She told me the rate to clear a simple kitchen sink drain starts at $625 and can run up to $900!! Ridiculous! I asked why they don’t tell the caller that at outset-her reply is they quote when the tech comes out-depending on need, then one can reject the service while the tech is there. If she could tell me that in our conversation, they could tell a potential customer that when they 1st call to inquire about service. The upside is they come at no charge. Had I known at 1st call the range of prices, instead of waiting them to come, I would have been calling someone else So, beware-if you call them, have a backup plan with someone else just in case.

Very kind and engaging technicians that explain my issue to me and what needs fixing. The ONLY grip I have is they are so darn expensive even for small jobs. If you use them expect to pay $$$. Due to this, I sometimes call other companies that take a bit longer to resolve and respond but at least I keep some change in my pocket. If not for their pricey fees Roto Rooter would receive 5 stars from me.

He charged me $625 for a simple kitchen sink drain clog removal. After I brought up whether there were coupons available, he reduced the price to $525. I had removed all of the under sink articles and p-trap from the garbage disposal before he arrived. All he had to do was bring in his machine and run the cable down the drain for about 15 minutes and reattach the p-trap. The rest of the time was spent explaining contract terms and running my credit card. I have no problem with the service or the results, just the price. I would think somewhere between $300 and $400 would be more in line with the work done.

Rogan Grant rated it 1/5: Oh boy…where to even begin? My roommate/tenant clogged the kitchen sink while I was away at conference without phone access. In the mean time they robbed us blind. The clog was a straightforward food clog. On day 1, a technician came in and destroyed my pipes. Horrendous leaking, completely beyond repair. Cost for this disaster: $500. My tenant then called again to have the damage repaired, at which point I joined by video call. The new technician explained that the last service had indeed been faulty, and that he had to replace all of the pipes: "you can probably get your money back." I have never had issues with these pipes, which were just two years old. He did this without first asking permission, and replaced an excellent set of steel pipes with the cheapest PVC job I have ever seen (see photo). Cost for cleaning up their own mess: another $500. No refund as of yet. I will be filing a complaint with the city and disputing any charges moving forward. Avoid these swindlers at absolutely any cost.

The first time was earlier this year after both the sump and ejection pumps failed, filling the basement with several inches of water. The company is located in town. They responded quickly, assessed the problem and fixed the basement water problem over the course of several days. They dug a new sump pit, installed a new pump with battery backup and alarm. Then they patched all visible cracks in the 70 plus year cement foundation and installed a new drainage system around the house. Finally, they put up a waterproof membrane around the entire basement. They were incredibly communicative and responsive to all questions and explained their recommendations and work in an easy to understand manner.
When I discovered one of the upstairs toilets leaking, I did not hesitate to call Blanton.

Jake arrived within an hour of my call. He’s an excellent communicator and explained what was happening and how he was going to fix it. He had all the necessary parts with him so there was no delay or downtime. Jake worked quickly and left no mess behind him. While Jake was checking the basement to see if the toilet leak caused any damage in the basement, he inspected our aged water heater and gave an estimate for a replacement when it dies. I really appreciate that he voluntarily looked for any additional plumbing problems and provided a heads up for me.

I highly recommend J Blanton and will not hesitate to call them in the future when a plumbing problem arises.

I called this morning on my way to work not really sure if I had a bathroom sink issue(the pressure was very low and working sporadically) or an underground leak. I was able to get an appointment the SAME DAY.

My plumber, Mike, called me to let me know he was on his way and also to get a more detailed synopsis of the situation. He was so professional and courteous. He let me know he'd call me after he checked everything out.

As promised, he called to let me know what was going on and actually FIXED the problem with a minor adjustment free of charge. He let me know how he knew there wasn't an underground water leak and notified me of the slower draining pipe now that the faucet was fixed. He didn't pressure me to do anything but recommended rodding out the pipe so it wouldn't be an issue. He let me know of coupons that were available and left the house in as good of a condition as he came in. I will 1,000,000% be using this company for all of my plumbing issues in the future and recommended them to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance.

After the last one it was time to explore a permanent solution. After reaching out to a lot of plumbing services and receiving a ton of quotes, Suburban Plumbing and Drain Cleaning continued to respond quickly and with great pricing, done deal!

They completed the work in a timely, effective manner. They were also very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. These guys went above and beyond before the storm that is supposed to take place this week to ensure the work would be completed. We are very thankful. Definitely recommend suburban plumbing.

They answered right away and told me they could be at my house in 15 minutes! Amazing. Kevin came by, took a look at our pumps a d found out the float had gotten stuck. He quickly bypassed the float, got the pumps to drain and gave everything a quick once over. After confirming everything was fine, he let me know there wasn’t really anything to do and gave me some pointers on how to fix it if it happened again.

All in all it took 10 minutes, everyone was so friendly and kind and I learned how to fix the issue if it happened again. Will definitely be calling if I need services in the future and recommend this honest and local company to anyone who needs plumbing services or repair!

The company was quick to send him back after I wanted him to check on the fix the next day, no charges. He made recommendations on things I could change but didn’t push for any “fixes”. Very satisfied overall with the work and with the company.

They never try to "pad" their work, if they say it needs fixed or replaced you can 100% believe that is what is needed to be done. They always clean up when they are finished.

Julianne Dailey rated it 3/5: We hired Right Away to relocate some plumbing in our kitchen. Tony came out to give us a quote and was very polite and professional. Told us it would be a 4-6 hr job in one day. We scheduled and put our puppy in daycare for the day so she would not hear the noise. Jorge came out almost 2 hrs after we were told he would arrive. Jorge was also polite and professional and his work seems to be great but he left after 1.5 hrs and said he had to return the next day. Very frustrating when we were told it was a one day project and had made arrangements. The work the next day was not done until late afternoon, our dog was frantic and our jobs were disturbed. We had no idea when the next day Jorge would arrive. Again, the work seems to be great and Jorge was wonderful, however then the pilot light to our water heater burnt out when he turned the water back on, not only were we left without hot water for 4 days, they were going to charge us $200 to replace the pilot light after the extra time they took to do the work and the cause of the light being burnt out being unknown. I’d take a long pause and lots of research before hiring them again.

His suggestions and patience to answer questions and run me through his work was very much appreciated. His communication throughout was superb. Great workmanship, professional, friendly, and reasonable. Also it was appreciated that they wore masks the whole time while working inside. They're my guys from this point forward.

Adrian Bahena rated it 5/5: Highly recommend All Rooter Hydro Jetting. They were the last plumbing contractor (out of 4) to come out and take a look at my issue. Issue discovered last year being that next door neighbor has an illegal tap (rain and waste line) from his house into my private waste line. This was done when his house was built 20 years ago. What touched me the most is that Bert was more concerned in helping me eliminate the problem rather than focusing on the cost to fix the problem. Nevertheless, his price beat the others (one whom had done partial work and I was not happy with quality and handling of work). Bert kept his word on pricing in a 7 month long wait due to having to get the water department and city inspectors involved in this uncovered issue since the neighbor refused to move out his line and it is illegal for anyone to remove an illegal tap without the owner’s approval. After several months of meetings with the city, real estate agents, and lawyers, Bert kept in touch with me an offered honest advice throughout. This was a challenging situation as, unfortunately, it turned out that the only way to remove the neighbors tap was through court order which is a long process and requires having the resources available for it. Decision now was to go through the court process or try to work it out with neighbor again and come into a peaceful agreement. Turned out to be a conversation with neighbor, in which Bert was present to back me up, and unfortunately no agreement was able to be reached. Consequently, I had to look for another alternative. By this time it has been a year since the illegal tap had been discovered and the exterior of my house remained in a torn-apart condition. I’ve already spent over $20K trying to find this problem so I didn’t want to spend more and felt like abandoning the issue. In discussing with Bert what to do, we got into a smart solution that involved bypassing the incoming neighbor’s waste line joint (where tap occurs); thus avoiding his waste and rain water backing up to my basement. Despite this involving a different plan from the original discussed 7 months ago. Bert kept his price and still was more concerned with helping me out. I appreciate that Bert was opened to my concerns and ideas and implemented those to be code complaint. He never made me feel like he was the expert but rather was considerate with my preferences and wishes. Here I am writing this review a month later after case closed and we just had heavy rain in the last two days and no single drop has made it to my basement. All Rooter Hydro Jetting did a phenomenal job with quality of work, and equally important, customer happiness.

SO glad our search finally got us to Bert! He was easy to communicate with, professional, thorough, and most of all, super friendly and easy to talk to. He armed us with knowledge (and a product!) to prevent our sewer line from getting severely clogged with roots again and even pointed out that our upstairs toilet was leaking, which we had no idea was happening. 10/10, will be calling him for all our sewer maintenance moving forward.
