He spent all day with us until the job was confirmed done, bringing in other great members of the team for their expertise. On top of that, he was simply a nice person to have around.
  • Adama Tarawally rated it 5/5: By far the best experience with any home repair company. They were pleasant from the phone call to the plumber that came out. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emmanuel. He was very friendly and respectful from the minute he arrived. You could tell he clearly knew what he was doing and more than anything we appreciate he said as honest about the problem. We’ve had people tell us we need to break everything so they could make more, but he was able to fix our leaking faucet with ease. Thank you Emmanuel and Roto-Rooter for a job well done. He deserves a raise 🙂 best experience with a company ever. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable company you can trust I would not look any further.

Atlantis Plumbing is a plumbing company located in Atlanta, GA. The company has been in business for over 20 years, and has a team of experienced and certified plumbers. The company offers a wide range of plumbing services, including repairs, installations, and maintenance. The company has a reputation for providing quality services at reasonable prices. Customers have praised the company for its prompt and professional service, and its ability to resolve complex plumbing issues.

Tracy Altman rated it 5/5: When our original water supply line (which, of COURSE, was underneath our concrete driveway, because why wouldn't it be, I mean as a home builder you ALWAYS just put the water line under where the driveway is going to be, right, because heaven forbid you should make it easy for future owners to find and repair the leaks that will inevitably happen) sprung a leak, we contacted a number of different companies for estimates. Atlantis Plumbing was the one we went with, for a couple of reasons–first, they had the best proposal for how to address the problem; and second, they had the best price for doing so. Other companies had suggested installing a new water line, but their proposals involved running the new line alongside the driveway, which (of COURSE) is where all the fiber-optic and cable lines also run (and it also would've been awfully close to our property line). Those companies wanted to do this so that they could tie the new line into our house's plumbing in the same spot as the original line. Atlantis' representative took a closer look, and determined that if we didn't mind running the new line through our front lawn–away from the driveway!–they could easily tie the new line into our plumbing in a different place. I was familiar enough with our house's plumbing to be confident that this would work, with no unintended consequences, so we went with that option.

On the scheduled day, Atlantis' crew showed up on time, and they were unfailingly polite, respectful, and diligent. They even suggested a couple of small improvements to the original plan, which they included at no additional charge. The work took about eight hours–it was late November, so they were here until after dark–and it was done well and thoroughly, with quality materials. (Inside the house, we had asked them to use copper instead of PEX, and they were able to do that with no problem.)

Altogether, this may be the single best experience I've had with a repair/maintenance contractor since moving into our house eight and a half years ago. I'd definitely recommend Atlantis Plumbing.

  • S. Mashet Smith rated it 5/5: I'm the new homeowner of my beloved grandma's house and knew the plumbing system was in dire need of an upgrade. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give Atlantis a call for an estimate. The customer service rep was prompt in setting an estimate. Sandy the plumber was both punctual and very friendly as heard in his call to give his ETA. I noted masks being worn upon entering the house. Now since I'm not a fan of spider web covered basements 😆 I offered moral support on the basement stairs and he was kind enough to take detailed photos of my entire plumbing system. The estimate was within my budget and due to my drain lines leaking into my HVAC system he was able to start that day. As I didn't want to put off that important repair hearing he could start that quick was awesome! At different phases of the job Sandy would send me photos so I could see the progress. Over the course of 4 days Sandy repaired and replaced the water as well as drain lines. Being that some of the original cast iron plumbing was present he literally took the system from antique to awesome! I braved the spider webs and did a full walk through at the completion of the job. Kudos to Atlantis for hiring professional and friendly plumbers that are customer service centered. In the future plumbing issues will equate a call to Atlantis Plumbing! Keep up the awesome work Sandy, I know my grandmother would have been so proud to see such great repairs!!! Whether it be repairs or replacements I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike.
  • Shaun Young rated it 5/5: We had a great experience with Atlantis. They were easy to contact and set up service with. We were able to make an appointment for the next day. They were very communicative with texts and calls as to when they would arrive.

Roby helped get our gas line set up with an adapter. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was respectful being in our house, wearing a mask and shoe coverings.

I will absolutely contact Atlantis for any and all plumbing needs.

  • Rechelle Mason rated it 5/5: I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60's, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.🫣 Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink🤮🤢. No, I don't pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Ben's advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear. The number for Atlantis stays saved in my phone and magnet on fridge. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.
  • C Fabian rated it 5/5: Relief beyond words hiring A Atlantis Plumjing to re-pipe the entire plumbing system. I had a good feeling about Mr Mike brown and I couldn’t be more satisfied about his gentleness and his professionalism. He explained thoroughly details and brought much peace to the stresses this was having on my nerves . This new plumbing system eliminates hot water delay reaching the pipe instantly which was a concern for many years.
I am forever great full to. Atlantis

  • Felicia Phillips rated it 5/5: Just had the best experience with Stephen, Chad and the Fix & Flow Plumbing team! They promptly assisted me with installing a broken water heater and identified multiple mistakes from a previous plumber’s shoddy work during my recent renovation. Unfortunately, I had been dealing with numerous leaks, main service pipe back-ups (causing flooding) and cold showers due to a faulty water heater (less than 3 years old). Reached out to a few plumbers for help, but Fix & Flow was by far the best! Great responsiveness, good value and terrific team of people. It’s obvious that Fix & Flow cares about their quality of work and the customers they serve. They took the time to educate me on plumbing concerns and successfully restored my faith in the plumbing community. Huge thanks!!

  • Lala W rated it 5/5: Michael Roberts is great. He was very informative. He told me everything he was doing along the way and explained it clearly. He offered suggestions to help maintain healthy lines. He is very professional. He conscientious and thorough. I will hire this company again.
  • Matthias Rand rated it 5/5: Mike came and helped us with a leak under our kitchen sink today. It was tricky to find but he was super thorough diagnosing it and once he found it, already had replacement parts in his truck ready to go. Super friendly & knowledgeable.
  • Ryan Bauman rated it 3/5: Fixed a broken joint in the pipe in my lawn. Was a very easy fix since it just needed a piece replaced, and was a very professional job. However, it was expensive ($700) since they charge a high priced $350/ hour. Next time I could probably get someone to do it for half that

Eric Schrock rated it 5/5: EDIT #2: I ended up calling them back for the same project a few months later. This time, they gave me a more complete quote and included a discount given our previous challenges. I was impressed with their ability to deal with adversity and adapt. We found pipes that didn't go where we thought they would and were able to adapt the plan on the fly. We also found an extra 8 inches of concrete beneath the walls below the walls. This required extensive jackhammering. They rolled with the punches, even bringing in a generator as the saw had been tripping breakers with the added stress. They were able to get through it all after taking an extra day, and in the end addressed all our problems. So while we did have a hiccup the first time around, that seems to be an isolated incident and they really do care.

EDIT: The office manager called me immediately after this exchange and explained the situation, owned up to the mistake they made, and offered to help make it right. I now believe this was more a poor interaction in the moment explaining the situation (e.g. "we sent the wrong guy"). I certainly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the office management.

We have bellied pipes below our foundation that are causing blockages. We need to cut up the concrete foundation and re-lay properly graded pipes. Had them come out and walk the unfinished basement. We had the lines traced so they knew exactly where everything was, measured and re-measured. Called and reviewed with them before committing. Scheduled three weeks out.

Guys came on-site only to leave half an hour later. I then get a call saying they couldn't honor the quote because "there was a lot of concrete to cut". Apparently the quote was for 30 ft of concrete cutting but this looked to me more than 70 – 100 ft. Their explanation was that they "sent the wrong guy" who "didn't know how to quote the work". The interaction felt very unprofessional and I decided not to continue at this point.

  • Yu U rated it 5/5: I called around to find someone who can fix my issue in the same day. Many other companies said that the earliest they can come is 2 days later. But my issues were in toilet and shower that I really needed to get them fixed immediately. When I called Quick Action Plumber, they understood urgency and sent someone within an hour. Technicians were courteous, had mask and shoe covers on which I really appreciated. They explained to me what they are going to do and showed me estimate price. To be very honest, the price was higher than I expected but they fixed my issues quickly and ensured everything is working okay after they fixed. I would recommend this company.
  • Bob Adams rated it 5/5: Over the past two months I have used them twice, for two separate issues. And they did a great job both times. The technicians were courteous and efficient. And in each case he explained the issue and what he had done to resolve it. The technicians were prompt and wore shoe coverings inside my home which I also appreciated. Overall it was a good experience and I would be happy to recommend them or use them again myself.
  • Stacey Santana rated it 5/5: The company was very responsive after I scheduled an appointment online, reaching out to confirm the appointment and keeping me apprised of arrival times via text and a phone call. Alexis and Marcos arrived on time and did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet. They were extremely professional, did the job very quickly and with great care. All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend them.
  • Angela brasch rated it 5/5: Alexis and Marcos were very quick in repairing my busted pipe off of my water heater. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. I will make sure to use this company if I ever need someone again. One greatest thing is the window time given they were here on the earlier side of the window and gone in less than an hour – GREAT GUYS!!!

  • Wanda Fields rated it 5/5: I researched a few plumbers before making the decision to hire PP. I'm very pleased with the decision. We had been without water for a few days (exhausting) due to hot water heater springing several leaks out of the blue. He brought the unit up to code by adding in copper piping and a heat expansion tank. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and polite. He also shared some best practices after the job was done. I'm already considering hiring him for another job. Great work, Shawn!! See first pix of old and last two are the new WH.
  • Sade Louis rated it 5/5: Mannnn, Pipe Dreamz is amazing!! I met him thru a commission that was at the business next door- he ended up fixing BOTH of my toilets, fixed a leak and installed his own toilet to replace my other broken one!! He’s really an angel sent. The best customer service ever. I can always count on him truly.
  • Brie Owens rated it 5/5: Shawn was recommended to us through a neighborhood facebook group and we are so grateful! He was flexible, professional, communicated openly and honestly, saving us thousands! Very fair and gracious. Will be calling again if we need plumbing or sewer issues. Highly recommend

  • Mas Tadesse rated it 5/5: Perfect score. I could not rate Shawn's service any higher. He cared for my home over the three weeks he worked here. The previous contractors (before I purchased my home) really did a number on my shower. The strangest occurrence was discovering a second shower floor. (Neither one of us has ever seen that before).

Shawn was very thorough with repairing my shower, helped me deal with my home insurance provider, and was educational throughout. He showed and provided input and directed me through each repair step for understanding and awareness. Shawn protected my floors and closet so that dust wasn't strewn about, which made cleanup easy. As others have said, he takes great pride in his work, and I'm delighted with the finished product (specifically the Bluetooth-enabled shower speakers)!

Definitely recommend if you looking for a quality work of a licensed professional plumber. Thank you for being so amazing!
  • Kealon Drake rated it 5/5: Keith has been to our house now multiple times to fix various different issues (old house). Fair priced, fast, and awesome service. I won’t call anyone else for help with a plumbing issue than Ridgeway now.
  • Darin Bohm rated it 1/5: I have – past tense – used Ridgeway Plumbing for years at multiple locations for a variety of small to large / less to more expensive jobs. Was very happy with the service until my last interaction mid Nov 2022. A couple last minute/day-of reschedules to accommodate other customers -> I guessed plumbing emergencies at the time. I thought I understood and was willing to accommodate as I did not have an active plumbing emergency – rather a punch list of items needing attention. Then on date of my rescheduled service to do my list of work, dispatch called while plumber was onsite, sizing up the job, and asked to reschedule for a described “rich guy" that kept calling for a sink installation. I had guests coming into town and needed a working bathroom. I let dispatch know they could do whatever they wanted but if they rescheduled 1) I'd pull all repeat business 2) I'd never recommend Ridgeway again which I previously had. Plumber left the site. Dispatch called telling me they didn't tell the contracted plumber to leave, "plumber made own decision" repeating multiple times "I don't know why he did that!" and owner would immediately "fire" their plumber of 20-years … then, in the same breath, "(The same plumber) could return upcoming Monday to do the work". I understand scheduling is hard – labor might be thing in today’s labor marketplace . However, I accommodated previous reschedule requests. The explanations of why an on-site Plumber would leave didn't add up. Apparently Ridgeway values other clients $ more than mine. Offering my recent experience with Ridgeway for you to consider if/when you need a plumber.

  • Lindsey Gastley rated it 5/5: Love, love, love Palette Plumbing! Gabriel was awesome. Since we moved into our home 2 and a half years ago, we’ve had issues with laughably low water pressure in the shower in our guest bathroom. We chose to ignore it because we’ve never really needed the shower, but it became more and more irritating over time and we finally decided to contact a plumber. Gabriel was honest with his diagnosis (gave us 3 estimates actually and clearly talked through all 3!). At his advice, we went with the most expensive estimate, which I think will save us headache in the long run. He ended up being able to fix the issue the same day he came out, which saved us a lot of time!

Doing the work itself, Gabriel was quiet, tidy, respectful, and unobtrusive. My husband and I were taking work calls and hardly even noticed that he was here, despite the fact that the bathroom he was working in is in the middle of our modestly sized home.

10/10 stars all around. Great experience! Thanks Gabriel!

  • Mark Hickman rated it 5/5: Gabriel did an excellent, professional job at my residence. He resolved my kitchen drain issue and also made a good suggestion to place a better control on my home water pressure. All was done in a friendly and timely manner. I’ll keep their number handy to contact in the future.

  • Chloé Greene rated it 5/5: Had a great experience with Palette Plumbing. They had to reschedule my initial appointment but apologized for the delay and had ample appointment times for me to rebook. Jay Jay was AMAZING when they came to provide our quote. Jay Jay was friendly, professional and their expertise was clear. We were offered what I believe to be fair quotes and told they could start this week. Deeply appreciate Jay Jay for their approach and will definitely book with Palette Plumbing now and for future services.
  • Max Van Dresser rated it 5/5: Quick response and job scheduling. Prices seemed reasonable. Gabriel, the assigned tech, was a great guy. He offered multiple options with different price points and completed the job quickly. I will call them again with any future plumbing needs.

Shavonda Willmot rated it 2/5: The work was completed in the laundry closet and but not so good underneath the kitchen sink. Head's charged us too much money for the work. They did refund some money, but not enough to justify just replacing the washer and not replacing the pipes that was told to us during the first visit. We wanted to support this business because it is in our neighborhood.
