T “X-Zen” Tashi rated it 5/5: Admittedly the quote was on the high end but not outrageous. But this is my dad’s house and I knew he had Band-Aided plumbing problems for years so I knew there was no longer a chance to dodge the issues. Which included rotting cast iron and a leaking water heater.
But AB May was fast, neat, clean and did excellent professional work. Robert and Anthony were friendly answered all our questions even while they worked in 3 different parts of the house. I stood in the basement and kitchen admiring their work long after they were gone.
Duy Phan rated it 2/5: I recently purchased a new HVAC System which the technicians did an excellent job from what I've seen. The entire process from the sales rep to the installation was top-notch. However, The biggest drawback is dealing with their "customer service" department. Dealing with them makes me have buyer's remorse. If I could, I would return everything in a heartbeat and deal with not having an HVAC system for the time being.
The department that should set the standard for customer service does not know the meaning of customer service. I've dealt with multiple individuals, Michael Richmond *cough *cough, with a poor attitude and lack of care when dealing with customer issues. In addition, the department seems to lack any resources to help the customers. The typical answer I get is, "they will be there between 8-12" or "they will call 30 minutes before heading your way." Ok… I know there is a window, but can you tell me if the technician has an issue at the current job that might delay or reschedule my appointment. There has to be a way to provide transparency on the status of the technicians. I rather reschedule, knowing the technician won't make it to my appointment versus wasting my entire day to find out they won't be there at the last minute. Too many vacation days wasted just to make myself available with no service done. I expected more in terms of customer service, especially spending 18k.

Overall, I've had a good experience with the exception of their customer service. Because of that, the only interaction I will continue with them is my complimentary maintenance and warranty.
Phil Ledgerwood rated it 2/5: Had a tech come out to replace cartridge and valve in my shower because it would leak through the shower knob when running. It's an older setup so I knew it would be a tough job. The tech at the time did great (although I have a hole in my wall from his first attempt that I have to tape and mud myself because I guess their plumbers can't do that). Everything else seemed to go fine.
As he left, he told me the shower head would drip for a little bit then stop. I left and came home from work six hours later to find the shower head running nonstop in a steady stream. I also noticed that the handle would now only turn a quarter way, stopping at the lukewarm water mark.

I called AB May to ask them to send someone to fix the leak, and they said that since it wasn't causing any flooding or damage, the soonest they could send someone out would be Monday. It's Thursday. So my shower's going to run non stop for 3-4 days. They did say they would waive my inspection fee, but the tech would let me know how much it would cost. To fix the leak they caused.

So, my shower went from leaking when running to leaking nonstop. It no longer has hot water. There's a hole in my bathroom wall. They did all this, and I paid them $1400 for it. And it'll be this way for three more days, at which point they'll let me know how much additional I'll need to pay them to fix the stuff they did. Unbelievable.

UPDATE: After some conversation with a different customer service team, they did refund me 10% of the job cost and cover the cost of the plumber I paid to come out that day and fix it.

He unclogged the toilets quickly with a manual auger. He did not damage the toilets in the process and cleaned the areas around the toilets afterward, being careful to not drip water anywhere as he removed his tools. He also gave us excellent advice on preventing similar problems. We would definitely call the Liberty Roto-Rooter again.

Richard, my technician, was prompt, polite, explained the issue and took care of it in about an hour. Love the text updates on timing. I will definitely use their service again (no other business ever called back), and I am thrilled they offered weekend service or else I would still be without water! Very thankful!

They are not the cheapest plumbing/ hvac company, but they are totally worth it. I really appreciate that they are very straightforward about cost options, and alternatives that save me money.

They have been to my houses at least 30 times, and did exemplary work each time. They did make one significant mistake, during a furnace replacement – but, they came back and promptly made it right.
A Ronan rated it 4/5: Heat pump condenser stopped working during a super cold snap. The very friendly scheduler was able to get someone out same day which was amazing because it was the Friday before Christmas. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved during the initial visit and I had to call back to schedule a return trip. I was not thrilled that the first tech left without actually fixing anything. The second visit went much better and the issue was diagnosed and subsequently fixed once the part was available. Overall I am pleased with the service we received despite the initial issue and would call again.

(main entrance valve and water heater installation) The first time their technician was communicative, honest and very efficient. There was an issue with a minor leak a few days after the install but the tech immediately came out and sealed/fixed the problem and it never occurred again. This second time Alex was awesome with the installation of our new water heater. He was very communicative on all the issues and advised the pressure reducing valve was too small for our size of home. He never tried to sell me a new valve but the information he gave me led to the new PRV as well. After the install he explained all that had been performed, cleaned the area thoroughly and was very friendly. A few days later (at my request) he came back to check the water pressure and blew the lines to remove any and all sediment that had gathered.

True Blue Plumber are paid by salary and no hourly. There's no pressure from them to "upsell" any worthless products or services. I will recommend True Blue to anyone in need of a plumber and will continue to use their services in the future.

Chris went to every effort to inform me of what was going on along the way and to provide the best service possible without an astronomical price tag. True Blue was by far the best price for mainline drain cleaning that I found and I called probably 3 other big name companies. I was impressed overall with the cost, timeliness, and overall service provided! I'm now a dedicated True Blue customer for sure!

He was quite knowledgeable about what needed done and did an awesome job from start to finish. It started off as a simple drain cleaning job, but when he tried he told me right away that it was going to be a more complicated repair and described what we would see when the pipe was uncovered. It was worse than we both thought, but easily repaired after he got started and it was underway. I’m sure glad that the first place I called ignored my request for service.

I knew it would be a little extra even though they already paid $400+ for the reconnect. They wanted to charge $1300 more to add supply lines and shut off valves. Said they would have to cut the bottom of the cabinet out. Flew my husband there from Denver and he had it done in 2 1/2 hours and no cabinet cutting. This is project completed by my non plumber husband in 2 1/2 hours. Save your money!

He was punctual, well mannered, did quality work, answered my questions, and was very innovative. He had to improvise on the spot on a couple of occasions, to minimize any possible structural follow-up work and to minimize time on the job. When the job was over, he reduced the estimated cost, since he did not work as many hours as had been included in the estimate. The entire Quality team was impressive on this job, including the dispatching and scheduling done by Michael and Andrew. I will continue to use Quality Plumbing for our plumbing needs, and have now decided to switch our HVAC work to Quality Mechanical.
Another factor I liked was that the price for this job was about 33% less than another plumbing company we had been using had estimated. I also like the fact that Quality’s plumbing charge is based on a rate per hour times the number of hours worked (plus of course materials). Quality does not use standard pricing that just about all competing plumbing companies use.

Turns out that my 'clog' in my sewer drain was actually a clay pipe that completely collapsed and need full replacement. Mathew gave me a Quote for the Repair and was actually able to get us 'flowing' for the most part until the Team could come out and do the Repair.

I will never use another Service Company. I trust their judgement and the Services that they provide.

They had to remove the hot water heater to get to the furnace pull it out and replace the A-coil, replace the floor, put it all back plus replace the outside unit. It was a long hard day for them but through it all they joked and was beyond polite. Corky showed up with banana bread, that was amazing. Wes, Bo, and Dallan were working hard the moment they walked through the door. They even swept the floor before leaving. Full Nelson will be the only plumbing, heating and cooling company I'll use from now on. Great company and great guys!

From the phone call to schedule an appointment to to the prompt arrival of the technician to the work that needed to be done, it was all around great. I cannot say enough about the technician, Dan. What a breath of fresh air. He was so polite and mature beyond his years. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing along with all the costs that would be incurred with finding and fixing the leak. This was my first time using a plumber and I will definitely be a repeat customer with service like this! Thank you Dan!

James conducted the original assessment, and I appreciated his thoughtful, detailed work and itemized estimate. Andrew and Stephan did the actual repair work (removing a house trap, replacing a floor drain, and replacing a collapsed pipe), and they did a great job. They were communicative and timely, and they were honest with me about my repair options when they discovered a collapsed pipe. I will definitely call Inception with any future issues!

Eric Phillips rated it 1/5: The plumbers working for this company are CLEARLY commission paid. Clearly. No other possible explanation for my experience with them. I called Inception plumbing and requested a quote to repair a leaking shut off valve for an investment property. They quoted me $14,000!! Yes you read that correctly. 14k! They didn’t give me good, better, best options with a range. Just the most expensive option with no alternatives. They simply quoted me what it would cost to redo everything. I called AB May and they quoted me $1,400. Far more sensible. I ultimately got a guy to do the work for $800. $14,000 is outrageous. I will NEVER use Inception plumbing again.

David Page rated it 5/5: I had gotten several bids to repair/replace a shower faucet valve – all of which involved removing/reinstalling several large tiles and costing low four figures. Travis was the only one to actually LOOK AT the cartridge and suggest I search online for a replacement that he could install without resorting to, as he called it, a "nuclear option". With the part number he found and photos I took, I was able to locate the exact cartridge – under $40! I ordered 2, he replaced the one and coached me on how to do it myself if needed. Cost? Low three figures! Absolutely top notch.

After the technician cleaned the drain, he then told me that I needed more work that would cost $3,500, but it only looked like a grease buildup to me. After he left, I then called The Plumbing Pro. So on 10/7 Scott came out and also cleaned the drain and said it was just a grease buildup. I thank him for his professionalism and his honesty! I will definitely call them again!!!!!

He gave great detail about what was going on & the steps we need to take to rectify the problem. We will not use anyone else! We were able to get our pipe fixed the next day before 10am. We will continue to use this company.very pleased with service, communication, and value.

I notified the company as it was a company vehicle and was unprofessional and aggressive behavior for someone who goes in homes. I didnt hear back from the company, but…Since the company was notified, the driver proceeded to hunt down my personal facebook page and try to gaslight me into believing a completely different circumstance occurred. Claiming they have traffic cam footage, that I'm a liar, that i experienced something totally different than what really occurred, that they have done free work for mutuals… it was gaslighting, unprofessional, creepy, and weird and furthers why I would not feel comfortable with referring this company at this time. This is inappropriate behavior and needs sensitivity and professionalism training, in addition to appropriate driving.
An opportunity for the individual to learn and do better in the future.
