They explained exactly what they were going to do and how everything was going to work in place of the repairs of in the shower and we’re extremely helpful in showing pictures on exactly what it started from beginning to end. Jim Was Our Sales Representative And He Was No Nonsense, Told Us Everything We Needed To Know. Curtis Stopped By Yesterday, To Make Sure We Were Getting Everything We Needed. This Morning, Andrew And Daniel Showed Up Right At 830am And Got To Work. Jesus Was Our Electrician And They All Did A Phenomenal Job!! I'm Sad I Couldn't Mention The Other Helpers By Name, But I Think They All Deserve Some Recognition As Well! We Bought Our House Last Year And Our Furnace And Evaporative Cooler Were Both 20+ Years Old. Yikes! As Of This Moment, I'm Extremely Satisfied With Wagner!

cc l rated it 4/5: This is a two-part review – The work requested was to raise the surface venting higher to prevent snow from getting blown in the utility closet (HVAC and water heater) and fix the leak in the HVAC exhaust that was inaccessible because of the cramped initial Wagner installation. The vents were fixed and the HVAC exhaust leak fixed and the unit lowered for proper access. Wagner gets 4 stars because:
(1) Wagner Technicians (all) ***** 5 stars – Mike Vargas, Isaac Carbajal, and all the Wagner technicians that recently (April 2022) that worked on the HVAC to fix the Wagner installed unit (2018) were professional, conscientious, and technically proficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The service desk and office staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful.
(2) Wagner Department Managers ** 2 stars – Coordinating the work with the various Wagner department managers (service and installation?) to coordinate, schedule, and complete the work was difficult. I kept track of each interaction I had with Wagner. It took 23 phone calls and house visits that occurred over one month to get the work done! Highlight was calling to confirm the final repair appointment (it was a multistep fix) and finding out the appointment had been cancelled. I had not been informed of the cancellation and the service desk had to help me reschedule the original appointment.

The work is finally completed, and the installation appears correct (time will tell) but it should not be this hard to get the work done.

I am contemplating installing a new tankless water system, replacing the 50gallon water heater, to allow installation of a water softener in a cramped utility closet. It is not a plug and play installation (how do you route the water softener waste line?). At this point I do not have confidence in Wagner management to complete this multistep installation.

I was left with backed up kitchen sink, which I couldnt use and a sewer line that apparently could not be cleared and now needs to be replaced.On top of that, one of the workers would not wear a mask inside my home, even though I asked them too. The company did reach out directly to me and apologize, promise to do better and refund the cost. Hope they keep their word and improve service in the community.

My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.

In the end the bids were fair and very much in line with other companies in the area. I will say what finally sold me was the pay upon completion, no money up front, and the long warranty offered on the work and equipment. He coordinated an excellent crew and worked with my timeline.
Carlos and Jose headed a very capable, friendly group of professionals. They were friendly , respectful and I knew immediately I could trust them to do a great job and keep my best interests at heart.

Sam came on the date promised, and did a wonderful job of installing a nice screen door. He was professional and a delight to work with, just like all other TLC employees we’ve experienced. Home repairs; just one more good thing about TLC!

Alberto and Jose were able to professionally troubleshoot and identify why my outlet was not working. They showed me what happened and properly explained what they did to get the electricity back up and running. I appreciate the professional job and prompt service. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend. As you can see in the photos one outlet tripped and one was melted. Thankfully nothing worse happened and Alberto and Jose saved the day!

I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It's very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼

We've had this horrible company for 4 years now and they have been out to "repair" our equipment over 20 times NOT exaggerating. We've met over 10 employees including Managers, who knows how many Techs, Vice Presidents, and MULTIPLE phone staff. They tried replacing the unit and the same issues continue due to either poor training or complete carelessness and laziness. After all the attempts of trying to fix the issue our paneling in completely cracked from them taking it on and off…. If that's how you leave a job that tells enough about your work. After all the attempts of them TRYING to fix it, now they say I'm not authorized to call and get someone out here after calling over 20 times in the past and am clearly on the account. We have yet to recommend them to anyone and we absolutely will not! I will also be sure to let everyone who asks, the experience we've had with this horrible "big" name of a company. Also one to NEVER leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this! Do research and go somewhere else where they are trained correctly to do the job right! This will stay here till they resolve their continuous issue.

I was told that the tech that came out would call in advance. Sure enough, Monday morning first thing I got a call and the tech was there promptly. He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not – and that I appreciated.

After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done.

I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

Both Robert G. and Alan H. were over the top kind and patiently provided detailed explanations, and answered any questions I asked. They numerously went up and above in their service. He did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater for me, and he was working alone. He is a very conscientious, kind, and caring employee. He answered any questions I had so that I could understand the install process. His work is excellent, very neat, clean, and organized. When I called for service because I didn’t have heat, Derick was at my house in one hour six days later German and Henry were installing a new furnace! There was no pressure to purchase new furnace at all. They were ready to repair and gave me a rate. Since the old furnace was 20 years old, my children encouraged me replace it. I needed to get quote on swamp cooler, Nick came to my house in an hour. Wrote an itemized list of what needed to bring cooler into code and replacement costs. All four of these gentlemen were professional, timely and took time to explain costs, equipment and warranties. If I was a business owner, I would be proud to have them be a represent my Company!

Roto-rooters not only answered and got there to provide an estimate but David and Elijah were able to start work finding the connection point to the house right away. Both of them were phenomenal and worked tirelessly to get us water by mid-afternoon Wednesday and left the yard better than it was when they originally showed up. David was great at answering all of my questions about the process and durability as well.

And at 10am, our tech, Cory was here. After asking some questions of my husband, he then gave him several options, and once a decision was made, he went right to work to fix our problem. He cleaned up his work area, wrote up our invoice, explained the warranty to us in a reasonable time frame. We sure appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and politeness of Cory. We have used y'all before and will definitely continue to for future needs. Word of mouth referrals are the BEST and we will gladly mention your company and staff when the opportunity presents itself. And to the young lady on the phone, thank you, I appreciated your honesty with the time frame, considering our current workforce issues. Have a blessed day

Just like the first time when Brad and Jake did the gas lines for me, Kyle and David were a great team. I was bummed at first, but man… first rate plumbing sure did deliver first rate service. Andrea got her team out stat to assess the situation. She communicated constantly via phone and text and kept me abreast of everything. The guys who came out worked for 3 days straight 8am to 5pm and got a 5 day project done in 3. I can’t say enough good things about this dedicated team. Fair pricing and excellent communication and workmanship. Would absolutely use again for future plumbing needs.

Contacted Rocketman Plumbing 6/7/22 in need of an appointment to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Ms. "Di" was able to schedule an appointment for me only two days later!

On the day of the appointment, Service Technician "Carlos" called me by phone to let me know he was able to arrive earlier than expected. "Heck yeah!! Let's get it done"!

Mr. "Carlos" was skilled, professional, courteous and efficient! He wasted no time installing the kitchen faucet, explained Operating Procedures for my new Koehler hands-free kitchen faucet, left the work area clean and, even, completed the work in just under an hour! OUTSTANDING!

I really appreciated getting an up-front estimate of the cost of the project from Ms. "Di" before I agreed to have the work done. I'd called around Albuquerque (before contacting Rocketman Plumbing) and SOME plumbing services would not give a quote until the plumber was able to see how extensive the job would be. Even then, if I decided the on-site estimate was too much to pay and didn't want the work done, there would STILL be a fee required for the technician to just 'show up'. Bummer!…

So glad that I stumbled on to Rocketman Plumbing Services online! I couldn't ask for a better end result and will continue to patronize Rocketman Plumbing for future needs!

The..ONLY…glitch I experienced was that my Receipt of Payment was emailed to the WRONG email address. Because only one single alphanumeric character was mistakenly omitted from my email address by Rocketman Staff, that Electronic Receipt (most likely) went to another (unknown) email recipient that may exist. Now, because my name, address and other information concerning my credit card was sent to the WRONG person, I'll need to cancel my credit card and have another issued. Hopefully, this won't become 'messy'…

They were able to fix our shallow water pump (nobody else was able to figure it out before – or even show up), installed filters, cleared our septic line, and replaced all the toilets in our home. Everything was done at a reasonable price. They even followed up after each job to make sure all was still good. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for any plumbing needs.

They kept their word and came out to my place when they said they would. On top of that Reyes and Ish were very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if I require plumbing repair again.

His work ethic was awesome he made sure to get the job done and came up with solutions for the problems. It is nice to see a person work with urgency, I did not see him stand around at all and when he had to go to his truck to get something else he was running as a business owner myself I know that is an important quality, it shows they care about the customers time! JD Dame rated it 1/5: Had a tech come look at my furnace and they told me my control panel was bad. Long story short they wanted to charge me $600 for a new control board. I hired another plumber who properly diagnose the problem and fixed it for $100. This company is constantly texting and bugging about your upcoming appointment (very annoying in my opinion) I must have received 8 messages about my 2 appointments I had scheduled. If they put as much effort into diagnosing issues correctly as they did into texting their customers they would be a A+ business.. Lastly they had a hard time recording my email correctly even after I told the tech that it was wrong..

During the high Temps this summer our ac gave out and Bosque was the only provider to squeeze us in. Carlos explained the whole process and completed the job installed a new unit they did outstanding job and cleaned up and the service was above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend them we will definitely use their services again.

The first week in October we tried to light our 38 year old furnace, which by the way has worked flawlessly for the 38 years since installation. The furnace wouldn’t light and we spotted a possible problem with the electrical cord and socket. We called a Plumbing & Heating company that we have dealt with a few times in the past with good service. They set us up with an appointment 3 weeks out. We decided to wait for them rather than call someone else. On the appointment day, the service tech came in and saw the cord and socket, declared he would have to call someone else to fix it to bring it up to city code. He went outside for the call and came back in as the expert, declaring it would be very difficult if not impossible to fix. He found what he said was another problem with a pipe vent, even though he couldn’t/wouldn’t answer our question as to why it couldn’t be fix. He said the furnace needed to be replaced, said an estimator would be calling and left. The estimator never called. We called a couple more companies, left messages, no return calls. A neighbor suggested Bosque P&H. We called and they set an appointment for us within a few days. Morrison came out that day and explained everything to us. That the cord and socket indeed could be changed and the vent pipe could be replaced. He explained that even with these corrections, the furnace might have a carbon monoxide issue and he would then have to condemn it. We agreed to let him try. And try he did. The furnace still wouldn’t light. He gave a quote for a new one. We didn’t have to wait for someone else to come out and check the situation and then give us a quote. We felt the price was reasonable and agreed. Installation would be the next day. Techs Issac and Nick arrived the next day. Removed the old, bulky, heavy furnace and replaced with a new, smaller and more efficient unit. They worked many hours in a tight space and got everything up and running. They answered questions, showed us the operation of the unit. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the trash. We appreciate the time they took explaining things and the efficient way they completed the job. Bosque Plumbing and Heating is now our go to company!

They were courteous, professional, explained in detail what they were doing, and worked diligently. They did notice my water heater will need replacement and explained the reason why. I will definitely use this company again in the near future. They honor our veterans as they gave us a military discount. No other company offered this.
