Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. Joseph Skidmore rated it 5/5: Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.

When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.
Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.
Richard Burke rated it 1/5: This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.
When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.

Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%

I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.

I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

I was very impressed with the care they took to tear up as little as possible of our front yard. Afterwards they put our grass back in place and packed it down!

The crew knew exactly what they were doing and got us fixed with minimal damage to our yard.

Brent Weekley was able to help me with a water line issue outside, he explained what he was doing as he did and the pricing was reasonable and they were upfront about it before doing the work. Jordan McFall rated it 3/5: The professionalism and work performed was great. In addition, when choosing a large company like you all, I recognize that I might pay a little more for service. However, after assessing costs, to be charged over $600 more for the installation of a water heater than a friend paid for the exact same water heater two weeks prior is price gouging in my opinion and way overpriced. I feel like that is taking advantage of a customer who needs something replaced in a timely manner. Again, service and install was good. but the labor cost for two hours worth of work was way more than it should have been.

My husband and I have had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the issue when we had a minor leak, only for them to push the issue off on gouting and a cracked tub.. as the issues got worse we decided to try someone else instead of always calling our warranty. my mom suggested Roto rooter and they have done more work and put in more effort to fix the issue than the other two did combined.

I'm greatful for them and their determination to fix the issue enough to stay late. Thank you so much! You guys have saved me from so much stress and headaches, it's great to be able to use our water again!

From now on, Roto rooter is the only plumber we will go to when issues arise.

(which I had not had cleared since they put in my seamless line almost 20 years ago….yea, it was time for a cleaning!) A really nice young man (I THINK his name was James) showed up and within an hour had me all set! Prompt, friendly, quick, accurate, what more can I say? Knowing I have folks like these to handle my issues gives me great peace of mind. VERY happy customer.
Vicki A rated it 1/5: UPDATE: While Shane explained to me that the clog was deep in the pipe, was not food, and not due to my negligence, the property manager produced a bill on which Roto Rooter stated the problem was a food clog. I was charged for the bill and Roto Rooter would not discuss it with me (as I am only a renter) or have Shane review the stated cause. Either this was an inadvertent mistake or a way to keep the property managers business. Next time I would video the fix to have some proof of the actual problem. Once Shane left I had no recourse.

Trey was absolutely amazing, kept telling me over and over not to worry, he had it under control. Trey quickly became part of our Courtyard Family. I felt so grateful to have Trey put his own family life on hold and move into our hotel to ensure our sewer pit didn't overflow and flood the hotel. Himself, Israel, and Larry made sure we were taken care of at all times. They definitely made me feel at ease knowing that they truly cared and paid so much attention to our hotel. When the sewer pumps came in, Trey was excited to be able to go home to his family, only to find out that the pumps were incorrect, with no hesitation Trey said, don't worry Caitlin, I got you!!! They pumped for an additional 5 days!!!! Staff was friendly and respectful. I can't say how truly grateful we are to Mosley Septic. When our sewer pumps failed, it was Mosley Septic that came to our rescue when the plumbing company couldn't keep up with the plumbing as well as Mosley could.

Mark Nutter rated it 5/5: Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.

Thor Balavage rated it 5/5: Jason and his son Brandon had come out to my house. Worked on cleaning out many roots and some other blockages in main line. These two were consistent and very good at explaining the process of why need to do yearly, etc. fast forward to the next night. Started having issues. I called at 1030 pm to leave a message and I started getting a call from Miller Drain and Sewer. I answered they trouble shooting over the phone and decided to come out and take a look. After spending 45 minutes out the very next night. They identified the issue and addressed it. 5/5. Great dudes. Family company. Shoot you straight and do a bang up job. No complaints would recommend to anyone! This Small family business is the way to go!

His wife said he had a hurt achilles and we'd have to uncover the opening, which we didn't feel was our job, but the company's. When the guy got there, the first thing he said was he had a hurt back and why hadn't my husband uncovered the opening. Then the guy asked my husband to move our truck so he could back in. When the guy got in his truck, he drove off. No "I'm not able to uncover that opening," "I'm not working with you," NOTHING! Just drove off. Doesn't seem like a reputable business to me.

Unfortunately for us:( we couldn’t remember the name of the company & lost the card they gave us.😭 We ended up calling Drain pro…(don’t ever use drainpro, we had to call them again in Dec 2018 & it was a nightmare)
Thankfully for us we found Tom’s number, after calling every number in the phone book 😂
Trust me! Call Tom’s sewer service if you want it done correctly, professionally, long term & a very reasonable price (believe me I got quotes from all)

I have an older house with an old sewage system that backed up. When I called, they came quickly, fixed the issue and finished within a couple hours. We could not be more happy with this company and will recommend it to anyone who has sewage issues.
