Ronald Freeman rated it 2/5: Jet splash does a terrible job of prepping your vehicle for wash I have to ask them everytime I go through to please prep my wheel well openings to get all the salt moderate snow or ice or light dirt out or they just skim over your car all it takes is to bend over a little and run the wand semi circle around the openings to wash the openings out ,I have had my membership for many years and have seen a steady decline in good service ,my wife just got jet splash a month ago and said wow all they do is skim the front back and sides and do nothing to the wheel openings that is where all the salt snow ice and dirt collects ,I called jet splash the gal that talked to me said if it’s busy they cannot take the time to prep wheel openings well it wasent busy when I went through and they never do it unless you roll your window down and ask them to do it which I shouldn’t have to do,look at employee reviews what does that tell you you will get bad service ,I am looking for another car wash That cares about customer satisfaction than how many car washes they sell and treats there employees well.

Our house is a two story with a roof line to gutters at two stories and two sides at three stories. They were capable to reach to the top of the three story peak. We have a white house and we did not realize how off white it was with years of exposure to the weather and elements. It is a clean and pure white house now. The professional brothers were very good at what they do. They were careful with
the green foliage and flowers beds the edged the house. Took their time but at the same time moved right along. Cleanup was super; no mess!

I went to the stall next to me and swiped my card to make sure it worked and it did. I immediately turned it off and went back to my car. As I was changing stalls a car pulled into the one I just checked so I had to use a different stall. I turned the nozzle to stop so I should not have been charged. But looks like the person who pulled into the stall got a free car wash. It’s upsetting that even though I switched it to stop, my card was still able to be used on some else. And since there is no phone number on here to call and talk to someone I’m leaving this review. And i guess I’ll just have to say it’s fraud to my card company. Im not gonna pay $15 for someone else’s car wash on top of my own car wash.

Have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience. Left a message off hours to Clarity and Shane called me back the next day. He came out to our house and gave us an estimate using his phone, providing myself with varying options of cleaning levels (depending on the amount of cleaning necessary) and also discounts for signing up to do repeated cleanings. He did not push for the highest service, actually suggested the mid level for what he thought was necessary (some spotting from rain and hard water). We setup a time about a week out.

I received a couple of emails from them as the day approached just confirming my appointment. We had to reschedule once since it was

Service master was hired by the university I attend to come in and move the things out of my room into the living room because of a burst pipe flood. Moving the items they did not break anything but they did ruin my items. For some reason they moved all of my clothes in trash bags. This would not of been a problem, but they duct taped them shut. So, for around two weeks my soaking wet clothes, towels, sheets and even shoes sat in an air tight trash bag. When i got there and cut open the trash bags the smell stained my new room for a week and I soon came to realize all of those items were ruined. I tried washing them multiple times but with mold stains and a consistent smell they are worthless. I have never wrote a review but this just makes so sense as to why service "masters" would think that doing that was a good idea.

1. We found a spot that could use some additional metal near the ground, since we are using this fence to keep our dog in. I have been asking since installation (July 19th, 2022) for someone to come out and fix this spot, and have yet to have anyone come. I have received four text messages setting dates to fix our "hole" each day ended up being canceled.

2. The workers did leave a small mess in our driveway (some concrete that dried and dirt piles) and some fence wires in the backyard. So we had to get that cleaned up before our dog could actually run around so he didn't get hurt or ingest something that was left behind.

Otherwise we are pretty happy with our fence and our pup is enjoying his new found freedom of backyard.

Update on August 4th, 2022. Gonzalez Transformations came by today and fixed the fence where it needed more reinforcement. All looks good now. I added 1 star for them coming and fixing the fence. I do still recommend them to anyone who needs a fence. I even recommended them to a co-worker today.
