Damon Carp rated it 1/5: Careful here. We bought a Dolphin from Margaret. Very knowledgeable and helpful pre sale and highly recommended from troublefreepool.com. I received the Dolphin and after a few uses the power supply started to overheat, to the point it was almost melting the top cover. Margaret responded that she would help to resolve and then she just stopped responding. No further replies to my emails , not answering the store phone, calling back, nothing. It's a shame because she clearly is very busy and is choosing to not address a customer concern, so I will have to deal with the manufacturer directly. I live in Georgia, otherwise I'd bring it the store directly. Net net: if you are out of the area – you may want to buy locally or exercise high caution when buying from this store.

He came out and really helped me scale out my pond's plumbing needs. Despite me building a pond and not a pool, he really tried to understand my project. He took his time and didn't try to push anything outside of what I needed for my project. I wish other CO small businesses would practice this same type of customer service. You just don't see it like this these days.

Our pool is about 15 years old so some items needed an update, more efficient equipment and other items that needed addressed were inherited from the original pool contractor. Nothing that couldn’t be addressed by a company who knows what they are doing and who care to do the job right.
Throughout our entire relationship The Pool Man has looked out for us and the project. The amount of enthusiasm and transparency for our project has been reassuring. They have been responsive, a step in front of everyone else and really easy to work with. They have worked well with other sub contractors on our project to make sure that everything gets scheduled in a timely manner.
Bottom line they are good people who want to do a good job and they show up. I will work with them time and time again.

They don’t up charge for chemicals & no I am not a friend just a very please customer. & super reliable/trust worthy. Come & go out my back gate & always super good with my dogs & my dogs have a good judge of character & they love these guys. & the lady who takes the calls (sorry I can’t remember her name) super nice & great to work with.

I called 9 hot tub businesses, and they were the ONLY ONE that answered the phone immediately. Jeannine is soooo nice, she makes me smile just talking to her. Her demeanor and professionalism, as well as responsiveness to helping me solve the problem, went above and beyond. The techs that came out, Jose and Chet were also great, explaining the issue thoroughly. They were on time, and did a great job. I am so glad I found this business. Thanks guys! 👍👍👍👍

They sent someone out to help diagnose the issue the next day. He knew right away what was going on and causing the water to get so bad so quickly. He did his thing and added the necessary chemicals and everything else to get my pool back in shape. He even provided me with some tips and tricks to keep my water healthy and safe for me and my guests. It is very apparent that they take the health and safety of their customers very seriously. I would recommend Pool and Spa Medics 10 out of 10 times to my friends, family, and colleagues. I highly recommend this company.
Adam Cogswell rated it 1/5: DO NOT HIRE!!! We could not be more dissatisfied with our experience with Pool and Spa Medics. They were hired to redo the vinyl liner in our pool and it was clear they had NO IDEA how to do it correctly. They had to patch and recut the new liner in multiple places, rendering it useless. There were so many leaks and misalignment issues. When we asked them to replace the liner and try to install it correctly, they refused. We had to take them to small claims court in Adams County to get back a portion of the money.
On top of the shoddy work, the owner, Dustin, was HORRIBLE to work with. He was incredibly hard to get ahold of, never came to inspect the work of his men when asked, and lost his temper over the phone, swearing at my wife. He was rude, unprofessional, and terrible to work with.

After hiring a reputable company to redo the work that Pool and Spa Medic attempted, we were told that our new company had been hired to fix multiple botched jobs by Pool and Spa Medics (some involving life threatening electrical issues). Our new company also provided contact info for one of their customers who was also in the process of suing Pool & Spa Medics. Under no circumstance should you consider hiring Pool and Spa Medics.

This was the third time this week as their system was down on the 19th and I wanted a retest after the 2nd test and subsequent treatment. Have previously used their service as it tells me how much of a particular chemical to purchase and use. Very helpful and always had a good experience. After the test, unfortunately the test results were lost from their system for my pool. I probably had a bit of a frustrated look on my face as I didn't want to make a 4th trip. She told me it was a free service and that the PH reading was high, but didn't have the specifics. I told her that the purpose is to understand how much chemical I needed to add. She once again stated it's free and I said yes, but this how you sell product as well. This set her off. There was also another customer waiting next to me during the interaction and I looked at him as I was speaking and she said don't look at him. Look at her. I tried to purchase a couple of items and she basically said she would not sell those to me. Although I'm not a huge $ customer, I have spent about $1,000 at the store over the past year. She was probably having a bad day, but they have also lost a customer. Yes the testing is free, but I always buy something. Nothing is really free, just recovered in the sales of their products. Don't know if this person was the owner or just an employee, but not a good example of customer experience.

Communication is excellent and their service tech, Scott, has an expert-level understanding of complex systems, troubleshoots in an honest manner and communicates in a very friendly and professional style. We know that we can trust them in our home and our dogs like them a lot.
In the past, we tried several of the various chemical brands from Lowes, Home Depot and Amazon but have found that Action carries the very best chemicals from GLB to keep our pool perfectly balanced. Their chlorine tabs and alkalinity balance are priced very reasonably and have made keeping our inground perfectly balanced a breeze compared to the other products we tried.
Finally, a swimming pool can be intimidating to maintain at first, but this family has made it very easy and comfortable for us to love our pool, use it daily and know that it is functioning properly.

This Spring we scheduled our opening with them & needed our pump rebuilt and the motor replaced. They did a fantastic job! Not only do they have excellent customer service but they fixed our entire system, cleaned the pool & balanced the chemicals.
They showed up when they said they would, were easy to communicate with and completed the job perfectly! We will continue to use them for all of our pool services. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

This was the third time this week as their system was down on the 19th and I wanted a retest after the 2nd test and subsequent treatment. Have previously used their service as it tells me how much of a particular chemical to purchase and use. Very helpful and always had a good experience. After the test, unfortunately the test results were lost from their system for my pool. I probably had a bit of a frustrated look on my face as I didn't want to make a 4th trip. She told me it was a free service and that the PH reading was high, but didn't have the specifics. I told her that the purpose is to understand how much chemical I needed to add. She once again stated it's free and I said yes, but this how you sell product as well. This set her off. There was also another customer waiting next to me during the interaction and I looked at him as I was speaking and she said don't look at him. Look at her. I tried to purchase a couple of items and she basically said she would not sell those to me. Although I'm not a huge $ customer, I have spent about $1,000 at the store over the past year. She was probably having a bad day, but they have also lost a customer. Yes the testing is free, but I always buy something. Nothing is really free, just recovered in the sales of their products. Don't know if this person was the owner or just an employee, but not a good example of customer experience.

We signed a contract July 20, 2021 and 15 months later (October 2022) we were left feeling taken advantage of by Bob. We spent a lot of money and have only pool equipment to show for it. Bob is a terrible business man. He does not communicate and when he does he lacks proper interpersonal communication skills. Stay away from this company and Bob so you don't waste time and money like we did. Not to mention the psychologic damage and stress the nightmare of dealing with Bob has caused us. Just say NO to this company.

Gary will do whatever it takes to come up with a solution for any problem. He solved an issue for me that 3 other pool companies could not solve which had been going on for 2 years. Metro will let you know what the best ideas are for your equipment and give you a straight answer if it needs replaced or it can last or if their are better options. One of the things I love is I can get ahold of him any time. I would recommend Metro to anyone.

They winterized our pool last fall and just fired it up for the summer today. They are very professional and reasonably priced. We plan on using them for all of our pool needs.
