I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.

I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, "Adam" came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, "Rito" and "Jesse" arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. Another company had canceled on me twice so I probably wasn’t in the best mood but she was able to get me scheduled for that day with Eddy! They sent me an email confirming my appointment with a picture of Eddy so I would know what my plumber would look like! Well Eddy was a step above any repair man that I’ve had. He arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and approximate price. Eddy was a happy young man and we visited a bit and he told me how much he liked his job and what a great company Robbins was to work for and When he was finished he cleaned up everything. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs!

Initially Robins Plumbing only had a slot available next day (which was expected) but when I called back they had a same day appointment available. Eddy came out for the service call and was great! I went from having no hot water at 8am, calling and scheduling at around 11am, to having Eddy arrive at 2pm, and hot water for a shower at 4pm. They sent out David S. and he assessed the situation and went over the options with us and we chose to not only replace the water heater but to install a drain pan with pipe to the exterior and a whole house water filtration system. There was some drywall damage and they sent out Quick Restore who took care of the damage. David did an excellent job of the installation and he was very professional. We're extremely satisfied and we'll continue to use Deer Valley plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

Jared did provide wonderful service and checked in w/me at every step, to be sure everything was done according to my wishes or preference. I think when a Company is sound, everything done stands on its own merit. I am so grateful to have found Deer Valley and will continue to use them exclusively for my plumbing needs. Jared's professionalism and pride in the work he does gives me hope for the future. I've lived long enough to have experienced a decline in customer service and i know the "good ones" even without the white hat!! Hope Jared gets a raise. Thanks again!

Jennifer Rogers rated it 1/5: Horrible company who poisoned my family (manganese) because they didn't flush the system and install properly. After calling poison control, they figured out it was the water system (we had black stains in our toilets). My dog, children and myself had to get blood work done to prove this was in our system. It was terrifying. The company response? They bought a refrigerator filter for our 3 month old brand new fridge, and flushed the system that should have been done in the first place. We hired this company after their water heater broke after just one year. The did not back up the warranty claiming our pipes were old, and instead sold us a $7000 water heater and new water system they had to install. We were without water for 9 full days while they did this install, we were told it would take 2 days max. During the install, they knocked one of my garage storage nearly trapping my husband, and breaking our entire commercial snack bar equipment, as well as smashing an antique doll house passed down from my family. Taking zero accountability. My kids had to live at my parents while this work was being done, we had no compensation for the hotels we had to stay in for showers, restrooms and cooking. We received NO money off of the $7000 purchase price, and the horror continued for weeks after we were diagnosed with this poisoning. It gets worse…..3 months after this installation, the shotty work caused a leak in our garage. the company sent a restoration company to cut out our drywall, and it has now been 3 weeks an our water is disconnected, no dry wall replaced, and no communication in when this will be repaired. Oh, and still no refund or reimbursement for this nightmare.

They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. He was efficient and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I called in the morning and they were able to come in the afternoon to do the work. The charge was reasonable and customary.

He did everything he said he was going to do and then some. Left my bathroom better than he found it. With the exception of one small item that still needed attention Kitty from the office sent someone out on Sunday afternoon. Did not expect someone before Monday. This was truly over the top customer service. Thank you Maloney plumbing!!

They came out did not repair the problem they were called out for their tech ended up breaking the urinal completely, but instead of fixing it the right way because my GM is a female he just shut the water off and told her it was fixed! I have called 5 times with zero response from the owner or management, just a call lady. Don’t use this company for anything unless you just want the run around and watch the owner hide froM phone calls cause he can’t handle his business! Yes I hope you are reading this so you return my call! Good business you got there buddy!!!!!

He was very professional and explained exactly what happened with the plumbing. Nick made the repair through a very small cut in my new cabinets and he was able to save my brand new kitchen from being torn apart and saved me thousands of dollars! Megan Downs rated it 5/5: We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.
The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.

Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).

Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.

I needed to have all my plumbing replaced and I was pulling everything for them. Three months goes by and I never received my estimate, quote, or a phone call. The very first time they messed up the appointment and the second time they show up the guy doesn’t do any measurements, he just walks around the house looks at all my stuff and then tells me he’s gonna give me l an estimate by the Weeknd. I call up to find out what’s going on and they say oh it looks like he still working on it. Also the reviews that they are doing our employee and other driven reviews that are not quality reviews be cautious

I contacted them and they sent out a technician for a faucet installation. He also said I need a new valve. So he proceeded with the work. He was onsite 45 minutes changed out my faucet but did not replace the valve. My bill was over $300.00. Which is about $200.00 to high. I called to speak with the owner, but never received a call back. Will not use Moon Valley Plumbing again.

My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Cole explained things clearly and then with determination, cleared my drain. This after 2 previous plumbers gave up on it! I've used Moon Valley for years. Had to wait several days for them to come out but well worth the wait. There service is professional, affordable and honest! Highly recommend them!

I was ready to close wall and be done with it, so had I not noticed it, there'd been another leak, another $500. Called up the office and only heard crickets when I asked about price and a possible discount. Fixed it myself. Hope your CEO gets that 3rd yacht.

M F rated it 5/5: This was our first time using The Aussie Plumber company and we were totally blown away! We have been burned several times with other companies but we were very impressed with The Aussie Plumber!
This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!

This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!
