I called for an emergency appointment and got a technician out here on the same day. Diagnostics were performed with recommendations AND a plan moving forward. This was key as my husband and I were able to prepare for a length of time without hot water. Although, we didn't need to prepare much because our water heater issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner. The weekend and manufacturer business hours were the only things that slowed things down really, nothing to do with the company itself.

Major props to Adan! Adan, who has extensive knowledge and experience in his field, walked us through every step of the way. He was patient with our questions. He is kind, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable and efficient.

The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he'd be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We're very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. Called the number left on the heater from last time. Josh W. came by a few hours later, implemented a bypass and got the water turned back on in the house. Came back Sunday morning and got hot water flowing back through the house. Between Carl from dispatch, and Josh W. the technician, in less than 24 hours on a weekend, we went from all bad, to all good. Five star review! Thank-you guys! Until next time…

He had the parts Ihat he needed in his plumbing truck and expertly finished the job to my complete satisfaction. After he finished he quickly cleaned the mess and gave me a bill that I was more than happy with. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.
Robert Attebery rated it 1/5: I contacted Active Plumbing because of the good rating on Google. Unfortunately, they are extremely over priced. They provided an initial price for a plumber to come out to the house. Upon arrival the plumber looked and listened to the toilet when flushed and stated it was the fill valve. He had the invoice already filled out with the initial amount for service call and additional amount to replace the fill valve for a total cost of almost $350.00. They do not include the cost for the service call into the repair cost which other companies do. I did not have them complete the repair.
I did a Google search on the average cost for toilet fill valve replacement and it is 1/2 the amount this company wanted to charge.
If you are looking for repair at an affordable cost this is not the company for you.

I had my AC unit replaced through them and it was a quick and pleasant experience through and through. Within a day after discussing how we were going to move forward a team was out here doing the install. The team was quick, efficient, and conscious of being respectful to my home by cleaning up after themselves in full and diligently putting fresh shoe covers on after entering my home every time. A special shout out and thank you to Kelly for going above and beyond to making sure I was happy with my AC unit after the installation and making it look/sound as nice as possible. Both my dad and I immediately said that we’d go with him because we felt understood and he worked with us as best he could with our budget. I signed everything 6pm Thursday and by noon Friday I had a whole new system. There was one small detail I needed help with and steve went out of his way to ensure it was resolved the same day. I’ll definitely be recommending Steve and Discount Air to my loved ones!
james weber rated it 5/5: I had my A/C go out on Thursday and I had four companies give me an estimate, I decided that Simply Air gave me the best estimate. Steve who came out was very professional and check my unit including the furnace in my attic. A very thorough check with pictures and then we sat down and he explained everything to me. He gave me two quotes, one for a 14 seer unit and one for a 16 unit and explained the difference.
When I had all quotes that afternoon, I decided that Simply Air was the best on, not only on their price but also on their service provide after installation. I was very impressed with Steve Frederick.
I called them that afternoon ( Thursday) 8/26/22. They arrived at my house first thing Friday 8/26/22.
The three men that came to install my New Air Conditioner/furnace, and Thermostat were Adam B., Mike V., and Lou M. They were VERY professional and polite and. They had my new unit installed and working in less than 5 hours. They explained every thing to me and took all of the old ac and furnace out. I can not say how happy I am with all four of these men and of the company including Joy from the office. I'm not ever going to worry about who to call for all of my a/c, plumbing and heating needs in the future. These guys Steve, Mike, Adam, Lou and Joy were Super. This is the one company that you need to call for your Quote and I'm sure you'll be happy you did. 🙂

Once I accepted the bid they were out the very next for the installation! Zack and Alejandro did the major part of the installation perfectly. Every step of the way — it was always positive, helpful and responsive dealing with everyone from this company. At our home, unfortunately we had a major outdoor Main Line water leak. We were informed by our water company, that we were leaking hundreds of gallons a day from our main like break. It was incredibly stressful for our family as we rushed to try and contact plumbing companies for this major job. From the first scheduling over the phone (we were also informed we could schedule a No-Fee estimate appointment) — to interacting with everyone from Impact Plumbing — we were blown away by their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to us. We felt their estimate for the job was among the absolute best prices, and we went with Impact Plumbing. In the bath tub, in a small place it was obvious he knew what he was doing and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He even had skipped lunch, I ask so a chocolate chip cookie and a root beer carried him through the end. He also cleaned up his mess and my tub. I honestly thought customer service was something that no longer existed but Frank proved me wrong! Thank you again. Sherry

When i finally got ahold of someone, the lady I talked to was seriously incompetent of doing her job. She couldn’t even answer the simplest questions I had. Took them days to have someone come out to take a look. And I still have yet to receive an estimate of the amount of cost for the repair. Like if you don’t want business then just say that. Instead of wasting peoples time.

The lead plumber Zack was both professional and most knowledgeable. I had them replace the major water intake pipe taping into the city line to my home. When they were done with there job, my yard looked just like no trench was ever made. I got a total of four quotes from other companies, and they were the most reasonable. I never hire a contractor without checking references and reviews. They received all five-starts reviews when I checked. Recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I know I will be using them again.

Customer service was excellent and Basil my plumbing technician was great. Showed up when they said they would and rectified the problem. Excellent service highly recommend!
Casey Johnson rated it 1/5: I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were "finished" and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

Gave us some suggestions on better clearing of the grease build up in the line we will consider doing in the future !

He gave us options to best solve our problem with a 60 yr old house based on his assessment after a thorough examination. He cleaned up his work are leaving it cleaner than it was before his arrival. He fixed our sewer line and drains perfectly. He showed us the tree roots found in our sewer line and recommended a Hydro clean in the not to distant future to prolong the life of the drain.
Dr. Maria Gutierrez and I are very impressed with the quality of work preformed by Elijah and honestly feel Rotor Rooter gave exceptional service for the reasonable expense of the service. We will call them for future plumbing needs.
