I drew my dream pool setup on graph paper with one of their models and they made it happen. They even recommended a quality contractor, Ryan H, to assist with my retaining walls. When I had questions after installation, they were still around to guide and assist with township permits etc. Same for when I needed servicing for winterization. Our only minor issue was with our concrete work. We were left with kind of a mess of concrete on our fence and existing paver patio. I was a November install, which is a tricky time of year, but I was lucky to be put on the 2021 schedule instead of being made to wait until the spring of 2022. My install was done while the pandemic was still at large, and this company had no noticeable issues with staffing, management or ability to complete the task at hand in any way. Our township has a fairly complicated process for getting permits and Sharene deftly handled all of it. That was an incredible relief. The pool was installed on the day that was promised. The install was one day. Mark, Mike, Mike and crew are a pleasure to work with and absolute experts and professionals. I can truly say that I did not encounter one person in connection with this project who was not genuinely nice, transparent, and obviously trustworthy. This company did the most beautiful and dramatic 30 foot concrete steps leading up to our pool so that it gave the feeling of being a huge elevated bathtub. That was a big endeavor and the quality of the work was amazing. They also planned with me and constructed the retaining wall with lighting. After I had the landscaping done by another company, the result is just breathtaking. We now have the backyard oasis of our dreams, and we are enjoying it every day and making precious family memories. This project was worth every minute and penny and I’m so grateful that none of the horror stories that you hear about pool companies came true for us. I am not getting any special favors for writing this review; I’m doing it completely because I want to thank this company. I can’t recommend this company more highly and would be willing to give more details if contacted through the company.

I purchased the Caesar's Palace pool/spa and requested a 1700 sq foot stamped concrete patio. I was hesitant to install such a large patio with a pool company, but Artistic Pool Corp did an absolute great job and I would highly recommend them for their stamped concrete work. It should be noted that they did not subcontract out the work, their team did it themselves. Their service tech Mike K. is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I mostly communicated with Mike Neri, who was straightforward and responsive. Throughout the entire process he had great communication. Even after receiving their final payment, I needed assistance and they were very responsive. It is clear their company takes pride in their work. Highly recommend

I have dealt with this company for over twenty years, and while no business is perfect, they have been very helpful though the years on diagnosing, providing services, and getting products needed. They certainly know the business and I prefer to deal with a reputable, legitimate business with longevity, which many others do not have. I can understand comments about customer service, they can be abrupt at times; but not most times— and I chalk those up to being busy and dealing with the public. With a little more care on my part, I have found them to be very helpful. Grateful for their service as someone who knows very little about maintaining a pool.

One word… PRISTINE… the name says it all. I have a large driveway and 3,000 square foot sided house that I have done myself as well as paid others multiple times and NEVER been 100% satisfied. There's always "spots that just won't come off" Billy Moe was extremely professional and friendly. His team did an AMAZING job. This is a top shelf outfit. They installed split ac/heat units in my apartment. The job quality was great, and the owner Mike is personally involved. They worked around my schedule and the price was very competitive.

They worked well with our house builder, getting the bulk of the pool construction done during the house construction They also brought in an equally great hardscape company to do the associated paver patio around the pool. They were very careful in the placement of the wall anchors in the tile. There was absolutely no issues with the tile cracking. The cover fits perfectly. The team also closed down our pool the same day. I would highly recommend Colony Pool Service!

We've spent the summer repeatedly calling colony to fix our heater and have spent hundreds of dollars each time they come out. Each time, it broke back down within days of colony "repairing" the unit. I finally wasted a Saturday fixing it myself. If they'd bothered using a wrench to open it up, they'd have seen the issue themselves.
Colony was known as a quality pool service and we had good experiences with them in the past, but since the change in ownership, they've been awful.

We've had some ups and downs (all pool services have issues in my experience), but they are responsive, particularly Pat, the manager. Some of their staff have been with Arrow for decades, which is remarkable. They've upgraded our equipment over the years, they open and close the pool and fully service it with weekly chem calls (all at reasonable prices), and the pool looks and feels amazing. Today, July 4, the pool looked a little cloudy, and I noticed our salt water chlorinator just stopped working. They responded to my email and came out to adjust the chemicals within 2 hours! They've also gone digital so keeping up with their weekly reports and making payments is super convenient.

Jerzy Giedzinski rated it 5/5: Glad to have the Arrow Pool Service summerized and winterized my pool. Wally is a treasure trove of knowledge. He and his coworker Rob showed up on time, were thorough and professional. They didn't spare effort to properly drain the water, blow all pipes, main drain, pump, heater, and returns while explaining every task. They plugged return lines, added chemicals, installed the cover. I feel the money was well spent and I'm confident my pool is well prepared for the winter.

Last year, service guy showed up for our scheduled pool opening and said "the pump is missing". We reminded him that we pay THEM every year for the pump to be maintained over the winter (~100). They return to their shop and inform us that our pump is inoperable. What the heck are we paying them for over the winter, to find that out in the middle of summer?

It was late in the season, so we decide to bag it. We were told pumps were hard to source due to supply chain issues – fine. However, we would like a refund for the winter service that clearly didn't happen, and for the pool opening we were charged for (~400). It took weeks to get a callback from the owner, after we called 5-6 times. He claimed that they left chemicals on our property, and that somehow we were on the hook for the opening, because his tech showed up.

Needless to say, we won't be using them in the future and recommend others do the same. Dishonest dealings.
Elizabeth Lennon rated it 1/5: We used Arrow Pool Service to close our pool for the winter. The person they sent was untrained and unprofessional. He did not know how to remove the grids from the filter to clean them (which is expressly written as being included in their Winterization package, and we have a VERY standard filter) and he was going to leave water in the bottom of the filter which could have caused damage to the grids if it had frozen. Arrow didn't send a replacement person out for over 10 days after that, and never notified us about when they planned to come (they just randomly showed up 10 days later) and so we ended up having to watch YouTube for instructions on how to do it ourselves in the meantime to avoid damage from freezing. Also the worker was smoking on our property and was rude to us. Overall the experience left us disappointed and with a bad taste in our mouth about the company.
