We did the works….house, driveway, and roof. Our home had caked dust from all the leaf blowing cleanup, moss growth, and rust stains from our water. We have a light yellow home and it looks just stunning after the treatment. A perfect facade! They were so detailed oriented and every corner, window treatment, truss, and section of pavement looks just like new. We will be using them again 100%

They were transparent about the possibility of only being able to get 75% off depending on the severity of the staining, but they over-delivered and got 100%! The office manager, Danisha, was so positive and friendly on the phone… just loved her! And Brandon was the technician who came to do the work. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Even walked around with me after the job to make sure I was happy. He did such an excellent job! I had my two car (dirty/black) driveway beautifully cleaned too, but I don’t have pics. I did however take photos of my sidewalk & back patio (see before & after pics). Wow… What a difference! Thank you!!

Our house had significant Oxidation and I really appreciated the fact that when I inquired about service, they did not quote me until they could see what condition my home was in for a more accurate quote of service. Right then, I knew I found a good company. He came out, examined my home and we came up with a game plan. He was honest in his assessment, but assured me we would test it out in a small inconspicuous area of the home first to see if it was worth doing the entire home. On the day of service, when we were able to determine that it was good to do the oxification washing, it turned out AMAZING! Our home had all sorts of lines from the previous owners hiring (or doing their own) poor power washing job and Brandon got rid of them and made our house look 10x better! On top of it all, the offer a great military/first responder discount and are very easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Highly recommend them! Thank you again, Libbey's!

Overall, the guys did a great job, except our windows were left w a soapy residue. I reached out, they were responsive, and easy to work with. They came by a few days later and rinsed the windows. Great customer service! We found one thing curious though…our place is three floors and the guys had ladders on the truck but no one used the ladders. Our second level deck area and railing wasn't washed but maybe I misunderstood the scope of work. Overall, happy w the service.

EcoWash came quickly for the appraisal and checked several times to make sure the appointment time was OK. The appraiser was very careful and thorough with his estimate, explained all the aspects of the work and my options, and answered my questions fully. This was a much better experience than I had with an appraiser from a different company. EcoWash called again several times tpo make sure the date for the work was OK. There was an equipment failure at the beginning of the day and they respected my request just to come back another day, which they did. Two people spent about 10 hours doing hard labor in the summer heat. They told me what they were doing along the way and asked me my preference about how I wanted a few things done. They worked just as hard at the end of the day as they did at the beginning. Before leaving, they explained what about timing for mold and algae to die and what to look for to make sure it was all dead. The rook and house looed so much better when they were done. They took care to protect my plants, with minimal damage. I will have them come back in about 2 years when it needs it again.

I did not hear the knock.He left without a phone call or a note in the door. I got no follow up call from this company until I called them today and this happened on a Friday. I think the service I was unprofessional. I do not know if I will be using them again. I have used them in the past but the service this time was bad.

They took extra care to re-use one shutter that was broken, which I had repaired years ago. It was somewhat fragile and they were extremely sensitive to handle it with extra care. The crew of three, Sam and Chris, were led by Gabe. All were most professional and careful. Gabe explained every aspect of the job and took seriously my several concerns. I dealt via email and phone with McKown’s office, particularly with Ms. Heather. She was a delight to correspond with. She took extra effort to send me photos of the shutters in various phases of the restoration process, a step I don’t think many other contractors would have taken. . . This is my 4th contract with McKown; I have had power washing of my exterior, and two interior painting jobs, and always they communicate accurately, are on time, and they are very polite when dealing with me, the customer. Matt used soft washing to clean in order to protect the mortar. The foundation of the brick patio has bushes and flowers all around it, I was worried about those being damaged by chemicals but they use eco friendly chemicals and all of my plants are fine.
They were also able to get the terrible lines out of the concrete that I created pressure washing my walkway myself last year. The cement looks good as new and my brick looks well restored!
