I checked their website testimonials and was impressed. I called and I got Dylan. We set up an appointment to which he was very prompt. We measured out the rooms and Dylan provided an estimate on the spot that was later confirmed by written estimate listing all the services to be performed. There was no need to get more estimates

City Steam Clean employees are trained through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Dylan knows his business and he is super helpful in providing information and tips; on what to do and when and how to do it to get the most wear out of your carpet.
Dylan and Bryce worked diligently two days cleaning our Sanctuary, Pew Upholstery, classrooms, Multipurpose gym, and the connecting hall. As soon as it stopped raining and it dried up, there was no time delay on Terrin returning to finish the job. He and his partner showed up to finish my fence. The color he recommended was just perfect. He was quick and efficient and well worth the cost of the job. I will be using him in all future jobs. Him being a veteran is a plus.

We got lucky and found Thomas Brothers Mobile Wash because they came out to our place and did an excellent job helping us power wash our house. We painted our house shortly there after.
We've had them come out one other time to power wash our drive way as well. The Thomas Brothers Mobile Wash team does what their slogan says and they deliver clean results. Highly recommend this company!
