He listened to the particulars of the look I wanted to achieve, tempered my expectations accordingly (certain stains are lighter than others) but kept his word at my request for 2 coats. It. Looks. Fabulous. 😀 We get compliments all the time and I believe it will last at least 5 years, if not many more. Marcel was a true professional – preserving the pavement from errant stain spills and avoiding the hardware on the gates. (Photos show Before and After) I absolutely recommend Joe and his team if you want a quality fence/deck staining that'll protect your investment and look truly fabulous. *Note: Ready Seal Stain is THE BEST, but requires twice as many gallons as your average for pictured effect*

It was clear they knew how to do a quality job without damaging my deck ( fly by night operations and your brother in law do not) My technician did a terrific thorough job. When he cleaned the deck he decided it needed a day to dry. It had rained the day before. So my job took two days and the price quote did not change. Areas on my deck needed sanding not that I realized this but the technician did and he sanded areas down. The warranty is for two years. Figuring in two seasons for the price it was a huge bargain with expert care in workmanship. I highly recommend Grime Busters without hesitation.

M M rated it 1/5: I had my house washed by the company in April 2021. Everything looked good and the many trees around my house looked healthy. The company ensured me that the vegetation around my house would not be harmed and if an issue occurred they would be able to replace any damaged vegetation. I followed the company's instructions to water the landscaping near my home every other day for the next ten days. By early May I noticed that one of the trees in my backyard began to look discolored and sick. It seems the crew that cleaned my house likely forgot to neutralize the area where this tree sits. I called the company and they directed me to contact the dispatch email. They sent out a crew the next day to neutralize the area. Dispatch informed that they would be reaching out to check on the tree's progress. After several weeks, of trying to contact them to identify next steps, as my tree was dead, agreed to replace the tree in summer 2022—something about “Sometimes tree rebound in the next year, so let’s give it some time.” A year later and summer is almost over and they have not replaced the tree. No response after several emails, calls and text messages. Very disappointed in the company. I would not use them in the future or recommend anyone to use them if you value your landscaping.

His price was consistent with the other estimate I got. Downtime for the plant is a major issue and Rob was able to work with me to minimize disruption. Mauricio did a fantastic job at keeping it clean and paint free. A perfect job! Josh did our roof and it looks brand new. Trust me, they are a really, really great company.

More than 40 years of dirt and crud had accumulated, and they went the extra mile to leave them all looking like new. Our house, walkway, patio never looked so good. They are the only company I would use going forward and have already recommended them to a number of friends and also to a realtor who also will be referring her clients now. They are local company that is licensed and insured and his formal estimate he send explains everything and includes all this documentation. Do not hesitate to hire them!
