We absolutely love our hot tub! We also love how easy the maintenance is! We take our water samples into their store each week to get tested and they tell us exactly what to do (so easy!) They even came out to our home and gave us a tutorial on how to care for our hot tub right after it was delivered. If we had enough room for a pool, we'd get that next. We love our hot tub. Tim was very knowledgeable and quickly responded with a competitive price estimate and schedule. The construction crews were skilled and completed all work in accordance with the specifications. With all of the landscaping, concrete, and pool installation it was a complex project but well worth the time and cost. We are now working with the retail store for water testing and required chemicals. Everyone there is very helpful.

I have to manage a neighborhood pool and have no clue on what to do so I love having Premier and Lauren to make it super easy and affordable. They provide reliable servicing of our pool and hot tub. However things will inevitably come up and they have been able to quickly address all my issues from replacing our heater, detecting and repairing a leak, tile repairs, pool light replacement and even helped us switch to a salt pool instead of chlorine. Great company to partner with if you want a reliable group that can take care of whatever may come up.

From the get go, with Aaron helping us with the choice and design and Erik on the construction side, they were very helpful and professional. They communicated every step of the way and completed everything on schedule. We had their concrete sub design and pore our patio and the area around the pool and DLH was just as professional and timely. The quality of all the work was exceptional. We did our research prior to choosing Premier and we are definitely happy with our choice. Even if you have to pay a little more, Premier should be your choice also. I know this sounds kind of like a commercial for them but, we spoke about the whole process and as our experience was so great, we decided that we were going to make it a point to leave them a raving revue!!

The pool was built 40 years ago by Continental Pool & Spa and the previous owner directed me to stick with Continental for all my service needs. Over the years they have helped me with service, water testing, openings and closings and even will take my call when I have a quick question. Time and time again they have come through when I needed them and they make my 40 year old pool feel brand new. It shows how good they are that a 40 year old pool is still running the same as it did the day it was opened and the company is still around to service it. Thank you!

To many times now a days you get a brush off but not here everyone truly wants to help. My tub has been the best health benefit I have ever had, no pill can replace what my tub does for me. The best sleep of your life is after a long soak in your tub. I have been a customer of Continental Pool and Spa for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with them. Get a tub and you will not regret it and get it where the people really know their tubs, Continental Pool and Spa.

We have not so great water, but really wanted the salt water option. They have been very patient with us testing the water often and very knowledgeable to help us get up and running with our difficult water. Our system works perfectly and we love everything about our spa and use it daily. Our kids have loved watching the snow ❄️ fall from the tub and we enjoy the extra quality we get to spend with them.

Oh BTW, her staff of young, high school aged young men were working there tails off to keep up with the traffic coning thru that place!!

Limited access, new retaining wall, concerned neighbors and lots of concrete. They faced all the challenges with professionalism and did a great job.
I chose Bell because of their great reputation and the fact they are locally owned and operated. Jim and his crew kept me informed during the construction process and the various contractors they recommended all were excellent and performed as promised.
I highly recommend them as a pool builder and their retail store has a good selection of pool accessories at competitive prices.
I like the fact that they build one or two pools at a time, so while you have to wait your turn, when it is your turn, they come until they’re done. So, sign early and enjoy.

A few things that were upsetting.

-Unwilling to work with us based on our home location that is in the area they advertise they serve.

-Stated they had openings for next year but immediatly after asking our address said they would not consider working with us.

-Didn't view the property to see if it was something they could do.

The project we would be working on would be well over $100k. I found it hard to imagine this is something a company would walk away from with out diving a little more into the process. I am 100% confident they will do superb work, just disappointed with how it was handled and being told they only work in West Omaha when their website says Omaha and the surrounding areas. The owner did reach out to us about this review and that is why it is still at 5 STARS.

Mandy Warner rated it 5/5: About 3 years ago my husband and I decided we were ready to put in a pool. We ended up meeting with 6 different pool companies. At the end of the day we picked who we could see ourselves working well with, and that was Andrew with Relax Pools.
Hands down it was the best decision we made. Putting a pool in is high stress and frustrating no matter how smooth the process goes so we appreciated Andrew always being available, day or night, to answer questions.
His guys that work for him are great. My son (5 years old) and my dog can barely contain their excitement when they see someone with a Relax Pools truck pull up.
His prices were very fair and NEVER were we told one thing and then shocked by the bill that showed up. Everything was communicated up front which was much appreciated.
After the pool was done was probably when we really had the most questions. Andrew just called us the other day and walked us through something we couldn't figure out with a skimmer. I'm sure we ask ridiculous questions but we are trying to learn and Andrew is always willing to help.
Basically, from start to finish, Andrew has been the best. He's honest and hard working. Our pool is beautiful and everything we could of wanted and more. I would recommend him and his company 100x over.

Our son's wedding was July 2nd. Andrew came in a number of times to work around contractors to make certain his work was complete, not to mention, ensuring their work was not held up.

We inherited a number of serious issues with the pool when we bought the home. Andrew came in, provided his thoughts and followed through on every detail. His crew worked up until 8pm July 1st getting the pool clean and sparkling. Truly, we cannot say enough good things about Andrew and his company/team. Thank you Andrew!

They did a great job and kept in touch all the way. The workers were very friendly and answered all of our questions. When we felt we needed Shane, the owner, he always answered his phone and always has time to talk. The pool is great. They educated us on how to run it. We have great confidence in how to operate it. We have enjoyed the whole season and now they have come back to close it for the winter. The pricing we felt was reasonable. I recommend using Phoenix for your new pool.

We hired Phoenix Pools to build our in ground pool. Owner Shane Johnson was hands on throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Shane and his crew are timely, professional, and most importantly honest. The thing that most impresses me about Phoenix is that they stand behind their product. Any issues we have (which aren't many), are taken care of with no hassle.

We highly recommend the in-floor cleaning system. Our pool is virtually maintenance free!!

We recommended Phoenix to our friends and neighbors. A few have since built with Shane and his crew and I've heard only good things from them as well.

We buy all of our pool products from the Phoenix Pools store. They have a very knowledgeable staff and fair prices.

The pool itself is a great self cleaning pool and just wish it was represented by another company.
I agree With other reviews that the lack of service and customer Service is a huge negative and Shane is a good salesman but not always does what he says.
When people are dropping $50,000 plus you would think someone might follow up and ask how the pool was doing. I went Into the store to request someone come fix my liner that was pulling out of the track as the pool was less than 10 months old and told they were busy and behind but could be out in 3 weeks. Here we are 6-7 weeks later and no call no show so had someone else fix.
Get it all in writing and maybe even record the sales pitch and plan on using another company to open and close your pool.
My pool is approx 1 year old and have not heard a word or follow up from Phoenix since completion. Didn’t even call to see if we wanted to use them to open the pool.
Guess once they have your money it doesn’t matter.
We do enjoy our pool so good luck with your choices.

Betty Alspach rated it 1/5: So, I have tried and tried for nearly three years to get Phoenix pools to come out and fix the issues with our pool liner the basketball hoop.
*The pool liner continues to detach and slip down from the edges.

*My family and I haven't been able to enjoy the basketball hoop, because it doesn't fit into the holes that were poured.

Nearly a dozen calls were made, and still no help from the company. Extremely disappointed and would give -5 Stars, if I was allowed to.

work. Fence post were not secure can pull them out the ground with 2 fingers. over all poor quality of work by them and their subcontractors. They might do a good job on a back yard fish pond but anything bigger……… Good luck.

He is very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing. We are thrilled! Before hiring Olympic for major renovation work, we were provided with references. We had a serious problem caused by another contractor. Several contractors told us there was no fixing it, and that we would have to tear out the inground pool and replace it all.
However, James explained exactly what could be done and quoted it. All of his references said he is a genius, and that we would never regret hiring him and his crew. They were correct. Our story ended with a "happily ever after".
Thru it all, they have always been very professional. This was a few years ago and our pool is still Perfect!

We wanted a little kiddie area for my daughter and they exceeded our expectations. We also wanted a basketball hoop and slide that they also did great work with. Mary White rated it 1/5: Nice people however I could not get anyone to give me a price for a new hot tub. They came out to measure and never emailed pricing. We went to the store and picked out a hot tub, asked if someone could measure to make sure it fit. Someone came and measured but never got back to us. We purchased elsewhere.
