriate.

L Isa rated it 1/5: Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

He was very professional, came well prepared, found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner and cleaned up behind himself! He was kind and communicated well with us as to what he was doing. Definitely will be using Betros Plumbing again if we have any other issues!

The plumber, Jay Wade, was incredibly responsive to our emergency and showed up within the hour. He did a great job fixing these pipes quickly, correctly, and efficiently. We highly recommend this company!! They did a fantastic job.
Michael Craft rated it 1/5: So this would be my second review apparently my first one was removed. I would like to start off by saying I highly recommend against using this company. If my original review was removed theres no telling how many more. I used them to replumb all my drainage and supply lines to my house. They were able to start with all walls and flooring removed in the house so it should have been super easy however it took close to a month for the project to be completed. To start… issues with the supply side of things. Pipes weren't properly strapped and I had to go back and do this myself. And had issues with pipes coming apart and flooding my attic. The tech immediately came back out. But didn't offer any help or compensation for the wet ceiling and stains that came through. Most of my problems however came from the drainage side. Inspection was failed multiple times. Once they did pass, The main vent pipe going through the wall wasn't lined up properly and had to be redone. The rough in for the tub and toilet were wrong and had to be redone. This was just one of those things where if it could go wrong it would. They did take a little off the price but not enough in my opinion.
John Grier rated it 1/5: I hired Betros to install an under-mount kitchen sink. The first plumber came out and installed the sink. The sink lasted 4 hours. before it came loose and fell into the cabinet. This was a 2-day job. The second plumber came out, glued the brackets up. Came back to install the sink only to have a bracket come off. At this point Betros gave up leaving me with a mess. (After each visit they left me with a mess to clean up. Very sloppy.) So, after 4 days of not being able to use my kitchen, their solution is, here's your money back. We're willing to have someone come out and prop the sink up with wood. My old sink was propped up with wood. That's why I bought a new sink to have it installed right. It took me the next day to find someone to install the sink properly. They did offer $200 on my next job with them. Would any of you go back to someone after they leave you with a mess? I have more self-worth than that.

Darley's arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and set about replacing brittle and cracked drain lines and other degraded areas. As the work progressed, we were shown what needed to be done and why. They worked "as if it were their own home" and cleaned up afterwards "as if they were never there".
