Went through everything with us during ordering, and came out after the install to walk us through all the ins/outs of the new spa. Whenever I’ve had a question he has been just a phone call away.

He is always polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. We went in back in October because we were interested in a specific hot tub, everything in the store is clean and well displayed, employees wearing masks and everything. The manager, Chris was very knowledgeable, polite, able to answer my multitude of question and explained that though there was a large backorder on hot tubs they actually had a floor model set up if we wanted to see. Needless to say, we went in, he answered all of our questions, and we placed the order that day.
With the backlog from COVID, it did take a few months to come in, which they had of course warned us about, but once the truck came in they called to schedule the best time to deliver it to our home. The crew that did the hot tub drop off were amazing, they brought it all the way up the driveway right where we needed it, and delivered all of the other parts (stairs/cover/shock/chlorine) that came with our package. They even installed the filter for us and explained where the access panel was for best placement.

CC just completed our second pool and it is even better than the first, just beautiful! These people are amazing! I've referred Paradigm to a number of friends and need to head into the office tomorrow to pick up some complentary replacement parts for our ClearDeck cover. I had to look up thier address on Google, and decided it was probably time for a review!

I requested a pool partial opening & pool inspection with photos from this company for a rental property that I own in the Metropolitan Detroit area. I had several friendly conversations with Carolyn & Mike (service manager), and a pool partial opening was scheduled for 6/8/2022. I spoke with Mike on 6/9/2022, and he gave me a few notes about the job and said that he would have the report by 6/10/2022 at the latest. I paid the full amount for the service in good faith.

After I paid the money, I have NOT been able to get hold of Mike for the life of me, despite numerous calls and voicemails. I spoke once with Carolyn on 6/14/2022. She was apologetic, and confirmed that I would get the report with the photos that day or at least a status of where things are. I got nothing.

I had someone take a photo of the pool with its cover on after the supposed partial reopening, and to my surprise, it looked EXACTLY THE SAME as it did before reopening! These guys have done NOTHING and have defrauded me! You may see the "BEFORE" and "AFTER" pictures in this review! I emailed them on 6/16/2022 and asked them to refund me the money paid, and they just never responded!

I'm currently in the process of both filing a complaint against this company with the state's Attorney General's Consumer Protection division & taking the matter to the local small claims court.
Alexander Orsette rated it 1/5: DPS is a fraud They Claim to be a different company from their SERVICE department. BOTH ARE OWNED BY JOHN. They are the same company. I have three items that are still open from 2020 that needs to be completed from a complete pool restoration. I was assured by Dave they would be taken care of.
Cement was poorly poured and has caused several areas to puddle – Dave has promised on several occasions to correct and complete the following items.

1. Puddling on the cement by where you enter the pool, putting in a drain in that area.
2. Skimmer concrete puddling, this was done last year and pictures sent.
3. 4×4 electrical outlet was to be put in at the far end of the pool.

This year both DPS retail and DPS service AGAIN both owned by JOHN has ghosted me this year no reply to Phone calls or emails.

I would not recommend this company….
Marisa C rated it 1/5: FRAUD. THIEVES. Gave quote for renovating pool in spring of 2021. Mike said "you're the next job" for months. Came to house and slashed up liner to see how the structure looked underneath. Advised that job couldn't be done until following year. Asked if it needed to be covered up since winter months had been approaching. He said no, it would be fine. Gave deposit for work in 2021. Pool went through winter and is now a complete disaster. Mike dodged phone calls, had to call office and tried to meet up with owners of company. "They're not in" excuse after excuse.
Thought there was a light at the end of the tunnel in September of 2022 (over a year since deposit was made). Dug out skimmer, and took notes for what needed to be done. Claimed liner would be triple what was quoted in my contract and coping for pool could not be found. I contacted another company and they said they were able to find it just fine.

I contacted them asking for a refund only to be met with a deafening silence. They have done nothing but take my money, string me along, and destroy my pool. My pool is now in worse shape than it originally was, i have no cement around it anymore because the cement company is waiting for DpS to do their portion before they can refill.

Do not work with them. They are a scam.

We have a very large complex salt pool and they keep it looking top notch. They have always been responsive to us and have kept us up to date with the latest technology. David Ried rated it 1/5: I had an appointment to have my pool closed that I scheduled about a month in advance. The day they were supposed to come I called and verified they were coming. The man taking my call said I was last on their stop and would be there after 3pm. I had re arraigned my schedule so someone could be home. Well, they didn't show and they didn't call to let me know. The next day I called and the man answering the phone made it sound like it happens all the time I just needed to get over them not calling or showing up. He also said I would not be the priority for their next work day and I would have to put back on the scheduling list. He also said they didn't call me because someone forgot to put my number down on the work order. A day later someone called me and said they could reschedule me 3 weeks from my original date. I declined their service and hired another company. So if good and reliable customer service is your thing I wouldn't recommend this company.

The work was done incredibly fast by guys who have been doing this type of work for decades. Everything looks amazing. After they were done, every detail of clean-up was completed. Oscar is super friendly and kind. Their quote was the lowest we had. I would 100% recommend Oscar’s Pools!

When we opened up our pool this Spring it was basically a ditch due to landscaping and construction debris and the putrification of organic matter that accumulated under the cover. They managed to clean the filth all out and treat the muddy water to bring it to crystal clear. Now I am really enjoying the babysitting that they provide my busy family so that we can just enjoy the pool worry free all summer long. Their team have been very polite, completely thorough and a pleasure to have work at my property.
