The whole process was as painless as possible from David who led the sales process and Alan who checked on progress and quality and Jill who served as my customer rep.
David was great on the sales side as he patiently assisted through the many options available when starting a project of this side. His eye for detail and style choices was of huge benefit when making hard decisions like what stone type, color, tile color, plaster type etc.

If anyone wants to experience exceptional customer service, they most certainly will find it with Jill as their customer service rep. Jill was always informative with scheduling and alerting me to want the next steps were along with the timing of various crews arriving onsite; she was absolutely fabulous! Any company would benefit immensely with someone like Jill.

Throughout the project it was also having Alan drop by to check on how things were progressing. Alan was great to talk with when I had questions and very insightful when a couple of decisions needed to be made in regard to slight changes during the process.

Overall, I am extremely happy having chosen Integrity Pools and will continue to use them whenever a new project arises or whenever repairs may be needed.

— Follow up. As the project was wrapping up during the plaster care portion it was noted that there was an issue with the pressure in the pump. Steve who was doing a great job during plaster care reported the issue. Again, Jill was amazing in coordinating with the service department to determine the issue. Chris, Brenden and Tyler did a fantastic job in determining the issue, a clogged skimmer, and rectifying it.

That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our pool has never looked better. We are so thankful for John. He does a fantastic job keeping our pool clean and the water chemically balanced. The last couple months we have not had a solid cleaning and our pool is now starting to turn green. Even simple vacuuming hasn't been done. We call to notify, but nothing is done. We talk to the guy servicing the pool and he will say his battery on the vacuum died or other excuse.

Shoutout to Thales for doing a superb job with our regular maintenance and cleaning. Our pool is always sparkling after each visit and we don’t need to worry about anything. We had a complete pool renovation 3 years ago, all new plaster, water tile, travertine decking, outdoor kitchen and a complete upgraded pool system. Three years later, and the outdoor kitchen has sunk so far that we cannot even open the mini fridge anymore. The concrete top was connected to the brick of our house and has caused damage to the house, as well as the kitchen area. I have called multiple times and I was finally quoted a price of about $3,500 to repair the area. I was told there was only a 1 year warranty on their work. Three years seems fast for this much damage to have occurred. I am shocked that they will not take care of this, even realizing it was obviously not supported correctly when built. We worked with Darren, who was great, but he is no longer there, and there has been no good customer service! I would stay away from this company!

My pool computer board fried out after 22 years. I called Dustin and they had Jacob at my home in 45 minutes to diagnose. The very next day Jacob was at my house replacing and upgrading the equipment in the rain with an umbrella. I understand what great customer service is. I expect it at fine dining restaurants, and at luxury automobile dealerships, and I do expect great service from any vendor. However, Big D Pools, Dustin and Jacob specifically, have raised the bar to a new level. This is my 2nd experience of insanely amazing customer service from them. I highly recommend this business.

Awesome company with amazing service and great people working there. My pool heater died. I called them and they came out the same day to diagnose, and they installed a new heater on the same day. Unbelievable! I highly recommend this company for your pool repair needs.

I added a pool heater on the eve of Christmas eve, while it was windy and temperatures were in the high teens..brutal. Dustin, Jacob, and the crew didn’t blink an eye and spent hours working on getting the heater in and working before Christmas. They made multiple trips when the remote wouldn’t sync up and came back on the 26th to power wash and add sod. It’s rare (almost unheard of) to have people actually do what they say they are going to do these days, let alone go above and beyond. Big D Pools gave 110% at every turn, during Christmas, in artic weather. I highly recommend them!!

Nadia Park rated it 5/5: Paul with Uptown Pool Services was AMAZING!!! Our motor stopped working due to bearings and being damaged from a previously neglectful pool company. The pricing was very fair with a 3 year warranty AND he came out the same day since he had the upgraded Pentair pool pump we needed. He also didn’t charge us an extra $200-300 pool assessment fee (which 3 of the 6 pool companies I called wanted to charge me to even give me an estimate on replacing the pump even though we already had a service assessment done). Other companies were also going to take 1-3 weeks to come out to do the quick replacement. After install, he tested it and went over everything with me. He will definitely be my go-to for any repairs. The pool is running great and very quiet now.

Nichole Dreyer rated it 1/5: We hired Paul and Uptown pool first to replace our pool equipment and then to remodel the pool. They started the work in October of 2021 and we are still waiting for a completion of the work and delivery of the items we paid for. I have communicated with Paul at least 15 times asking for the equipment we bought and every time its "I'll have it there this week". and he has yet to show up. We can't get him to deliver a copy of our warranties, he didn't finish cleaning the new pebble finish and there are brown spots in parts of the pool, the pump has already had to be repaired by another company etc etc. Essentially it all comes down to terrible communication from this vendor and a complete lack of accountability. Do not hire them. And if you already have good luck, but whatever you do, do not pay them until the job is complete. Like 100% complete.

After arguing with me about where I purchased which was at that location, they took it in with my proof of purchase. They gave it back once and told me it was fixed and it was not. They have now had it for several more weeks and just keep blaming Polaris. There is no communication from them at all unless I call them . When I called today, there only offer was to give me the broken Polaris back. Rude employees and no communication. We are all living in a world where supply chain and employee shortages are an issue but they are simply just bad business. I have tweeted the CEO. We will see if he even cares enough to reply.

Each day they said someone would be out to service my pool the next day. Each day would come and I would get put off again. After three days of this I was informed that they are not accepting new clients and they would never be coming out. Horrendous service, terrible communication and no one there has any idea what they are doing. Save your time and money for a pool service company that will value your time and communicate clearly.
Michael Schmidt rated it 1/5: Tried to rip me off $2800 for a pool pump I didn’t even need. Their tech came out and told me my pool motor was dead and the warranty had expired. He then explained that I would need a new pump for $2800.
I quoted Leslie’s and not only did Leslie’s beat a new pump price by more than half, they determined I didn’t even need a new pump based on my description of what was happening. Turns out I just needed a new capacitor for $46. Sure enough, I replaced the capacitor and it works like new again.

The kid who came out knew what the issue was and lied to my face and tried to steal $2800 from me. If he tried it on me, I can guarantee he’s done it to someone else. These guys are scam artists.

If you want some real professionals, drive a mile east on Forest and go to Leslie’s. They knew what the problem was without even looking at it.

Chuck Smith rated it 1/5: Do not use their Service. Had them out to clean DE filter and Salt Cell. They broke a pipe joint and charged me $150 to repair it. Filter leaked water after they left. Returned 2 weeks later to fix, he put some silicone on the filter and told me I needed a new o ring. It continued to leak. I took it apart and put back together myself and working fine now with no new o ring. Terrible experience overall and very costly.

It was getting near to closing time, so I called your Garland Road location and Marc answered the phone. He told me he would wait for me. Marc was extremely helpful in getting me the right part and gave me his cell number in case I needed any help with the installation. Wow! What a great start.
A few days later, I was back in need of another part. I was glad to see Marc and I was on my way back home in a few minutes. Unfortunately, things did not go so well, so I called the store the next day. With that being said we purchased a Carvin pool from Crown during the winter along with numerous upgrades including a pool heater. We waited until March 18th when the season opened and had the pool installed. We are totally happy with the sales and service but let me say this if you go the route we did there is a lot of expense that most are not aware of so do your research. The heater needed 220 volt which required a new panel cause we didn't have any room. it also required additional hard pluming to the heater. Again the staff is top notch but just be aware that one can spend a lot of money on above ground pools to have the paradise we all want in our back yards Thank you Crown for helping us with ours. I also want to say the installers were on point and did a great job.

Bryce makes a YouTube video that simulates what your pool will look like which really helped us visualize the pool in our yard. We received 4 quotes, no other pool builder put together as extensive of a proposal as Summerhill. They were the only company to provide a simulated video. I highly recommend you check out their YouTube channel. We checked references and went to see one of their builds near us in Lakewood, which is stunning. After we selected our design, Bryce gave us great tile/coping suggestions. Summerhill was extremely quick to apply for permits and start our build. From start to finish our pool build and turf installation was 3 months to the day! We broke ground February 1 and were swimming May 1 (with two snowstorms during that time!). We had a smooth build, only a few minor things that they had to fix which they fixed immediately. We have had ZERO issues with our pool and are about 5 months into enjoying it every day. Highly recommend Summerhill and happy to serve as a reference!

From the get-go, they were incredibly responsive and supportive in walking us through a process with which we had no prior experience. They designed a pool responsive to our desires and visions, and helped us to explore new options that they (correctly) thought would enhance the pool's form and function. Construction was complete – from groundbreaking to sun-bathing – in 13 weeks, well ahead of schedule, and they have been quick to address any remaining construction items subsequently. All along the way, we received regular texts and updates about next steps, and when to expect new crews coming through our yard. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.
