When we first moved in, I knew I wouldn’t have the tools to give our windows the deep clean they needed but they made our windows look incredible! One of the best things about our home is how many windows it has, but it made me sad to look out because of how dirty they were. Now I can’t stop looking at how clean and shiny they are! The two employees who cleaned our window were very nice, professional and communicated with us throughout the entire service. They were also extremely kind and considerate of our pets while they were here. We had received a quote from another company, which we felt was excessive and covered areas of our roof which were not even in the vicinity of any trees. Window Genie was extremely reasonable, professional and exceedingly responsive. They came out the same day I called to clean the gutters and returned two days later to install the gutter guards. I was very impressed by Yair, the representative and installer, who was very knowledgeable and professional. I reached out to Donny inquiring about some equipment he had for sale. I can tell you from my interaction with Donny and Rebecca, and by the professional level of equipment and knowledge they have, that they are good, honest people who know what they’re doing, and will do right by you. Donny went above and beyond to make sure the equipment he was selling me would be functioning at its optimal capacity. Scott Gammon rated it 5/5: We had Troy's Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing out to do our house today, and I can't recommend him enough. We had the house built 16 years ago, and beyond an occasional hosing with the garden hose, the house had never been cleaned. The side walls had green mold, the basement patio had mold on the retaining stones, and the gutters were almost black in certain areas.
Troy arrived on-time as scheduled, and was very attentive to where he parked his truck & trailer, as to not block our mailbox, or neighboring driveways. Within 10 minutes of arrival he was already watering our landscaping to prevent any potential damage and started pre-treating the problem areas of the house. After the initial cleaning I noticed he walked the entire perimeter of the house, looking for any areas that may not have been completely cleaned, which he eliminated by spot cleaning those areas.

The complete exterior cleaning (excluding the driveway) took him less than 2.5 hours and the house hasn't looked this good since the day we moved in. His prices are very inline with the other services I checked, but Troy had follow-up with the quote and he showed when he said he would. I wish all my contractor experiences were this good and we'll definitely use his service again.

We will definitely use Troy again for any additional needs we may have in the future. I would highly recommend Troy for any pressure washing or outside cleaning needs you may have!

They also cleaned our gutters, siding, brick, soffits, sidewalks, and deck, all within just over half a day. We had been contemplating getting the house painted, but now it looks spotless, like it's freshly painted. There was a minor problem I noticed just as they were about to leave, but Troy came right back and fixed it. Excellent customer service and superb work!
