The customer support after the sale has been nothing but phenomenal and very responsive. We just had the motherboard of the control panel go out over the weekend and Ryan (The most absolutely fantastic Technician ever) showed up on Monday to take care of the problem, was extremely professional and efficent and is very good at what he does…did I mention that already? 😉 My wife and I always make decisions together and I can assure you we both agree that we made the right decision going with Blue Haven. The whole process from start to finish has been amazing and our experience continues to be a positive one…if you are looking to build a pool…I would highly recommend you give them a chance to impress you the way they continue to impress us.

If you are lucky enough to have her help manage your project, consider yourself lucky! All others from Pool Haven were great as well but her communication is second to none! I know this may not be the case but when the weather cooperated they were absolutely on top of getting the next phase complete in a timely manner and to a high standard. As with any new install, there were some issues that needed to be fixed one the pool was filled with water. Some of those issue were repaired immediately, and there are others that have yet to be repaired a year later. Pat (Aquascape Office Manager) has told us numerous times that she will send the sub contractors back out to make the repairs, but they have yet to show up. I would not recommend Aquascape to anyone based on their follow up customer service.

Antonio went above and beyond helping us pick out the right materials for every aspect of our pool. Timing was exactly what they told us and their installers and subcontractors were also timely to finish their work. Once the pool was installed Antonio took the time to make sure we knew how to operate our equipment and has been very good at answering our questions after the initial instructions.
I have also recommended Aquascape to several of our friends and they have also been impressed by their professionalism and promptness

Finally, we are on our way to being able to actually use our pool!
Additionally, it cost less than expected. So all around win.
This is not the closest pool store but it is worth the drive for us.

We decided to open our pool ourselves, we always have had someone close and open it for us. We proceeded to take the cover off only to find it is drastically different than when it was uncovered before(I totally get that can happen) but the kicker is full bottles of unopened algae preventative floating in our pool. Who does that?!

I cannot give them even one star. had the chance to hear my friend speak with David the owner and let me tell you what a piece of work he is. He completely disrespected my friend and blamed the problems on her. Do not waste your time or money on this horrible company.
Shiva H.D. rated it 1/5: The services I have received from Cardinal Pools on NW 10th have been more than disappointing. A few months ago we hired them to resolve issues with our pool. We asked them to replace the heater and were told, it's too expensive to do that, but they could fix the current one. A non professional technician came to my home and fixed the heater which only worked for a couple of days and replaced the pump with a brand new onw which does not work
we had to have them come back and redo the work and they did that while we were not home, so when we came back home from work both the heater and the brand new pump NOT WORKING again. I went to the store and spoke with the owner I believe , David, I explained to him what the issue was and he said he’s going to send a tech out to our house on June 7th and that every time that they are there at my house the heater and the pump works fine and when they leave it doesn’t work and that’s not their problem because while they are there it works fine.

On June 7th nobody showed up at my house I called David and he said I don’t have you down for today I’m sorry I’ll send a tech tomorrow morning, as long as you are present to pay the bill and I asked him you forgot to send a tech to my house and tomorrow as long as someone is present to pay the bill you will send a tech??? He said yes, because we are not there to push any buttons and every time we are there everything works fine but they stop working when we’re not there and that’s not his problem

I asked David for a refund and was told no. From the first day they came to our house we have pictures and videos of everything and we have send it to them proving that they do such poor incorrect job on such expensive pools

As of yesterday we have hired an Attorney to help us resolve this matter

Country Inn and Suites rated it 5/5: They are my go to for all my pool needs. If my pool looks bad, then I take my water sample into the store so they can test the water. After they test my water the person assisting me will let me know just what to add or remove from my pool to get my pool looking crystal clear again. Top notch employees and amazing customer service. Jeremy, Taylor and the entire staff always takes care of us and makes us feel welcomed when walking into this store.
manning wilkerson rated it 1/5: you better hope the name they have for you in their systems matches or else you will be kicked out, yelled at and threaten to have to cops called on you. The employe cussed us out (while there were kids in the store) and pointlessly escalated a situation creating a scary environment for other customers. The employe should be fired and but into therapy.

I asked if they made custom pool covers and they replied "Uhh yep but there is a waiting list a mile long, so you better be ready to wait", then when I asked if they serviced our area, she immediately said "absolutely not" and hung up, like it was an insult for me to even ask. Sorry Ma'am, I didn't mean to ruin your day buy asking a simple 35 second question.

I just had them out to install a water heater. Matt and Ryan rerouted some funky plumbing and did a great job with install. So far my experience with them has been excellent.

They went to our house and winterized, then just billed us. They have been great at helping us navigate our pool questions. But, our best service came this week, July 2021, when Ryan came out due to our filter and pump malfunctioning. Ryan worked with us and our warranty company to make us whole again. We really appreciate all of their staff, from the people who answer the phone, to the technicians they hire and send out. Scott Girardin rated it 5/5: Amazing! I called at 9:30am to talk for a quote, from what I was told would be a compete replacement of our pool pump by other pool repair places, however I was told by the Pool Doctor that they felt it was just the motor. Saved me $400 to $500!
Also, I called at 9:30am and they had a tech out by 2:00pm to repair and replace. Great survive and so helpful!
All the other pool repair companies I called said 24hr at least to just come to look at my pump. As we all know in the Oklahoma heat a pool that sits will get nasty quick!

We had a valve handle that didn't work. The tech entered my back yard without talking to me first, flipped the actuator switch thinking it was fixed and left without saying a word to me. I had to call the owner to tell them that it wasn't fixed and to have the tech speak to me before entering my backyard. He returned, knocked on my door, I showed him what was broken and he fixed it.

The last call I needed a pump motor replaced and to fix a leak. The tech was really nice, replaced the pump, fixed most of the leaks after it took him longer than he expected. He said they wouldn't charge me for the extra labor. I had no idea what it was going to cost, or an estimate, BEFORE they did the work. I found out when I got my invoice in the mail. The parts were double what I could get them for myself and my invoice was over $1000. (Invoice 282244 for 753.24 and 282335 for 267.20)

Use a different service.

He came out expecting to do a full empty/refill and balance, and instead educated us on chemicals, balancing techniques and said that there was no need to empty the tub. His level of communication, his kindness to newbie hot tub owners and his overall professionalism has made us clients for life!
Jessica Ockershauser rated it 1/5: If I could – I would give this company zero stars. My warranty company uses them and a year ago, they came out to diagnose a broken pool filter and heater. At that time the technician did the assessment and told us AND the warranty company that parts were on order. Over the past year, I have called repeatedly and received NO answer or response to messages.
Working with my warranty company, they were able to track them down and finally had a tech come back out. The tech was not knowledgeable and HIGHLY unprofessional. He left without letting my husband know what the status was. I had to call the owner and was first told to call his secretary. After two unsuccessful calls that went to voicemail – I called the owner back. He was finally able to call his tech and THIS time – a YEAR later, they tell us there is nothing they can do.

When I asked what happened to the parts they ordered – the OWNER OF THE COMPANY told me that they were telling "everyone" that they were "ordering parts" even if they weren't b/c of supply chain issues and back ups. They submitted this status to my warranty company! When I asked why the tech didn't catch this last year – the OWNER OF THE COMPANY told me "he didn't know what was going on last year because he was in Prague".

Never ONCE was there any empathy, apology or solution-finding from this man.

This is NOT the way to run a business. If you are looking for a pool company – there are 100s of other options that would be much better than this one.
Renae Wood rated it 1/5: If you get this company through a home warranty claim…run! Cancel the claim, ask for a new company, don’t expect a repair or return call. Finally came to look at the pool 2 hours after the 9 hour appointment window. Spent 5 minutes looking at the issue, claimed to have fixed the pump but broke the pvc making the pool inoperable. Left then never heard from him again. Claims he was ordering parts but wouldn’t return calls or messages to provide any update, never submitted required information to the warranty company and wouldn’t call them back.
Morgan Mills rated it 1/5: Literally the worst pool service I’ve ever tried to use. They came out 2 separate times after I filed a claim through American Home Shield, and wouldn’t even diagnose the pool. The guy literally came and just looked at the pool, said it’s fine, and did nothing. Both times. The pool doesn’t work, so it is in fact not fine. Literally a joke of a company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you have AHS and they try to make you use them as a provider, run the other way.
