I have even had them replace some coping tiles that our previous pool company (original builder) because they would not warranty their work. And, they have done this at a very reasonable price.

Jason came and fixed it very promptly. New system would have been $1000’s but he fixed and said I should get a few more years out of it. Also I had wrong sweeper. Suggested a cheaper one that I had before and he was right. They know their stuff and we’re honest. If someone is not honest, I would give 1 star and let you know. Honesty is very high in my standards.

Responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately fixed the very few small concerns we had. Tyson was a superstar when in came to pool school. Super polite, on time, very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. He did not try to rush the process.
Overall wonderful experience with fantastic results. They use first rate subcontractors! I would highly recommend them if you want superior results.
GUADALUPE GARCIA rated it 1/5: Very disappointed with this company. Last year we contracted them for our first in ground pool. Everything was going smoothly until the end. I had to call them to come fix the plaster because it the steps plaster was very rough that we had minor cut due to it. They came and fixed thats but this spring I had noticed stains on some rough areas around the pool specially on corners and around the bottom drains. I contacted them immediately to solve the issue. They came like to check it out two weeks after and that’s because I had call again to tell them that the stain where getting worse. The guy that came assured me that they where going to solve the issue and now it’s been over a month now and I still the same problems because they won’t return my calls or text messages. This is the worst experience I had. Still waiting to see if they will fix this issue! I was told this was a great company but with this bad experience I will not recommended to no one! My pool in not even one year old and it looks very old with all this stains.

We tried for months to have the leak fixed by Personal Touch Pool Care, but once the pump went out, we just couldn’t take it anymore. We switched to Larsen Pools in Denton who repaired the leak and replaced the pump the next day. I can't speak to using Personal Touch for pool construction, but our experience with their pool maintenance department was horrible.

I have been a customer of personal touch pool care for about a decade and they have been nothing but excellent. I have used them exclusively for years of weekly service as well as numerous repairs. If you aren’t aware, pool equipment occasionally breaks. Nature of the beast.
I’ve never had any issues with either the work they performed or their business operations. They are always punctual, conscientious, and always do their work with the upmost in professionalism. Stop wasting time reading reviews and choose this company.

I finally found a pool service I can recommend to others. Aquamaid employees where very professional and helpful. While having repair done they where able to offer me recommendations for repairs with in my budget. I am happiest I have been in over a year with my pool thanks to Aquamaid. I will use them again when I have pool issues in the future.
R rated it 1/5: My pool service sold/closed down a few months ago. Aquamaid pu our service. The first time in 12 yrs our pool had algae. I sent a pic to the office manager requesting something to fix the issue. Zero call. Sent another email requesting owner contact me. No call. Received a text 5 days later to purchase a device for basket to help with algae. While pool had algae they did a filter service which is redundant as the algae infects the filter then continues to infect the pool. Hired a new pool service & it took 1 week and multiple filter cleans to get pool fixed. I requested final bill. They sent me 3 different invoice #s for filter cleans. Not the same invoice 3x. They were charging me 3 x for a filter clean they did while pool was infested with algae. Plus, they never called & confirmed I wanted the service to begin with. Tech showed up out of the blue on non sked pool service day.
Prior to all of this I received notices to pay my bill AFTER I had already paid it. It’s like they were trying to get me to pay twice. There are some shady business practices going on with this company.

First week was great second week tech came and left our pool completely inoperable…been calling multiple times asking for them to get someone out here to fix it before the weekend. Same tech came out and left again without the pool running. Unable to turn the pump on or anything. Reached out to to company again asking for help and getting someone out here to look at our pool. Informed that we wouldn’t have anybody here till Monday. Which we informed her we have video proof that our pool was operational before the tech arrived on Thursday. After a dozen calls today we asked to speak to the owner of the company and was informed that he is unreachable and we are not able to contact him. Also this is not the cheapest pool service in town. One would assume that with a higher price that you would get good customer service. My recommendation would be Stay far far away from this company. Very shady business practices. Photos are within hours of them leaving

Weekly service is reliable and does a great job of keeping me informed on things that they notice, what to watch for, etc. Always feels good when you can support a locally owned-operated small business and Seahorse is one of them.

When I did the chief hillbilly teared up and told me to let him do his job. Hmmmm. Let’s see where this goes I thought. The concrete guy shows up and starts pouring concrete. I ask Wes, the owner’s lapdog, when do they apply the stain. “Huh? What stain?” “Well, it is too late now” (laughing) While installing equipment they never gave us the owners manuals. We found those spread all over our property. They didnt finish a wall as agreed to. We have had poor craftsmanship done by these guys. When we called them back Wes, (remember him?) stated it was an act of God, so they were not responsible. And a quote from Wes: “The boss says not to help you f$&@?&$ out if he can help it”. Electric sockets were put in with one side just taped with electrical tap over the exposed wires. They had complained about another client they were building a pool for to us. They said the same thing about that build. The poor quality was an “act of God”. Do yourself a favor and run from these hillbillies. DO NOT LET THEM BUILD YOUR POOL. There is so

TERRY G rated it 1/5: We signed up for weekly maintenance. They re-plumbed our pool and removed our Salt Chlorinator without our authorization. We asked them to put it back to it's no original Salt Water Pool Design. The area that the equipment is in was flooding and the 5 -7 month old motors were whining. Their President claimed they changed the plumbing and removed equipment to make our pool run better. It was a NIGHTMARE!!!
They did agree to put everything back, however, they used cracked and busted pipes and leaking equipment. Water went everywhere when we turned the power on. Their President and about 3 or 4 other Seahorse Swimming Pool Guys were here onsite and did this. It spoke volumes about their customer service, they do what they want without obtaining proper consent, and literally screwed up my system. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their Corporate Office. We have pictures, bills from another accredited repair company and video of this entire horrible experience.

Update: during the earlier leak repairs Juan recommended a new pool pump as the old one could no longer pressurize the filter. I had him come out and install a new variable speed pump with new electronic controls. Now everything is working perfectly, and I can operate all the spa, lighting, and water features from my phone.

From helping us with the design and grill and appliance choices to ensuring the job was finished as promised, the whole experience was great. He got us a good deal on the grill and appliances also. The quality of the stone work is unmatched. They took pride in their work and the pricing was reasonable.
