The pool cleaners no longer brush down the walls of the pool or tile, as they did in the past, and fail to show up on scheduled cleaning days. This past week they did not come on the scheduled day, but told their manager that they came. He sent them two days later after we had to go over to the business to find out why they hadn’t come. One of the guys vacuumed the pool while the other one reclined on a pool lounge looking at his phone the whole time. Their truck always leaks large amounts of oil, leaving stains on our driveway.

He said it would take half a day, took him over a week. He didn't know how to solder a simple connection onto the existing pipe so I had to do it. He didn't know how to wire in my pump so I had to get an electrician to do it. He didn't even take the old broken equipment and yet I was charged a "haul away fee". So what encompasses the install? Placing the equipment on the ground and cutting some pvc? I should've just done it myself and saved a couple grand. You should do the same.

Daniel Ng rated it 5/5: We purchased a Rainbow play structure for our church through Able Pool & Spa. We had asked if someone can spend a few minutes to help us to get started in the assembly. Nick arrived in the morning as we start to assemble the play structure. The play structure was a lot more complicated to put together than we thought. The instructions were complicated and were not the best in taking you step by step to do this. Without any hesitation, Nick proceeded to help us assemble the base of the structure. He made it look easy. It would've taken us hours to get done what he did in 15 minutes. For some reasons, there were a few missing pieces of the structure. Nick went back to the store and returned with the missing parts. Without us asking, he continues to help us assemble the play structure. By then we had all the play structure accessories put together (swings, slide, robe ladder, etc) and he helped us attach them to the play structure. The slide was especially hard to do. But Nick's instructions and help was invaluable in getting that done correctly. Nick went away to take care of some businesses but return again later in the afternoon to check up on us and finally helped us complete the play structure. We would not have been able to assemble this in one day without Nick's help. Thanks Nick!!!

Multiple times I was given appointment times for installation and each time the installer was either late or did not show. The sales rep definitely overpromised on their capability and the process of our pool installation. I would not recommend anyone purchase from Able pools.

During and/or after delivery, we noticed two slats that needed replacement – one was broken and another bowed. After many, many, many phone calls and conversations to get the two slats replaced, the owners/operators blamed EVERYTHING on the distributor. REALLY? 7 months to replace two slats? This is some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people. It will be the best thing you’ll ever do for yourself in your entire life.
Javier Gonzalez rated it 1/5: I would not buy a pool from them again. Took them forever to get the pool, then when it was time to install the pool they sent us the rookies to install it. Instead of sand they put this kind of gravel that they did not bring enough for the job. They did not have enough padding for the bottom. Now the gravel is going through the pad and you can feel it when you walk around the pool. This pool was not cheap. I got the second to the largest splash pool they had. They have moved from where they were, they have not left a forwarding address, they do not answer their phone. Just very disappointed with the service I received.

Grace Pool Service El Paso explained my situation to and told me what to get. The guy did not try to get one over on me, like another store that I went to. The next time I went in was on last week for water treatment. The young lady(dont remember her name) that me was so awesome and know her thing. She got what I needed to to make my water safe. Everyone at this store was and is awesome. Just to add i have a disability and they offer to take my stuff to my car. They have in me a customer for life.

The staff here showed me all the different options and answers all my questions. I am very specific about what I like and don't like, and the staff took this into consideration when helping me select the right one for me. I finally decided after many days (and multiple conversations with the staff there) which one I wanted. They helped me get the product I wanted (as well as some toys for my son) and even helped me load it in my truck. The vacuum is awesome, I love it, but they are nowhere near as awesome as the staff at True Cost!

I went in to see if they had a part I needed for our pool filter and they did everything to help find the part. I ended up asking about pool treatment and what my options were to treat my green pool.
They had me take a water sample (which was free and gave more information than just PH levels) and then made some recommendations based off what they saw in the water. They gave simple step by step instructions on how to backwash our filter, what chemicals to use and how to use them, and were able to order some parts for next day pick up. In just one shock treatment they got our pool from green to a cloudy light blue in under an hour and with some elbow grease.

As of writing this I still have to follow through with the rest of the treatments but they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They also offer a military discount which was nice. Definitely earned themselves a new customer for as long as we're in the area.

From the very first time I met her in-store, it was obvious that she valued me as a new customer. She always went out of her way to ensure that I was fully-informed of what to expect during our pool filter inspection/cleaning process. She is the type of person you dream of having contact with as a customer. Service was scheduled in a timely manner and the Service Tech Richard was prompt and on time. Richard was very knowledgeable about the entire filter inspection/cleaning process and took the time to explain to us what he was doing, step-by-step. My Brother and I both commented to one another, "Wow, this guy really knows what he's doing!" After the inspection/cleaning was complete, Richard took the time to clean up his worksite impeccably and our pool filtration system was
now running perfectly again! When he was finished, he took the time to answer any questions we had and was very kind and courteous also. I honestly can't say enough about our experience with True Cost Pool Supply. Don't go anywhere else; you will not regret giving them a call! Rates were very competitive and they also offer a Military Discount, which is awesome too. We will definitely use True Cost for all of our pool-related repairs and purchases in the future!

They stopped coming regularly, at times the pool was not cleaned appropriately, and something happened to our 2 year old pump and we needed to replace it a month ago. I got home today to a running fountain, low water level, the pool was poorly cleaned and NO WATER GOING INTO THE PUMP! WHAT HAPPENED? We recommended them to some of our friends and just learned that they are having trouble with Azure, too!

Gay Thompson rated it 5/5: I rely on Anthony and his crew @ Aquatica to maintain and provide all of the maintenance and cleaning for my pool. I won’t let anyone touch my pool except Aquatica. They were the group that installed all of my new equipment and it was a pretty complicated set up. I have used many different pool cleaners and have not found one that does a better job than Aquatica. They always take my calls and fix any problem that arises. On top of that, they text me when they are on their way to my house and send pictures of the finished job once it is completed. Very professional and easy to work with! I recommend them to all of my friends.

My husband tried to do it himself but it is not as easy as a task as he thought, plus he gets home too tired. Aquatica sends me a text letting me know they are on their way. They keep my pool healthy and sparkling clean every time. I absolutely recommend them! They have promotions when you first sign up and send you emails with reports on your pool. Call them and make life easier and cleaner for your pool.

Besides weekly cleaning, I have had my pump replaced, and they have also serviced in cleaning my filter. Their prices for cleaning and service are extremely competitive, if not lower than the competitors, and although in some cases lower prices may be sacrificed for quality, I have had absolutely no issues. The quality in service, quality in repairs, and the quality of professionals has been a great blessing to me. In particular, Anthony Provencio has always been flexible with my schedule, my pool needs, and goes above beyond when a special request or inquiry is made. I trust Anthony, Tech Steven and I trust Aquatica. If you are looking for professional pool service cleaning and repairs, an experienced team and don't want to pay over $200 a month in pool services, give them a call – make the switch and look no further.

Also, Anthony is very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out other issues the pool had besides what I had hired him for. They replaced the furnace, the water lines(pipes) and vales. He took the time to explain how to operate vales and he programed the pool pump. They completed all this on a one day request. I'm very satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend Aquatics Pool Services.
Heather Ketchmark rated it 2/5: Aquatica acquired our pool cleaning account when our previous pool guy merged business with them in June. At first no issues in June and July. In August we noticed that the services being rendered didn’t match what was visible on our security camera. One pool cleaning lasted 4 minutes. To compensate for August, our September rate was discounted. No issues in September. October began with a no show no call appointment. A full credit was offered for November but due to the inconsistencies with Aquatica, my husband and I choose to cancel services. On 10/13/22 Anthony Provecino emailed me that his employee would drop off the check on Tuesday 10/18/2022 since he would be in the neighborhood cleaning pools. Unfortunately the check was never dropped off as promised and when we call the company, we only get the voicemail service. I would not recommend this company to neighbors as customer service and satisfaction is not their strength.

There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to relax in, and the pool area is always well-maintained. At this time, I was advised that they had a lot of work because of the rain. I'm guessing my appointment was not important enough to them to even give me a call to reschedule. This is the third pool service company in El Paso that I've had a bad experience with this week. I can not even get them to go out there at their scheduled time. The search continues for a good company.

We get many compliments from friends and family on how clean our swimming pools are. We used them weekly nonstop, and they are very flexible on me changing the dates that they come as sometimes I would be out of town or needing to have the pool ready for my grandkids. I trust them and would recommend them to Anyone in the El Paso area.

Rose Grifiths rated it 1/5: This company makes me wait for them, only to tell me that they can’t or won’t do the job. When I first spoke to gentleman on the phone I told him exactly what I needed and he said he would come look at it and tell me what needed to be done. I was ok with any option. I told him I had above ground pool and asked if they cleaned them. He said yes. When they arrived he said well we really don’t clean above ground pools???! He older man was in a hurry and very unprofessional. I realized that about 6 months ago when looking for a pool service these same people had come out and behaved the same exact way. Me no recognizing the number I didn’t realize it was same company . Non the less, this simply shows that they haven’t changed. I am writing for this review because it’s a waste of time to wait days to get an , I don’t want to do this job. If he’s so in a hurry than why have come in the first place.

Sifrance Tran rated it 5/5: Used True Blue through American Home Sheild. I had a problem with clogged/failed valve on the suction side of the pump. They identified the problem quickly and repaired it. They also identified a leak in the union with the pipes on the pump side, which they fixed. After the repair there was still a persistent leak and they came back no questions asked to repair the job appropriately. I think the receptiveness to an issue identified after a work order is very important and their professionalism keeps them at 5 stars. Pump works great now. Very happy with the service.
